    According to hotel description there are only double rooms. In this we were interrupted. With 2 adults and 2 children in the age of 11 and 12 years risk of apartment complexes. All 4 people in a room. Children for a extra charge of 70 €! A night on a couch accommodated. But at least our daughter has learnt (mama it is possible, that is so many mirrors in the room are, so that larger it works?) Please be careful when going to bed because of the narrow every time its toes strong on trip advisor. Bathroom and toilet are not blockable, pleasant for pubertäre children.

    After for breakfast 5 months and 26 days expired crispbread whilst there was, i would like to the food not more judge. It is although it is very much friendly staff available, but all the crumbs off from the placemat be thrown on the soil i never see us. Also, the table wiped and all leftovers land on the floor. Perhaps all these tasks but also for entertainment of the guests the for breakfast sit. (at two days of our stay observed)

    2 years old hotel in the bathroom and toilet still bleistiftmarkierungen of fliesenlegers to admire are. But these are very obvious on the first glance to the eye. I'm assuming the tiles were never cleaned. On our complaint we were told that is not so bad. Free mini bar was not restocked.

Hotel and spa area tip-top! Restaurant in the service huge potential of improvement. Waiting time food (from appetizer to main) partly up to 50 minutes! The waiters was unmotivated, on complaints is not really received! Hotel except the restaurant (service) is definitely recommendable! read more

I was 3 days guests in this hotel together with a buddy. The friendliness of the staff was great, the dishes very delicious and plentiful, the wellness oasis on the 3. floor of the hotel simply a dream - a dream to 'come down' and escape from the stress of everyday life. In the evening played or wonderful lora on the piano. The tauernspa is equipped with a bathrobe with the hotel and also nothing to be desired. Great wellnessbehandlungsabteilung the huge class is. Unfortunately we could during the day the child care didn't use it, since in the public spa area in the immediate area the pools decorated and our kids swimming the addicted and not in the games room we could have stayed longer... Everything else was perfect. read more

The hotel is very nicely equipped. A very relaxing vacation. The service itself was sunday And food we had with half board and there was barbecue. What disturbed me very much many foreigners the ram and are for the food for \u263a. Front desk said that we 15:00 into the room could! We waited then scarcely until 17:00. we should of course already in the spa again. The pool and sauna area from the hotel was really great. We will certainly again in the beautiful hotel drive much is then the service a bit better read more

A perfect hotel in the no wishes are unfulfilled. From the first minute, we have very comfortable, in all areas the staff is of the hotel very helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, very nice bathroom and free minibar. The hotel's spa with the einigartigen skylinepool is beautiful and if the not enough the then the Tauern Spa with many further swimming pools and a large sauna area. Overall the hotel offers spa and spa on 2000 metres ². The breakfast buffet is just amazing, it wasn't missing anything. Freshly prepared egg dishes, fresh waffles, salmon, freshly ... squeezed juices, a large selection of cereals. It was simply delicious! Also the dinner was always really good. A praise to the kitchen staff. Who for skiing to go to the beach, could reach two great ski areas (kitzsteinhorn and schmittenhöhe) in a few minutes. Ski passes there is at the front desk, a ski bus stops at the hotel. It was our 2. stay in the Tauern Spa, the complete service has compared to the first stay significantly improved! We already look forward to our next vacation in tauerm spa. We can absolutely recommend the hotel. read more

In spite of the modern architecture, has the building on a pleasant atmosphere and wohlfühlstil. Particular emphasis should be on the staff. The spa area is very generously designed and has a ... wide-ranging wellness-landscape. Also here perfect cleanliness. Unfortunately we were just 3 days here and the complex facilities only partly use. All around a house, the his 4 star label in any case do it justice. read more

    The room was during the entire stay not cleaned. The bathroom door squeaked noisy with all open and close. The complaints not sufficiently and adequately cared for. The staff where it seems partly overstrained or demotivated to be. Around excuses you're not embarrassed.

Check in for over 2 hours late only after 17 o'clock and it was other much worse. The service in the restaurant is still very ausbaufaehig, sometimes one had the feeling the staff tucked away in the building supplies store. If you then arrived they were however very friendly. At the sauna bar was slap stick well-behaved hecticness what a wellness hotel rather should be avoided. read more

It was a wonderful stay in the Tauern spa in kaprun. I would have never thought it such nice it would be! Staff are crazy friendly, nice and helpful. The furnishings in the bathing area, in the hotel room or dining area is very clean and modern. The atmosphere during dinner and even at breakfast was gigantic (and romantic-) ) The pools are very clean. I had nothing to fault. I can only recommend it. And high up in the sky to praise! I personally found it surprising. Beautiful! Many thanks for the great stay and do not hope ... which I once again the opportunity to have your wonderful hotel to visit.-) read more

The small weaknesses from the first visit a year ago were fixed. The staff are competent, spoke German, food at top level. Dessert was unfortunately once another table assigned but with demand immediately set. Wellness facilities furthermore great. In our comparison the best facilities in Austria ( Bad Schallerbach, geinberg, bad hofgastein). read more

Great hotel, the highlight is the outdoor swimming pool ( glass) on roof ( only for the hotel guests). Very spacious and beautiful rooms. The whole complex is divided into three parts: - property with a separate hotel spa - spa with a sauna area (without costs for the hotel guests) - spa (surcharge) The hotel has a total of 160 rooms -138 double room, 20 junior suites and 2 suites. The whole complex is clean and tidy. The types of people were during our stay mixed, from young couples, to the family with children to guests in the pensionable age everything was represented. Mostly came the guests from Austria and Germany, but also from the Netherlands Free tg-place, wi-fi and half-board are included ... in the price, as well as the daily again filled mini-bar with non-alcoholic drinks. read more

    We received this time on the vamed vitality show an upgrade to a deluxe room, with its 48 metres² no wishes offenließ. Walk-in closet, separate toilet with bidet, bath with two wash basins, bath tub and shower, a couch for 8 people sufficient would be, 40 inch flat screen tv and the beds with a view of the kitzsteinhorn - what else could you want...

    The hotel's restaurant 'saving grace' is another highlight this house. A gigantic breakfast buffet offers everything from various breads and rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, muesli in more than rich selection to the speciality of the day (fresh waffles, white sausages...) - not to forget the very nice chef, the fried eggs or omelets to order brings. Also a freshly squeezed orange juice or even zusammenstellbarer fruit or vegetable juice (fresh from the press) is offered. There is a multi-course menu, partly from the buffet, partly serves. Also here the selection was very big and it is simply impossible to try everything what a anlacht. The price of drinks move in the usual framework of this class.

    In the whole hotel and spa the staff more than friendly. It is a support for children from 3 years of age, so that parents in peace in the spa let yourself be pampered could. I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness of the restaurant manager Jennifer r. and your sister Vanessa r., the extremely attentive attended to us.

    The complex is quiet 'greenfield'. Of the main street coming transition a small industrial area which also has a small supermarket, a drugstore and an indoor tennis court and then right on the large car park the thermal baths. To kaprun it is less than 2 kilometers, to Zell am See approximately 5 kilometers. The ski bus to the kitzsteinhorn ski area stops right on the hotel
