The hotel general is ok.! Friendly waiters, competent staff, rooms large, clean, functional decorated, tv somewhat too small. Wi-fi just on the ground floor, guests from Germany, majority of Mallorca. Half board ok, was also necessary, because at this time is Can Picafort even dead. Problem was the heater. To two days we were given a heater. On 3. day with low temperatures without heating made us the manager the offer, that all drinks free should be. At the check out it turned out, that only the beverages in the dining room are intended, but not at the bar ... opposite of the dining room! So we had a cocktail and coffee are charged.     Dining room very noisy, food touristy majorcan. Hygiene improvement, staff cleaned the tables with the same cloth as the tischfüsse on the floor. At the last day i discovered mold on white bread, which was immediately replaced.

We stayed for a 3 day getaway on Mallorca and felt Can Picafort selected. The hotel was one of the last, the until beginning november opened in the city had, most of the others facilities were at this time already closed. That was when the walks a bit odd, we would in this scale not expected. The hotel was but still well visited and completely reasonable. The room was newly renovated and had a view of the pool area, in the bathroom came warm water unfortunately only in very small amounts from the shower. The air conditioning has well heated ..., so that we at night warm had. The beds were quite comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes, most of the things we liked, even if it nothing special quality was. However there was kantinenflair before, it was quite loud and the furnishing was very just. The pool was still usable, as we have a little sun on the sun terrace, get off. The hotel's spa area we could one hour free of charge, this was not especially good condition and should be urgently be renovated. The small beach is about 5 minutes' walk away and was jahreszeitenbedingt in a bad condition. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, from there we are to Alcudia and Pollenca old. Unfortunately in the winter time considerably less buses as to at the end of october. The hotel was overall good, but we would have us afterwards probably better for the livelier Palma to decide are. read more

    The hotel is located in the district of son baulo and is around 20 minutes away on foot away from center of Can Picafort. The small beach from son baulo is just about 5 minutes. Small purchase possibilities are in the immediate near the hotel. The transfer to the airport takes about 90 minutes, but it is, that various other hotel to be still started. With the rental car you can reach pala about minutes.

The hotel we have mainly as a starting point for daytrips use. So is a review the facilities not possible. The hotel rooms are in a very good and clean state. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet in the morning and in the evening was not outstanding, but varied and good. Use of the safety deposit box in the room costs extra. When booking half board must drinks during dinner be paid. read more

The hotel is about 2 minutes walk away from the beach promenade. Part the room goes on the main street also, the frequently and only with short nocturnal break (circa 01:30 to 05:30) from accomodate coaches (beware, noise while having the windows open). The bus stop right in front of the house. The rooms even (type standard) were simply but functionally and decently furnished. Like the whole hotel was the furnishings not brand-new however neat and without damage. The other guests came from germany, gigabyte, f, i, e and ch. Lots of them were athletes (cyclists, runners, triathletes ... ), the other normal relaxation tourists (like us). The period of our presence was definitely in the low season, the hotel was not fully booked. We had booked all inclusive. read more

    We had a double room, its facilities and distribution the usual standard. The room had a short one-course with built-in wardrobe, the the bathroom (bath with a shower curtain, sink and toilet) talk about. The built-in closet was enough space, it was the in-room safe, the rented, as well as two warmer blankets. The room had about 4 times 4 metres and was with a double bed, bedside tables, telephone, fridge, desk, chair, tv and a couch. The two twin beds were double bed spread, slipped on the tiled floor but easily apart from each other. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole zimmerbreite and led by a large sliding door to the balcony, with a small tumble dryer, a plastic table and two plastic chairs were. Here also an ashtray for smokers, as in the hotel indoors prohibition of smoking prevails. The furnishing was not new ( stilmäßig the late 90) but in good condition and neat. In the bathroom there was unfortunately only one hook for toiletry bag available.

    The hotel's dining room was always clean, decor and style rather simple. To eat and drink there was always enough and also in really big choice (we had booked all inclusive). The house wine included in the all-inclusive was ok. The food would have been a little more variation in the sample (everything tasted quite similar) and a wertigere preparation (vegetables like very soft cooked, pizza strongly changing between not yet completely finished and very dark, frittiertes it was often too greasy due to cold oil) very desirable. But were all things always edible, i would rate it as canteens standard call.

During our stay we moved from the street on the pool page of the hotel the night noise to be missed, which also smoothly and within 24 hours from request was.     The offers of the hotel are varied. The bar and lounge area, there were 2 computers with internet access at a charge, as well as a free internet access via wi-fi. Guestrooms feature a pool table, two massage chairs and various arcade video games for entertainment at a charge available. A 'lounge' (circa 40 seats) with a beamer offered opportunity on sky sports the matches of the champions and Euro league to pursue. The sitting area at the bar was for the occupancy generous, there were altogether no problems seat-or to find beach umbrellas were sufficiently available. Next to a 25 meters pool there was still a relaxtion pool which, both under the open sky. The spa is visible and offers a collection changing room for men and women with lockable lockers, toilet and shower, a massage area (various massagetypen, price about 1 €per minute for massage) and the actual spa area with various wassermassagedüsen, wasserduschen, hammam and sauna. The area is clean and tidy, only the sauna was already a bit worn. The gymbereich is small and offers 1 elliptical machine (ran noncircular), bike, treadmill, stomach/ rückenmuskelliege, latzugturm, leg, chest and schulterpresse, as well as various short and barbells and a trainigsbank. The devices are high quality ( techno gymnastics ). Unfortunately, the floor very worn and the secondary room (for courses/stretching) not very presentable. The hotel offers for sport-interested various courses (pilates, spinning, stomach and rückentraining etc.) The zusammenmit the in the neighborhood the sister hotel ferrer Concord implemented. Concord kiunden can also visit the spa.

    The way tzum beach is approximately 3 minutes walk (but i quite bad on foot am). Within a radius of approximately 500 meters around the hotel you can find so quite everything, which one might need (small supermarkets, souvenirs and beach utensiles, tobacco products and magazines, car and bike rentals, cafe's and restaurants, doctor) however is main beach and the centre of ca ' n picafort in some distance (circa 20 minutes). There, there are then also larger supermarkets and drugstores, a larger number of restaurants (international), a pedestrian zone with Burger King and ice cream, as well as various discos. The local bimmelbus makes the way diverting.

A beautiful hotel, breakfast very varied, before the marathon there was at 06 o'clock extra breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool very nice, wardrobe in the spa could more be aired. garderobenkasten not all lockable. Service very good, room service was very good. We traveled lastminutes, hotel breakfast, as well as a hr to very low price. The holidays were absolutely amazing. read more

The staff were super friendly and always make an effort. Our room was unfortunately on the first floor with a view of the street and the bus station. Under the room was the bar with animation, which partly really irritating and noisy. The bathroom ran the cockroaches, bottom bed we found thick dust bunnies, the cleaning of the rooms were bedside tables crazy, plastic cup with water tilted and in the bathroom only the floor swept. The air ventilation was despite repeated complaint the whole week on full blast, although the air conditioning was. The room in general ( nr. ...109) is really in need of renovation. Dining and leisure offers were good. Unfortunately was the season in the last week of October, nearly past, so that we don't use. Nevertheless it was a lovely vacation overall with pleasant 20 degrees and thanks to the nice staff, as well as the great area. read more

The hotel had 2 pool areas outside. A pool the right laps, where was always space. However was the steps to enter and exit already getting old and made in the use of hell noise. The other pool area was more than fine. The spa area was perfect well maintained and is can only be recommended. The eating and drinking was diverse and there was a very large selection. The evening entertainment repeated in the week 4 times. The way to the beach took about 5 minutes' walk and the beach was more than reasonable. With the sun and places ... in the shade. Our room was already getting old. The mattresses uncomfortable and the bed squeaked on the smallest movements. The bathroom has a renovation necessary. The room was located directly at the staircase and you could every entertainment monitor. We had however also the cheapest room type. There was at the hotel also a part with newer rooms. read more

Because of the bad experiences with the standard rooms (huge volume, bad functioning air conditioning system, runzelige lighting) in our last stay we had this time with large expectations a ' normal ' superior room with half board booked. The hotel with about 200 rooms has meanwhile standard and superior room in the low cost, normal, pool view and sea view.     Probably our expectations at the superior room too large and we were so disappointed! We checked into a really dirty room: sand on the shelves, the floor, hairs in the bath, stains on the mirror, at the shower separation, all doors from head to toe full spritzers. The most disgusting was however the dark blue pillow cases with any festgetrocknetem secretion. The first duschgang led then still scarcely a überflutetem bathroom, as the organization of the shower was clogged! A complaint with the coincidentally in the floor the cleaning lady only led to a shrug, on the next day was everything cleaned superficially or replaced. The balcony was during our stay not at all cleaned it made up but the 32' tv, the fridge, the good led lighting. The noise from other rooms is still available, but his dull at. We were given a room upgrade to a pool view room - the normal room would be with a view of the roof of the dining room and on the units of air conditioners on the 1. floor %blank% - in the high season because of the volume of the pool and the entertainment definitely not recommended, but we could hear but only removes the nightly bustransferverkehr. The rooms seem rather small as the old rooms, the bathroom is not very successful (cramped and with stolperstufe cards of the toilet to shower, hardly any storage space, slippery without handles in the shower, the partial glass panal between the room and the bathroom we found not so great - one sees quite much.)     All in all good to very good! In the pre-season we had already ideenreicheres food (rabbit, majorcan specialities, targeting side dishes) and a little better quality of the dishes (meat was always nice and not partly raw)-but for three stars excellent! Very quick and friendly staff - for us the best area in the hotel!

The staff at the bar was available, but rather for discussions with colleagues than for drinks waiting guests. Bons-here it is now and then errors! At the front desk was the service badly, depending on person: a communication, that we our room because of a transferred departure only lunch left, was taken note of, but not to the cleaning staff propagated, cleaning lady was in the morning at 8:30 o'clock in the middle of in the room, our room card was already in the morning on hold long discussions were required.     We have always from/to airport a rental car and are the whole day out-either to excursions or by bike - therefore like us the location for those purposes very good! Be sure to Don Juan or rapha's - there, there are presiwerte drinks and a really nice service!

It was a great vacation. To complain about, that the room not thoroughly cleaned. The sand from the beach in our experience the whole week in the room 'troubled '. We were 1 week in this hotel. We had a renovated room, from the hotel was very good, but mold on the walls. It was not cleaned properly, on the first day there were still hairs from the guests before on the bed and on the floor. This is already somewhat disgusting and it was missing the towels. Well with the towels can happen. After we at the front desk answer said, but reacted immediately and apologized. The food was really delicious. The selection was very good. In the restaurant it is very loud and rather uncomfortable, but clean. On ... the last weekend before the winter break were many tempramentvolle spanish. We had a rental car for 5 days. The was perfect. Every day we are going on. ( 'culture and old rock see '). You can on the island many discover. It was a really great vacation. The hotel we can recommend. read more

The hotel is near to the sea, separated by a street and a further hotel. It has 5 floors, two elevators are easily accessible. In the room there are price and comfortable differences. When booking with a view of the sea/pool view you are on the 'better', but more expensive side. The view to the sea is however brilliant. Best upper floors. We had a stree-facing room, but i simply times maintain. The best room to the side of the road (room 416) a room view with a partial view of the ocean and overlooking the forecourt. The room is ... a corner room and therefore view in several directions. There were mainly german tourists and a few english cycling in the hotel. Very clean hotel!     We had a standard room without sea view. Air conditioning/heating, without a fridge, safety deposit box in the closet(but with key / 2,00 Euro on the day, small tv the on the wall hangs with 5 german channels. Bathroom with a bath and curtain, bedding simple variant. On the comfort of the mattresses i write nothing, because the everyone else does. I had at least no back problems. No mini bar. The room with key is complete.

    There is a dining room with a free table. Self-service at the buffet. All-inclusive holiday makers tap their drinks even in the vending machines. The food was for a 3 star hotel really good. Fish, meat, pasta... Everyone finds his personal taste. I the dinner anyhow pleased and bodyweight new laid out. So this says so all about the food. Beer 2,60 Euro/Cola 2,30 Euro. Criticism is it not more than to the holtztischen. For larger people badly suitably... The legs push constantly against underwoods from the table. Showcooking!

    The whole hotel staff (except for the cleaning staff maybe) speaks german. Everyone was very friendly. But once 5 stars to lend! Our room was always very clean. The beds was the clean-make even pushed apart, to times correctly to sweep! In the basement a wasc hmaschine and dryer available(3€) there is additionally still a drink- and süßwarenautomat.

    There are 2 internet portal available. 15 minutes cost 1€, wifi is in the basement and in the bar area for free. In the basement are still several games and a billiards table and two massage chairs (very pleasant 10 minutes -1€) there are two pools. One of which is heated, with the possibility to streckenschwimmen, 25 metres, and to the plantschen with jacuzzi. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers.

    The arrival from the airport took a good hour. The hotel itself is not in the heart of Can Picafort, which had the advantage, that very tranquil can. To the center from Can Picafort it is on the waterfront around 15 minutes away on foot or take the bus, which stops just in front of the hotel. Fare 1,50 Euro or 1,75 Euro to Alcudia. In front of the hotel are some souvenir shops and sale of foodstuffs. One almost got everything, just a bit more expensive, as in a real supermarket.

The hotel is for a pool or sports very suitable. The only thing we disturbing was the entertainment. Loud music ( often the same songs again and again) already in the morning by the pool and also the evening entertainment was everything but really good. With silly costumes an hour over the stage spring has not really good entertainment. But this was really the only point on the something to moan about returns. Especially praise is the sporting activities. From yoga in the morning to body-shaping in the evening there was something for everyone. Small tip: If you like at ... the beach swimming, the is recommendable of the car or in the bus set and the 5 minutes until Alcudia to drive. Here there is a national park of a dreamlike beach has. Blue water and kilometer-long sandy beach. Just amazing. read more
