We were for the 3. time in this hotel and we liked it very much. Even the russian guests are not, as often criticized, misbehaving. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful and also the general cleanliness the hotel, room, laundry and so on. Can positively be stressed. At the beach there are newer and older, depending on where you the space searches. There were renovated and non-renovated rooms. The approximately 150 meters away reef offers a fantastic underwater world. To the bazaar it is only a few minutes walk. Of course the cleanliness outside the complex a lot to ... be desired. But since we are not a secret. There is Europa stop Europa. read more

The hotel is technically a bit dated, however it is well maintained. The staff are very friendly, informal. I was surprised over the foreign languages skills (d, e, ru). Great is the location with the view over the bay and the short walk to the old bazaar in sharm el sheikh. Also it was brilliant into the water to go and immediately while snorkeling in the exotic fischwelt to side. The next very attractive reef is very nearby. read more

The complex with their pool- and green areas was very well-kept and the restaurants with the quality of the food and the selection excellent. With exception the front desk the staff were always friendly and courteous. The noisy accommodation, a reihenzimmer, as' chalet ' means, had 10 meters² with shabby furniture and saggy mattresses or a worn down room in the main building, as well as the morning wake-up call at 5:15 an islamic predigers from a nearby mosque, which many times the days repeated, were a relaxation in the way. read more

The unique location of the hotel on the cliffs with direct access to the beach about a staircase with 160 steps or a lift was already been described here. The ageing hotel is apparently lots of german older permanent guest won't feel preferred. The audience is international (with an emphasis eastern countries), without special noticeable. The age structure ranges from families with small children to the older semesters. The grounds are very well maintained. Near the rooms there are many differences. There are rooms in the main building (vierstöckig ) and in bungalows with various facilities. We were first in ... a simple bungalow the 2000. Row, with an old tv and without safe, and later in a better, but a bit smaller 3000. Series. A curse of the first order is the proximity to a mosque, the unfortunately since our stay before 3 years a stronger ampoplifier seems to have made, the whole area, and especially the 1000. And 2000. Bungalows, but not only the, with ears betäubendem noise music, the first at 5 o'clock in the morning. The mittagsgebet on friday is in the room unbearable. read more

    The two of us inhabited rooms were small but sufficient with a small wet room with a shower and sink. In the 2. (better ) room was no real space for suitcases, but a safe in the small closet. In the first room was an old crt, in 2 a small led tv. The reception quality was with two bad, with little selection. There was an airco and a mini bar, with two 600 mll bottles of water daily.

    There is a universe to inclusive restaurant with two locations in the property and an à-la-carte-restaurant at the beach (against an extra charge), a closed bar and several open bars in the garden area and at the beach, there also with lunch snacks. The restaurants were clean, the buffets offered plenty of choice and changing themes (chinese, egyptian, french...). Sometimes were the dishes too few heated, and often little peppered. The offered wine was changing quality. In my opinion was only the red wine reasonably usable (somewhat sweet); once it was really bad, but after reference were changed. The lighting in the evening was too dim. Unfortunately in the club there was bar ashtray and therefore smoking, although according to a note at the entrance a non-smoking area is.

    The staff was (especially against small tips ) very friendly and a part spoke good german or english. Our rooms were properly cleaned and well-kept. A doctor (we even didn't need) is locally and obviously cheap. There was child care. Our request for room change was friendly instead given.

    The ageing beach chairs during our stay for the most part replaced by new ones. The beach is narrow, but sufficient. You are constantly because of massages, beauty care, boat trips, etc. Addressed; the non intrusiveness holds itself however within limits. Are missing changing rooms at the beach and in the pool area. The evening 'disco' (45 minutes minutes always the same stupid program) is one on the nerves-hence the title. The rest of the entertainment in the evening was except for small exceptions grottenschlecht.

    The hotel is on a hill with magnificent view on the el Maya bay, on the sinai and the harbor with regularly the cruise ships. In the immediate vicinity there is nothing major. On foot one arrives but the 'old market' and shops on the hill-both in my opinion without real interest. The Naama Bay is with buses and taxis to reach, and the airport is no 20 kilometer away. Depending on the wind direction arriving planes generating modest noise, we did not find as disturbing. Regrettably, the political situation there, that a visit to the yasmina not offered.

Gorgeous area in wind-protected bay with direct the entrance to the sea and panoramic views of the sinai mountains The hotel is somewhat older though, but constantly being renovated (was already the second time here). The beach is very spacious, and is adjacent to a natural beach with a wonderful reef at, and you can directly from the beach into the sea- that means is even for children and unsafe swimmer suited. We ploblemlos outside of the hotel moved and the area ( bay with adjoining desert, old market, settlements cafes, shops of local ) on foot explored The staff ... are friendly and helpful, without being pushy, many have been working for years and give informal atmosphere. If you are looking for more than the hotel complex want to see, if you want a great safe snorkel area find, relaxing hour with stunning views to enjoy, will feel at home here! read more

The hotel we have already several times and have stayed in different rooms experienced. This time in a bungalow with number 3. Because we were exhausted and no desire had our precious vacation mit moved to waste, we are there. But that was a absolute impertinence! The food was absolutely wonderful! You shouldn't every day the complete buffet taste, then it will be after several days boring. The staff were absolutely efficient, friendly and welcoming. Also the entertainment team, great people! Kinderbettli were already ready, every wish for example milk in the fridge was fulfilled, high chairs were in the dining room brought, b. cleaned every day. Food. Better than the last 3 years (meat better seasoned and softer) also local food (oriental corner) very nice, large salad buffet afternoons and evenings. We were now already for the 8. time in our beloved 'Beach Albatros' and 5 weeks, from early november to mid december. The vacation very good condition. Every year you will meet at this time lots of old well-known and together we very nice weather conditions the time. Accommodation, catering and the service by the staff left nothing to be desired. At the reception we were again very friendly and welcomed by magdy welcome. It is always make an effort, all of our needs to fulfill. To mention is still the new manager, mr. Hany, the always very friendly and ... attentive its tourists treated. He is constantly tried hard, everything for his guests did. Small complaints let it immediately fix it. Our impression is, that the hotel itself very much around its guests endeavored. By the value for money is the ' b each Albatros' always a vacation worth. Because of the previous reviews and the travel price, we have our expectations of course first accordingly corrected downwards. Here we can only confirm what has already been accepted. The hotel is in a very worn condition. This condition is from the reception, over the pool and gardens, lift to the beach to the facilities for disabled guests at the beach. However, here immediately mentioned that the complex, compared to other Egypt-hotels in which we already were, very clean well-kept. It is relentless someone to see to the garden care, the paths clean, the filter of the pools cleaned etc. ... There were at our time of travel very many nationalities represented amongst others also the some reviews have denounced tourists from the east, however we could no special peculiarities say, neither in terms of the behavior in the gastronomy area, at the pool etc. A huge problem, for the hotel operators probably do anything about it, is the ' outdoor use ' - around the hotel are speakers mounted from which at regular intervals for several minutes gebetsgesänge sound and so a conversation in the outdoor area because of the volume almost impossible. Furthermore the 1. 'announcement' already at 4:27 o'clock in the morning instead of, which with guests with a less deep sleep to light aggression can lead. In conclusion: would price especially the unique location, including the great hausriffe not for some inconvenience don't compensate would be this hotel not recommendable. read more

    Our room was very small and worn. Furniture and bathroom are more than sanierungsfällig, however the room very clean hold. For the few hours of which we in the room spent was the 'comfort' adequate.

    On the day of our arrival we were already in the restaurant completely ignored. There was no table, no drinks brought etc. Drinks are next to the buffet itself on a and beverage choices get, however here only 0.2 liter glasses available. On the 2. day we have, although you in our cultures services only after these have been paid-tip at the table and see there, this was the ' access' to the service. For the rest of the stay we had immediately after entering of the restaurant a table and a waiter already from the 3. day knew what drinks ordered. It was the complete staff tried to speak german, but the vocabulary so limited that here except at the front desk no useful versations took place. Easier it was already with russian or english, so we immediately on english 'move'. In summary: after we are against a small payment the ' serviceupgrade' bought, everything was to our satisfaction.

    To us just perfect - no pushy entertainers which the guests zwangsbespaßen and any play persuade. As entertainment so we can not judge as we saw that there are, but never took part in them. Beach chairs us umbrellas were in our travel time sufficient both at the pools, as well as at the beach available.

    The location of the hotel is terrific. With a great view over the bay and the elevator directly to the beach so fast not again to find. Directly in front of the beach there are a few small reefs which are wonderful for snorkelling offer. Around 10 minutes away on foot one reaches the old maktet. This is a huge shopping street with numerous shops.

We were already a few time... And always made to feel very comfortable, The staff made a great effort, if men/women nice and with a smile you get everything. This year were all the guests everywhere served, even at the beach, what very anenehm is. Large thanks to: cocktail -Mohamed and Mahmut from the beach bar. Negative: no free wi fi! ( it should current time) ... We will be back! read more

Small well-maintained hotel. Staff are constantly tried tourist satisfied. Service in the restaurant is very good. As we were a freshly renovated room had booked, there was in our opinion no complaints. At the beach needs some updating. Unfortunately on environmental protection not greatly respected. Many corals are right next to hotel already destroyed. read more

Don't be put off by the drive through the typical egyptian residential area - we/I wanted to for the first time love to not from the bus rise-but behind the front desk opened a wonderful well maintained garden area with an unbeatable view over the bay. There is a 3-story main building - not yet fully renovated and several rows of bungalows-partly new, partly renovated, but some evenly not. By more than 10 times ige stay here, we believe/I altogether positive development to assess. The 228 room make the complex manageable, nevertheless everything is for a relaxing hotel available - ... 2 restaurants with terraces, 2 pools. Beautiful ' house bar, great terrace bar but also many quiet spot for relaxing - everything clean and tidy. International guests make the stay also interesting-just contacts. read more

    There is lots of different zimmerformen, however all big enough. Sometimes I safe - apart from that at the front desk. Bathroom ok. Furniture partly old however cleanly and sufficiently-when you are already in the room. Air-conditioning devices partly very loud - against help but ear plugs. The hotel is just not new.

    There are 1 international restaurants with theme nights and 1 Italian with fresh pizza and pasta-all very tasty and freshly prepared. There is really something for everyone, even if it already times, but also at home it is not different-or! The location the restaurants with a view of the bay and 'old market' is - especially evenings - an experience in itself. Nice service, also the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. At the beach there is also a snack bar for the small hunger is at lunch - fresh pizza - sandwich-pasta, absolutely sufficient. Also ice in the afternoon and crepes. There are drinks but partly only in paper/plastic cups - at the beach also sense, but one gets also a glass if you're nice ask.

    We/I in this hotel never experienced unfriendly employees. Here however also :' as you forest in-calls, so echoed it out! ' the kindness and the good service also nothing with tip payments to do, but you should be aware, that 'baksheesh' in Egypt now time is common. Here however really none the hands. Cleaning of the rooms never with problems. German not everywhere spoken, but with English it worked everywhere. Otherwise there are at the front desk the man for all cases-mr. magdy - He speaks also very well German and helps with all problems further. He really cared, everything is possible. Sometimes but now times not always immediately and but one should also a little bit of understanding. Laundry service available. There is also a hotel doctor, jedoc very expensive. We I always try it only once in a pharmacy/ pharmacia.

From about 13 hours however wirder much empty-always enough chairs and covers - these could however be renewed. Spa center: For a fee - with prices action, much reasonably priced as at home and good!

    As described earlier, 'terribly' the driving directions initially once from, this central location you have however lots of possibilities, the area to explore. Until 'old market' on foot it are at best 10 to 15 minutes until' Alf Leila Waleila' with lots of shops and the possibility to visit a show, is it not much further. Direction hotel 'aqua blue' there is also a couple more bars and shop's - amongst others a shop, in which one alcohol can buy, there is in normal supermarkets not. And with the taxi one is for about 5,- Euro per easy drive in about 15. Minutes in the hustle and bustle of Naama Bay. The location is thus simply ideal-and don't worry, just try, it happens a really nothing. Otherwise is directly at the beach diving center on the excursions can be booked.

First, we would like to say that the hotel complex itself nice and well maintained. About there is nothing to complain about. On arrival we got a family room (double room was booked) but this was a total disappointment. A totally outdated and run down rooms with 2 bedrooms and a living area. The plug sockets hanging from the wall the schließmechanismen at the door hanging out. After we one night there and in the morning a thick cockroach found had we at the front desk complaints and a new room demanded (with the help of our travel agent). That ... worked then and we got a new (renovated) room. So the first problem solved. We had booked all inclusive. The biggest fault is the absolutely tasty in the hotel (90%). It is appalling that the main part very rude behavior. There were seats reserved (la veranda), although the famous only after an hour and longer appeared are. The really tasty stretches us this hotel still time to visit. A tip from us: either you can take directly rooms with 7 start or you hit 10 Euro at arrival in the passport. read more

    As already described above. Better a room take the with 7 starts. They are new and adequate. We had room 7003 right next to the sea view restaurant. The rooms are equipped with tv, refrigerator, terrace, hair dryer. Enough for sleeping and showers.

    There are 2 restaurants (sea view and il caminetto), as well as a beach bar where one at noon which food. Perhaps we are a bit spoiled but the food was so-so. There are themenabede (german, french, international) but in the end it's always the same. Delicious is the pizza from khaled degrees. A funny guy and his pizza was really great! We would like to thank once again the two mohammed (waiters) and khaled gad (pizza corner) thanks. They did their thing very well done.

    The staff are tried but partly desireless and it shows! German is very poorly represented, english sunday The best foreign language you speak russian! To be honest the russians to other nationalities preferred. Like that was our impression! Room cleaning was okay. I had the air conditioning a light bronchitis and a tonsillitis had so i the clinic in the hotel had to visit. Antibiotics and various other drugs to cure were there. Including the investigation all together 50 Euro and after 3 days everything was fine again.

    Entertainment was very poor. Advertised activities mainly only in russian. It should one evening a fakir show taking place but the entertainer was previously collapsed (cycle) so that the show was canceled and bingo have been played is. Altogether we had 5 entertainers counted. In the 2. week were only 2 there. The demands it turned out that 2 holiday and was sick. Hello? How can one if one only to 5 is still 2 people holiday give? The hit was the one swiss family their daughter in the kids club and the italian animator tv and the child alone had to follow. And then after one hour the child alone in the hotel left while the animator cityward at the beach recovered. It wouldn't get worse more. Luckily was our son not in the kids club!

    The hotel is located in ras um el sid directly on the red sea. It was on a felsplateu built and is quite nice. One reaches the beach either over an elevator or over stairs. Everything so far good. Until to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport there are about 10-15 kilometer. There are shops at the beach in the hotel shops, or who likes can at the beach to old market run (about 10 minutes on foot). The old market rates we from since there are only around rip-off goes. One everywhere clean ripped off and vollgequatscht. The has nothing to do with oriental flair or traditional bazaar to do. Excursions could at the respective travel agents. Beware of regional providers on the beach etc. there when completed no insurance!
