Spacious room with dining corner, satellite tv, balcony, safe, telephone, large bathroom Plenty of storage space in the closets and drawers

Small dining room, fantastic terrace. Bombastisches breakfast buffet! Several sorts of cold, salami, cheese, cereals, cereals, nuts, bread upstrokes, yogurt, quark, fruit, cakes, various egg dishes and so on and so on (you can in one week impossible try everything! ) The kitchen chef has a star! Every evening we had a 4-course menu with choice between 2 warm starters and 3 main courses and not a single time there was a bit, not mega-was delicious! Liked a lot us of the sparkling wine-front desk in the open with many, lots of small treats from grill and pan

Everyone in the team are very nice and attentive and gave us from the very first moment on the feeling welcome.

Covered pool and hot tub with very comfortable deck chairs. Cosy gazebo and covered terrace (for cooler evenings also with heizpilz )

Small, well arranged area. Family. Very tastefully decorated. With much attention to detail. We had every day a new table decoration! The staff are very attentive and friendly. Liked a great deal the provision of information about walks, bus and train connections, excursion possibilities (even tips for bad weather days!) And helpfulness the lady at the front desk the plan day-trips. We felt really comfortable and had at any time the feeling with good friends to be their guest.

The hotel is very centrally located. Hiking trails and also the ' wine-towns' as tramin and winepresses are by car, as well as by bus very good and easy to reach.

The standard room under the roof was large. The bathroom in size enough. A small balcony with a view of the garden was also tidy. The furniture was ok. Of the two available the narrow closets was a closet for clothes hangers too small: the hangers hung across. There were very many drawers available. The carpet in the entrance area had already stains. In the summer under the roof was very warm, as a fan available beach.

The food with the half-board (4 course) was always plentiful; second helpings were offered (however never accepted so well). You could choose between two appetizers and 3 main courses choose. Some dishes were but very garlic annoying (a bit discreet could for our taste also enough). Unfortunately there was at the side dishes from time to time problem, for example wrong mismatching supplement to the other main course, a supplement to forget (but for the food still refilled). All the two to three days offered salad buffet served to the part. Also the use of leftovers, however high without any drawbacks. The offered dishes were rather international, typical tyrolean dishes are very rare.

The reception was very fast, almost felt a little rushed. For the room was one run, but nothing further, whether it is quite and so on in other hotels we were in the room run, the bathroom and the balcony shown. The meal times and the cramped parking (see under general) have mentioned briefly. The cleaning of the rooms was tidy; very it was good that the towels really only exchanged, if they were on the floor (as in the bathroom-sticker desired), not mandatory every day ( then you should on this sticker well). On the occasion of my birthday there evenings in the room a nice small surprise. The procedures for the payment of the drinks is in principle reasonable ( abreissblock, the guest in the hotel with leads, and what the prices twice quoted, 1 hotel guest, 1 hotel the statement), because the guest also a proof of its additional consumption has. Only evenings it is complicated, because it further note is, but only for the service and at the end the meals on the abovementioned abrechnungsblock be downloaded. And in case not point, power the service somewhat too loud on it attentive.

Peacefully located hotel, decent clean facilities. Parking spaces are rather too tight, so that in the second row parked and, where appropriate, other guests only leave had. Guests were mostly couple, average age 30 to 65 years.

Both the train station ( trains to Trento or to Bolzano), as well as the center from auer are in about 10 to 15 minutes easily reachable on foot. Nevertheless peacefully located. Small shop in the immediate surroundings; supermarket in circa 15 minutes away by foot reachable. Hotel's own bicycles can be used free of charge; since we these service didn't use, we can the quality the wheels nothing say. Hikes around auer are from the hotel possible ( for example castelfeder, montan, old fleimstal line, katzenleiter ).

We had a superior room consisting of a large bathroom with shower, a large room with seating area, balcony and if you want you in the corridor a small cooking facilities. Flat screen tv, safe, telephone and wi-fi are available.

The food in a comfortable and stylishly equipped winter garden serves, where you could also eat breakfast. Breakfast leaves nothing to the imagination. For dinner there were 4 courses: a cold appetizer ( for example salad buffet), a warm appetizer (2 to choose from ), main course (3 to choose from ) too many tyrolean specialties, dessert. The portions are plentiful. The best food was enough to get full. Second helpings is in any case possible. Extra wishes are as a part of the possibilities fulfilled. To possibly allergies were taken into consideration. The large surprise the themed evenings were, like for instance nudelabend, bar-B-queue, welcome cocktail.

It any request you made 'of our eyes'. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating.

In the hotel garden there is a small covered pool. There are loungers available. There are various events offered, like for instance hike followed by wine tasting, guides hikes, information about the fruit orchards, guided city tour by auer and much more.

Informal and with much attention to detail run hotel. Very clean and well-kept complex. The guests are too many German speaking couple between the ages of 20 and... We had the half board.

The hotel lies proximity to the center. Also the train station is well within walking distance. The car you could leave. Meran, Bolzano and also Verona by train easy to reach.

We lived in the side building and had a wohnungsähnliches room with bedroom, 2 bathrooms (without bath ), living room, kitchen ( however without funktionsgeräte ) on the 2nd floor. We had two small balcony, free safe and telephone. The floors are over lift reachable. The room was immaculate well maintained and with two flat screen tvs equipped.

Breakfast and dinner there is on the covered terrace, in case of bad weather of course in the interior. The breakfast buffet is extensive, for dinner a varied -course menu offered with choices on warm appetizer and on the main courses. The cuisine is a mix between tyrolean and Italian kitchen - typically for South Tyrol. In any case: everything tasted. If you want more could eat (is unlikely, but came on) which was refilled, the could also the other possibility to choose try. The wine selection was varied ( South Tyrol, veneto, lake Garda) with flaschenpreisen between 13 €and 18 €, fires between 3 €and 3,50 Euro. Exceptional: The hosts offered in the garden barbecues or instead of appetizer: cocktail reception with appetizers-everything always in a natural courteous style.

Just one word: excellent! The waiters are fast, friendly and at all times helpful

In the well-kept colorful garden there is a covered, small pool and a jacuzzi, as well as a sufficient number of loungers. You want to yes no beach vacation make, but after hiking, excursion or shopping trip something in the sun sit, a little in peace drink or the tired legs in jacuzzi reactivate.

The hotel is an old art nouveau mansion and a new stilähnliches side building. In the main building there are 25 double room, in the side building 5 double room. We lived in the side building and had a wohnungsähnliches room with bedroom, 2 bathrooms (without bath ), living room, kitchen ( however without funktionsgeräte ) on the 2nd floor. The floors are over lift reachable. The room was immaculate well maintained and with two flat screen tvs equipped. The locked performance was half board. The guests came too many from Germany, some from Austria and Italy.

The hotel lies slightly off the beaten track from the town center in auer, but due to the signs easy to find. To Bolzano there are 17 kilometer on the road or on the highway. Directly next to the hotel, there is a small business ( drinks, fresh fruits, sausage, cheese, newspapers...) The hotel is ideally located for excursions in Dolomites or along the south tyrolean wine road, or for shopping to Bolzano ( see above)

Room is somewhat small however well equipped. Unfortunately without fridge and it was missing a table on the balcony. No air conditioning but fan. New decor and in good condition.

Good and sufficient food, both German, as well as typical of the country. Always a vegetarian dish to choose from. Cleanliness and hygiene were satisfactory. The atmosphere was great in the garden and on the terrace. Drinks as were expensive apart from that cafe ok.

Service generally good, partly we found the hotel not well organized, as we later to eat arrived and in between receive had. Staff were friendly, spoke several languages. In addition services as luggage to the room and room show, there was not. Room were cleaned properly every day.

No animation, but small features for example aperitif, cakes, bar-B-queue. Free wi-fi, loungers by the pool with jacousi. Pool covered, thus very clean however also not in the sun.

Hotel features a nice ambiance. The rooms are clean and well equipped for example tv flat screen and safe. The half board was to our complete satisfaction. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, dinner was very good, as you different dishes could choose from. The further left the family always small surprises chime in. There were mostly German guests, but also swiss, dutch and austrians in different age groups.

Auer is in South Tyrol central and several cities are both by bike, as well as very reachable by car. Shops on foot, as it is right in the town.

We had a simple, enough big room the garden with a view of the mountains. Balcony with chairs. Large bathroom. Decent furniture, clean.

The meal times were in the conservatory and/or covered terrace addressed. The breakfast buffet was always plentiful, also fresh fruits and juices were offered. Very good dinner, imaginative, plentiful and very tasty. Could also in a very good four star hotel not be better. Comfortable atmosphere, very friendly staff.

Excellent service. Mrs graiff and the two sons, but also the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt immediately in good hands. Complaints there was no.

Quiet well maintained garden area with small pool and jacuzzi, as well as a garden shower. Enough chairs and covers available. Really for relaxing.

The impression the picture was exactly the conditions of the hotel. Very clean, with 35 rooms arranged and furnished nicely. We felt immediately spend another vacation there however. Breakfast and dinner as a part of the half board very plentiful and always very nice. Varied kitchen. Too many couples without children, while we were there of the stay German and dutch guests with level.

Secluded from village center, very peaceful location. The nearby which railway is as good as didn't hear it and not at all disturbing. Good excursions, especially free available standing bicycles.

Room clean and clearly, narrow bed, table and chair, wardrobe, no safety deposit box, small tv, common German tv-program available, daily thorough cleaning if not present. Bathroom without window but with air ventilation, if on spreads a vile kotgeruch, hardly possible to hang out there. Small balcony with a view of the garden, side runs the road between village and train station past, on the unfortunately often times much gas is, at night as well, so is the sleeping not relaxing.

Very good breakfast with rich the offer for cold toppings, muesli, fresh and crunchy rolls, nutella was not refilled. Hash browns with fried egg taste softened and hardly seasoned, in addition a few mushy peas and carrots and costs 8 Euro. Dinner generally very expensive, if not additionally booked. Very little choice after changing menu, should until the afternoon be pre-ordered, otherwise there is nothing more. Warm food must not in the room to be taken, so what I have ever experienced. Atmosphere for breakfast behavior, during dinner strongly pressed.

Front desk was very unprofessional and unwelcoming after a whole day drive, younger receptionist the most of the time there was then but very friendly and helpful, also most of the others staff reasonably hard, since does not exist to moan. Unashamed waiters, know what main course still which hash browns are, represents a before the total during dinner assembled hotel guests only and a the water now without to pour out. Have only an understanding of the behavior, than that he apparently early in the morning until late in the evening for the whole operation is responsible, as you have evenings simply no more desire.

Garden mit: sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a small covered pool with as far as seen clean water. Free internet-computer in the basement. Next possibility to go swimming the kalterer see, a few kilometers away.

Cheap three star hotel, in a older villa, offering a clear view size and three floors, breakfast included, half board you could rent, otherwise very expensive, guests mostly from Germany, but also many dutch people, swiss, austrians, french and other nationalities seen, with lift but something complicated, nothing special on families aligned, however rather on all urlaubergruppen.

Between village and train station convenient, was a major construction side of the hotel. Everything is 10 minutes away on foot reachable. Supermarket, shops, ice-cream parlor, pizzeria. Bus goes at the hotel past, umsteigeverbindung to kaltern. Unfortunately also many sultry drivers, the no consideration for tourist take. Auer is a beautiful small town, not too busy, but with many sights and hiking trails. Two castles and the ruin castelfeder. Five minutes behind the hotel the extensive plantations of etschtals with little traveled ways.

The rooms are nice, spacious, bright, well furnished and above all very quiet. For us it is everything, that you need, like safe, balcony, tv and a large bathroom. Particularly beautiful the rooms are in the dependance.

We always had our table for dinner either in the restaurant or on the beautiful, homey terrace. The selection of dishes was always very varied with many unknown surprises and very tasty. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant great. Price-performance -proportion in any case 100%.

The service, no matter in which area is simply always great. We will also appreciate the pleasant, informal atmosphere ( you feel somehow repealed), special wishes are fulfilled. Dealing with complaints we couldn't answer any questions, we had never which!

Here you can the days ideal plan due to the central location, by a part of the day is active and then relax with a book and a drink in the garden relaxed.

We are already' repeat offender and were already 3 time in auer with the family graiff. The villa is a little oasis, in which you simply be comfortable must, with a beautiful garden, wonderful rosen, a jacuzzi and a small pool. The complex is comfortable, manageable and very peaceful. Everything is very well taken care off and clean. Half board includes a breakfast, what lack nothing left and a great, tasty four course menu in the evening in always changing atmosphere. Guest structure rather couple, smaller groups, less families.

There are lots of possibilities either to hiking or to cycle paths. Swimming in the lake kaltern or one makes beautiful tours by car. For shopping it would time Meran offer.
