The size was okay. The balcony had no screens and thus steady by the neighbours. The furniture have already seen better days - the bathroom is for people with back or fußproblemen very problematic, as the entrance was very high. All in all rather carelessly.

The kitchen was more than reasonable, only for the waiters the owners not in the clear with its operation, what tables served, as the tables numbered are, to burn candles there was no lighter and the girl had with one already see candle the remaining tables provide. On the question of a wine, was called it again loudly and annoyed volt chef-which is on the menu stands! Means: each 2 white and red wines-so much for genieรâÿerhotel.

The reception on the day of arrival unprofessional, no offer of help with the luggage, no welcome in our house, they had a good journey and so on... Simply nothing. No information about the hotel and the facilities, no short briefing. Staff were as good as not available, except the hotelier itself, the constantly overburdened seemed, with all.

Pool without handles and very slippery, sauna area quite dark and the herbal bath was without herbs

Despite reference : no children under 14 yr. Were a baby and a 2.5 yrs child as, with entspr. Background noise! On the question on the hotelier how this is possible-as we for this reason this hotel chose, he said: you can arrange the guests complain. The room was in 3 days not vacuumed or cleaned. The radio had a cd (the same as in the lobby the whole day dudelte) adjusted, other transmitters nil return.

The view from the room was nice, since the weather also cooperate. Cable cars nearby and excursions to Innsbruck or stubai glacier or good hiking opportunities all in the immediate vicinity.

The rooms are huge and hardwood flooring. The furniture is not no more the newest, but there are plenty of storage space, and especially it is clean. Separate bathroom and toilet are optimal. The balcony offers enough space for two chairs and a small table. Mini bar and coffee machine are unfortunately not available.

Better it hardly goes. The daily -course menu ( gala dinner 9 course), was the highlight of the day. In one week was never repeated. Unfortunately, the chef never showed. It is in any case half board with 6 courses to book. The drinks are relatively expensive. For not -alcohol-drinker, there is unfortunately only a very limited selection of drinks.

The staff in the restaurant was both for breakfast, as well as during dinner very friendly and hard-working. The cleaning of the rooms was done well.

The wellness area is very nice. The three saunas/steam rooms are brand new. The couple chipped piece of the jigsaw in the indoor pool are not worth mentioning. The garden with loungers and relaxation zones offers a great view.

Who relaxation and good food searches, is in the right place here.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, above the village of telfes, but nothing more offers. The view from all rooms, direction garden and mountains, is very nice. 4 mountains in the surroundings can great hiking easily be reached. Best, you can buy the stubai card.

We had a room with a balcony to the garden - with very nice view. The rooms are really large and pleasantly furnished. The furniture is not more dated-which did not disturb us however. The bathroom is also pleasant, always clean and comfortably large. Very nice: bathroom and toilet are separated.

The kitchen is fantastic. We booked half board and in the evening a 6 respectively a 9 course menu. Every day there were new, creative surprises. We rarely in a hotel eaten so well. The wine tasting in the hotel owner was very good: informative and interesting. Breakfast is so, as one of a foodie -hotel expected, everything was there, always fresh. Only small comment: the cheese buffet in the evening was always the same-a variance have been nice. The prices for the beverages ( wine, Cappuccino...) are relatively high.

The service is very friendly and accommodating. As the dvd recorder in our room was broken, they immediately cared. We had the impression, then one very focused on the wellbeing of the guests -possible can be made, is made possible. The atmosphere in the house is so, that you quickly feel at home.

The small wellness facilitities are nice and as we found completely sufficient. There in the hotel almost only couple is, it is in the wellness area always calm and pleasant. The garden is very well-kept and nicely, the pool big enough, for some laps-the three saunas apparently relatively new. Drinks there were always plentiful (free). Very nice were the wasserbettliegen in the relaxation area.

We the week in the hotel oberhofer very good. The location is beautiful, the food great, the service is very friendly and accommodating. Because the hotel relatively small is, we had very quickly' at home' feeling... The surcharge by the half board was more than justified.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a wonderful view into the mountains, to the valley and to the small church. The train station, telfes is also on foot reachable in a few minutes - as well as numerous hiking trails. Shops are in telfes relatively little available, which did not disturb us however.

We had the standard room. The furnishing recalls IKEA the 80. Years. The laminate stands out already now and then. The tv was small, old and managed just five or six program to a lousy tone. The remote control was with tape wrapped dingy and worn. Generally the rooms are very big and clean, but without besonderten flair.

Dinner was very good. Our praise goes to the chef. The breakfast buffet very well arranged. Only a few sausage- and breads, the cakes was bought and not home-made, apart from that no landestypsichen specialties available, a special note could usher in may. For a hotel, that especially over its fine cuisine have wanted, was absolutely not enough. Cleanliness was generally given, however we found the breadcrumb of vorarbends in the morning again on our löchrigen and stained tablecloth.

Positively mentioned should be is, that the staff in the service ( restaurant, bar ) very friendly and hard-working was, however in certain places overburdened. The tables were late, at breakfast not cleared. The salad buffet in the evening was only stocked, as the restaurant times already had started and the guests thus already in the restaurant were. The receptionist was rarely seen. So we checked out for example with the serving staff a, since no one else was available. We were therefore neither something to the habits of the hotel said ( for example meal times, praised shuttle service to the winter sports region etc.) , still gästekarten issued, with which benefits in the winter sports region would have been possible. We were because of a closed gesellschafft several times been implemented. Told us in a very arrogant and arrogant manner from the front desk employees.

Cleanliness was also here given up to a few spider's webs here and there. However was the award-winning pool already now in no decent condition more. Tiles were already bailed out, here and there cleared the mold already its way and a slice of by the pool was blind and unappealing. The small sauna facility was very nice furnished, however we have the ' temperaturkonzept ' not really understood. In the resting room it was so cold, that you not therein could (also not in towels and bathrobe packed), the steam room was so hot, that one the feeling had, get burned the sparse ascending steam. Herbal sauna was all right and should the temperatures were the promised 50 degrees held.

The hotel seemed to be more sober than the photos the appearance makes. Unfortunately has it little 'flavor'. A private, special note was for us not to see. Everything was in a state of disrepair and there was partly risk of injury.

The hotel is located idyllically in a small village in the stubai valley. Access to wandersport excellent given (schlick 2000 in 5 minutes by car reachable, stubai glacier about minutes). Larger shops exist only next village.

On the homepage are only the suites shown, the very good are. Had so much more modern room expected.

The food is magnificent! We had the three course menu, for the but no different menu. The waiter had us only once then, what the 5-course menu not good.

Bad and such kitchen not appropriate.

The pool is small, but very nicely made. For skiing it is in the neighboring town fillest or on the glacier (30 kilometer).

A hotel with large contrasts. Dreamy food, unfortunately fit the atmosphere especially the leadership of the hotel not at all to that. So no word too much we wasted: no welcome, no good-bye at the front desk. Beautiful website, the modern design hotel be, the expectations gives, the rooms unfortunately in actually not fulfilled could. It is missing everywhere in personal care : the tv had only five active program, a waitress cleared evenings in the restaurant in joggingdress from, in the restaurant stood still christmas decoration. The do not disturb sign from the cleaning staff away, the then the room cleaned. Unfortunately the excellent chef!

Peaceful location and nice view.

The junior suite is big enough, nice and modern furnished, everything clean, below living room, separated bathroom and toilet, on the stairs up to the bedroom, lots of space and storage space up and down, all brightly, with shutters, very pleasant. Big balcony with view to the valley Tv: yes, available \u263a, analog tv 7 programs and ancient -black and white tv. It was with sky advertised, but there is not. In any case no one could say, whether and how it works. No mini bar or coffee machine. Internet for payment, we didn't try it Good cell phone -net

The restaurant is as' a haubenrestaurant ' excellent. Tables beautifully set, clean, far enough auseinanderstehend, so that you can talk to. Very pleasant ambience. Beautiful decoration. For breakfast excellent buffet, fresh ingredients, variety- rich, with 1 liter orange juice on every table, also sparkling wine at the buffet. Dinner: if you from the very simple salad buffet and the cheese-selection at the buffet it's expense and at the stops, which the kitchen freshly prepared, then expect a excellent courts, a delicious restaurant are worthy. We had a great meal. The kitchen the name ' gourmet -hotel' fair. The atmosphere is excellent, the wine (1 glass wine a 0.2 per course) was always good choice. Bar: hardly something going on, you sit almost alone, and half of the bar is the dinner use with glasses stocked, the dishwasher be removed. Good wine list, the wines can also be savoured, before you a whole glass orders.

Breakfast: the only young woman, the entire breakfast -service alone makes (coffee and bring, egg dishes bring, clearing, buffet population, other wishes fulfilled) although it is very friendly, spoke also german, is however with the entire service somewhat overloaded, which led, that the dedicated after leaving once cleared. Didn't look so nice. Dinner: 2 waiter, the a very good, friendly, charming, prudent and neutral service make, good check! Cleaning of the rooms ok, staff understands and speaks german. Additional service: hotel's own ski bus to the nearby located winter sports region schlick 2000 and for airport- and train station-pick-up in Innsbruck

Sport: own ski bus to the small winter sports region next door; to the stubai glacier, the ski bus, the journey takes 50 minutes, drives hourly, but you have still 15 minutes down the hill and evenings back again. Ski cellar: disaster - junk room, in all possible herumsteht, in between a ski rack and the storage space for the boots, no wärmegebläse, the shoes' steam ' only from, that the whole night the window is open, the ski boot then freezing - eww \u263a swimming pool: very nice modern designed swimming pool, pleasant peace, there no children. Hotel with 25 rooms, very modern outer impression, clean, well maintained, at the start the stubai-valley location, on the mountain that looks great. Parking spaces at the hotel strongly limited. the room (junior suite) was large and nicely modernly decorated. With beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. Very quiet, without disturbing traffic noise. great as it was divided. Downstairs bathroom, toilet and living room, the top bed.

the breakfast buffet was plentiful, good and left nothing to be desired. the dinner there is an menu. Here you can only between the main courses fish or meat choose. It tasted us always very well. A real treat for the eyes and a culinary highlight. furthermore one can between 16:00 and 17:00 still at the cake bar strengths. the service will further specialist evenings do well, as it with full house something longer takes.

Service often directly from the really friendly chef. Top.

the hotel owns a wellness area with a herbal sauna, a steam bath, and Finnish sauna. Furthermore a peace area with two water beds and a few beach chairs. Nice, that you free tea and water can serve yourself. There is also a beautiful pool with enough warm water. only dripped the showers always very long after. You should check before you leave!

At the beginning we had because of the worse reviews of the hotel in last time a little concerned. However we were after our arrival now positively surprised. we can the hotel absolutely recommend and would like to come again.

the hotel lies on the edge of the place, above Telfes, with beautiful view. to the neighboring, highly recommended winter sports region Schlick 2000 you need by car only about 5 minutes.
