We are just determined to Hamburg and because of our late arrival via cell phone reserved, after completion of the Visa we have a code for hotel and room received. The underground car park to find also worked where you through lift to the hotel came. The front desk was closed but there are snack and drink vending machines. If you want a ETAP Hotel Bay, you should inform yourself, it is there. This group has in many German cities, mostly centre nearby, its cheaper hotels. I booked this hotel, since I was with my friend a short break/sight-seeing trip to Hamburg wanted to make. Price was okay, breakfast has 6, -€ per person extra cost. Rooms were clean and tidy, but a bit small, but perfectly adequate for such a stay. The rooms are newly decorated, there was a Flachbild_TV, as well as wireless Internet, but sometimes a bit slow at peak times (usually in the evening). The rooms are functional, the mattresses on the beds slides but a little (baby seat so) but still comfortable. We had a room facing the courtyard, fortunately, not ... to the street, so we could open the window at night. Reception/check-in was easy, staff was nice, the lobby are many Flyers and brochures issued, the take away, the staff made a great effort to help if you have any questions. read more

We as a 4 -headed family in the hotel for two nights without breakfast probelms. Unfortunately, there was no 4 -bed-room. Therefore we had two rooms rent. The rooms were big enough and modern-functional without schnick schnack equipped and were facing the back courtyard-so relatively quiet. Everything was clean and the beds were in a good state, so that we good sleep for the footpath to the next subway station you have to about 20 minutes with children be prepared. Also there is in direct environment relatively little bars or restaurants. read more

We stayed one night at the ETAP Hotel Hamburg Altona spent. The hotel is a large concrete block with 180 rooms. We had a room with two single beds. The room is very bright and friendly furnished and the size was adequate for 1 night. The room itself was the sink and the shower. The shower had a glass door. Thus remained thus nothing hidden. Our room was facing the street. With the windows closed it was very quiet. With the windows open we found no sleep because of the traffic noise. The hotel has a pay garage, the really ... is very dark and gloomy. I was not comfortable. The elevators have your best time behind itself. I felt the hotel in general not very welcoming. It was just too dark and old. We picked this hotel, because it is close to the animal and the Duomo cathedral is Paks, but we would not stay there again. read more

For a concert in the arena Imtech, we selected the nearby ETAP Hotel. The way from the A7 to the hotel was easy to find. The parking in the garage was free at this juncture (on the side of the hotel is liable to pay the costs parking '). At night we had to say, that the creaky bed quite noisy, although the furnishing was not that old. Otherwise, the room was filled with the typical ETAP decor. The shower and toilet were clean. In the morning we opted for the breakfast in the short term (6 €per person). Also here, the service was very friendly and considerate. The choice of food and drink for a ETAP Hotel above average. Unfortunately, the positive impression about the staff marred, because during the preparation in the kitchen ' has been smoked. The smell from the buffet, served on the children. In my view, this is a 'no-go' absolute! Hence the low score for 'atmosphere & decor'. Otherwise, the hotel is for a short city break to recommend. read more

It is a very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. in the rooms a wardrobe is missing or other Surface of counter. The shower and the rest of the room was very clean but rather cramped, particularly the toilet. The bed is relatively uncomfortable. All together it is, however, a hotel, the price performance ratio absolutely true. For a city break in which one more in the city as in the hotel stay absolutely recommendable. read more

i was for one day as people on business trip (altona) at the hotel in Hamburg. I found the room very modern and friendly. Quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff, breakfast was OK( rolls, bread, coffee, juice, water, all kinds of coating) and around the corner a few shops. Very good, I found the free Wi-Fi! ☺ read more

For a short trip the ETAP absolutely recommend. ETAP-standard room with double bed and lying bunkbed. Shower and toiletCell. Washbasin in the room. Breakfast with pre-packaged sausageand cheese port ions. Rolls were fresh and tasted. Especially the staff at the front desk and breakfast was very friendly and nice. There were tips on next suburban train bus stations respectively. Parking spaces it was on the courtyard and in the underground car park. The only downside: no land for storage in the rooms. For the next Hamburg-visit this hotel again. read more

I would never again in a low budget hotel, for me it was awful, the bed was cruel, the breakfast (3 persons 21,00 euros) was unbelievably bad, cold eggs, everything is made of plastic. read more
