The wintergrau home escape, we could in the Zita beach resort a large, very clean bungalow room with a partial ocean view. With a beautiful sunshine we are at the beach along to zarzis (50 minutes) to the weekly market walked (fr). For 3 Dinar/1,50 Euro drove us the taxi back to the hotel and on the next day for 50 Dinar/ 25 Euro the taxi driver to a great tour (mosque/harbor/salt lake/café uam.) Picked up.
Mo-sa, we are in the hot thermal water (sulphur/iron ) with a view of the sea swum, or at the aqua gym ... participated. We could in february already breakfast and lunch on the terrace take (18-24 degrees). Attentive care of friendly waiters, with daily changing very tasty buffet and great tunesischem wine.
In the evening we gladly in the lobby with free wi-fi and delicious thibarine (fig liquor) sat. A successful vacation overall. read more

Hotel very nice, with great well maintained garden, paths in the dark quite well lit (to my travel time from 5:30 p. m. it was dark). Room very nice and clean, however was the air conditioning the heat only shortly before my departure on, so before quite cold in the nights, despite double blanket.
Safe unfortunately only for a fee at the front desk and not in the room, so always legwork for another piece of jewelry or a little cash. Safe in the room would be easier.
The diversity and selection at the buffet to all meal times ... i was from other hotels in Tunisia (with 4 *) used to something else, it left nothing to the imagination - clear minus.
The staff in the dining room and in the bar was very very friendly and helpful.
Big shortcoming: the chairs at the pool were without upholstering - free. Besides there were no beach towels to borrow, it was provided, that every guest a on the luggage-also the was i other hotels the same category in Tunisia used to something else (sheets against deposit in every hotel).
The chairs at the beach for a fee (dt 35,00 per week) with cushions.
In other all inclusive-hotels there is no distinction and no extra charge for chair pillows!
Animation offer only in the evening, but that was probably because of the fact, that only approximately 40 guests in the hotel were.
Therefore no review for this issue during the day. On 2 evenings was the offer really good-for all age groups - and all who took part and had fun.
Nice, that not only german in the hotel were, but also belgians, french and north africans.
All together the vacation was very relaxing for me, what but also on the other guests and the contacts to tunesiern (no hotel staff) is due. read more

We had the total relaxation, there in October hardly any families there and the hotel hardly was booked. That was perfect for us... If the entertainers feel bored you can certainly extremely much relaxation. Everyone was very friendly and with a bit of baksheesh you always perfect service. Unfortunately no à la carte restaurant and water sports are also very poor. But overall we had great 14 days in zarzis. read more

Value for money is very good. We are very satisfied and would go back. The staff are very friendly. After a week one knows the buffet indeed, but there is every day pizza and noodles, but the sauce on request freshly prepared is. read more

The hotel is in a very good general condition. The bungalows, as well as the lobby is very nice and very clean. The whole complex is extremly clean and tidy. The guests come predominantly from France or Belgium about 70% of the rest of Germany, Holland. Included in the inclusive services were all drinks until 24 o'clock and the chairs by the pool. The loungers on the beach cost 2,50 Euro during the day and have at the front desk be paid. The safe must be paid separately and is located behind the front desk. Which is a shame ..., there is no fridge in the room, if one wants to rent it costs extra. But we were with the services completely satisfied. read more

If you do undertake want to Mohammed at the beach the offers everything possible and the small price. Older Mr with grey hair, very nice and friendly and not pushy at all.
All together we can only recommend this hotel, there was nothing to complain about. Everybody was friendly and you could always make yourself understood. We drive in any case next year go read more

Number of the room you can only estimate (of course we read, that it has 500 room returns)

Pluses:
Clean hotel with two great pools. The larger noisy with speaker sounds and the smaller more quiet. It was also always cleaned. The lunch buffet was always great, the dinner buffet then something neglected, but always something delicious found (except for the 'spanish evening', the was a disaster). The rooms were daily mopped, you can see that not in every hotel. The public toilets in the hotel were up to exception ( see cons ) very clean and tidy.
The animation was very discreet and not pushy.
Cons:
The beds went times not at all, they were rock-hard and ... the pillows were unformbare schaumstoffdinger.
After complaint the blankets (for the cooler days) to the mattresses put, it not at all caused.
There in the room no safety deposit box was, we rented a at the front desk. The riesennachteil was, that the safe key with the safenummer etched was. That raised the question: where key, if you want to swim.
The course to the rooms the pitch, as the motion sensor turned off. If you then from the sunlight into the darkness came, you had to to the right room vorantasten and with the fingers the Schlitz for the doorman huge amount.
The toilets stayed in the pool area not acceptable, since they took the longer road to the room.
That the hotel very secluded is, we knew before, we also didn't bother us. If you are going to the shop wanted, it was before the complex and stops a taxi. It was always quick and was very cheap. ( please note: not the taxi, the already waiting, this is very expensive).
While we were there it was very quiet on the complex. At the beginning about 130 guests and the weekends less. The französischsprechenden were around 85 to 90%, the rest German and other. We had the whole week no Russian.
In the bathroom there is only a piece of soap, so sporadically we had it still not. A hairdryer you got on request. But I am anyway always the own. For the socket you need no adapter.
A tv there was also, didn't use it.
Our flight went only around 20:00, this meant we were around 17:00 picked up. On our question, if we our room ( also at a charge) use should, we were told, that it was already weiterverplant is, the next room our holiday friends was already planned. And with an almost empty hotel. All inclusive we were allowed to at the end use. read more

We have in this hotel Suns and shade sides experience. Very positive we can the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff stress. Whether entertainers, waiter or cleaning staff, everybody was hard a nice holiday to ready. The guys (Simba& Gigi) the entertainment we besonderste into the heart closed.
However the hotel has also some negative to offer. I was in the Hotel Bettoli didn't sleep well at all, as I have a lot of problems with the mattress -> hard!
My husband enjoyed the quick Otto ( diarrhea) received. And I am with a beautiful Infection (38.6 Celsius ... fever) home traveled.
In the restaurant we could even watch how a head waiter at the breakfast buffet with its bare hands in the sweet rolls knatschte and then simply again in the basket back threw (if you consider, that this man before some guests to the greetings the hand was enough. Who knows, if all the hand to of the toilet washed?). This would also explain why one in the nearby located pharmacy so many hotel guests met-)
The food is not particularly good. We had problem somewhat tasty to find. Also we had sometimes as at the Bundeswehr line up something from the buffet for example the vermatschten fries or a piece of from grilled tough meat. If you look back, you could again line up for a small glass Cola, Fanta, beer etc. To get, since only water or wine (vinegar) be brought to the table. read more

A very big hotel, but due to the many deals and large beach and pool area you get from the many fellow holidaymakers ( 90% French) is not good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. From Ramadan also not much received, apart from the dinner first at 20:30 o'clock ( tunisian time) has begun. All together, recommendable. read more

A relaxed vacation in a very highly recommended hotel. Despite large number of guests was both at beach and pool, as well as on the extensive area and large lobby a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Merely at mealtimes there was sometimes short waiting times or unpleasant crush. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, they felt however rather discreet and unobtrusive. Good, that at least at 23:00 the stage program ended and really peace on the grounds was. Despite Ramadan was the service reasonable and the food tasty and diverse. A special mention for our very attentive ... waiter and our prudent Strandaufpasser Abdul. We will go back and recommend it to those, the rather value on a relaxing hotel put. read more

Very nice hotel, unfortunately it has against outside a lot of trash and hardly open shops or restaurants. The staff were very nice and most of them spoke better German than English.
At the weekly market it was not so nice, as the sellers were very pushy and attempted, their goods expensive to sell. In the hotel shop we had but unfortunately the same problem.

Despite the fears, which we in advance due to the current political situation in North Africa had, we had a comfortable and beautiful holiday there. We were the first time in the room in hotel Zita beach resort and will come again. Because of its proximity to fear Libya etc. you must not have. An interesting country with interssanten people! Mainly were in German and french guests. Food with plenty of choice. The beach is 1 meters away from the area. Super beautiful. The area was very clean. At the pool I saw not a fly. Unfortunately the were quite big complex very few tourists, as have many fear. Good for us but bad for the Tunisians. So don't be afraid and have the paradise ... enjoy! read more
