We had a free upgrade on a family room received. The rooms are partly somewhat run down and need to be renovated. Simply times by the photos page. The room service was minimal, there were for example no drinks to the room provided

The quality of the meals and drinks in the main restaurant was very high. For breakfast there were for example freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly ground coffee, high-quality meats and bread. During dinner selbiges applies. Only the lunch much a bit from. The presentation and variety of the food was also excellent. The different theme nights (asian, african, etc.) You could save, as the offered food then nevertheless quite little the matter was. We only in the main restaurant eaten. Unfortunately it was not possible, also included tapas restaurant, since these hopelessly was overbooked. No wonder, the restaurant was only a week in the evening and in the almost fully booked hotel (possibly the organizer no interest, because there is no extra money is?) Why, i cannot give only three stars? The expiry of the meals was a disaster. Hectic crush at the buffet, dishes were not refilled, very high noise level (which not due to the children was!). In the long term we found it extremely annoying constantly at 8-person tables always with other people to sit-this is Robinson policy, there are no small tables. Privacy is here a foreign word, it will be forced to every meal always other people in addition, since you won't would find space. It also has the staff apparently statement people together to sit. Around 7:15 p. m. the gates for dinner be opened, set the guests to sprint to the best tables on. An absolutely würdeloses spectacle only partially the guests the guilty parties are. Very good service, nothing to moan. The hotel is completely in german hands. The child care was a bit lifelessly. Here i would have more commitment expected.

If you go for the right sports interested in, you will be happy. Really, for Robinson for example Tennis, beach volleyball, sailing, surfing. A wrong sport is definitely cycling. The 4 existing mountain bikes were qualitatively questionable, a racer there was not, nor any evidence, which routes one could go. Another wrong sport is (equipment) fitness training. Yes, there is a gym. Unfortunately, half the equipment delapidated, worn or have security shortcomings. The pools were good. The entertainment was always make an effort.

Turbulent hotel with beautiful garden area. So one imagines in Robinson a club holiday before. Very good: the restaurant at the pools after german art is (almost) unknown.

Direct location above the beach. Nicely arranged, complex hotel location with wonderful prospects over the beach and sea. Strong praise to the gardener. About 5 minutes walk to to the beach. The area is not worth mentioning.

The room was okay and always clean. But since the building has set itself, were the doors and the closet door easily skewed (patio door had a gap and the closet if it is not completely too was he went again and again on). Hotel is on a cliff with slope.

Was surprised that in the restaurant adults area. So to say you could from the families with children separately to eat if you wanted. About the food was nothing to sit. Was always plenty of everything there.

Since the club a spa/sauna/sports have i and lots of guests the offer accepted. With the personal trainers and physiotherapists, i was very satisfied. Other deals i was not taken

The club has a 25 meters pool even is heated, opposite the other pools. Excluding toddler pool (was heated). Of the entertainment one was in peace left if you didn't want to join in.

Had as alone traveler a double room and was quite pleased. Very nice located. Lived on the ground floor with a terrace and a view of the beach and the sea. My room had a very good wlan reception, the antenna not very far away was, better than at the restaurant/bar. In the week i was there was the average age from 1/2 year up to high ages.

The hotel is located on a rock ledge and with direct beach access. Right and left of the hotel are only a few other hotels also at the beach/top of the rock is built. But you can on foot at the beach to Jandia walk (walk 60 minutes) and go shopping and shopping. It salary the place and time until to the harbor to walk and not only in front of stay. Taxi drive from hotel to Jandia approximately 8 Euro or with the bus or you can rent a bike.

We had a family room with a view of the sea, well designed, great view, nice covered balcony; good condition, but by far not luxurious ; from the 2. day we had ants and a rather overpowering in the bathroom

Great varied food; particularly interesting the well food department with tiled recipes ; very good fish; Atmosphere for families extremely relaxed, without children and possibly a little bit too kinderlastig

The reception at the hotel after extremely arduous flight and transfer with three small children was unpleasant and rude; Childcare mixed, since very many not schoolable children in the club. The betreuungsschlüssel was too low for the expected : our kids (4) and (2) went gladly back, but the quality the care super-minis nothing special was; one of the supervisors was only annoying and counted any lists of; children were in the sand area only from and to counted, but not really supervised, in the hope, the parents sit own, which most did. Difficult was our departure, since our bags in the transfer bus loaded. We put our bags after collection on rallying point identified, then we thought, it would be taken care of. Nobody told us, that you then even the bordsteig must face (which not a problem would have been). So they were at the airport not there and had on our costs (80 €!) Via taxi forwarded will... Robinson didn't feel responsible. The us very dissapointed and stressed.

Drive from the airport to the hotel takes 1 hour 15 ; the sammeltransfer of TUI waits several flights from, that means one must perhaps long on the exit to wait. Simply furnished, compact and clean room with an older small 4:3 tv (with german channels), safe, refrigerator and telephone. Basic furniture (more apartment as a hotel - platform bed, simple sofa, foot stool...) Daily cleaning, linen is about all three days changed. Shower with little pressure and only luke warm water. No other comfort (for example coffee maker, smartphone dock, disco player, etc. Are not available)

Practically whole day you can eat, in the main restaurant the classic three meals as generous buffet with several stations and daily changing theme (spanish, german, american...). Between the main meals (spätaufsteher, snackline...) In a smaller restaurant with a reduced selection. The main restaurant has only for young people/adults and special spaces for children - also limited, a separation-i found very elegant solution. All-inclusive was refilled, and selection of drinks was large. In addition there is still another not included in the all-inclusive embedded sepzialitätenrestaurant (not visited) and for example superior wines than the existing simple table wines. Quality and cleanliness in sum consistently high. Next to the two restaurants there are two bars-one large in central and a small to a pool at the adult area.

Professional and very friendly, all animators speak german and help out also with fachfremden questions. To childcare and doctor i can't say.

Comprehensive sports and entertainment offer, already in other evaluations well described (Tennis, sailing, surfing, soccer, aerobics/fitness, walk, beach volleyball...). In sum five distributed pools (sports, infants-, sauna, family, adult pool) plus sea. Comprehensive of the entertainers designed evening entertainment (shows) the cut to families are. All the sports facilities were in good condition, a free beach chair was always easy to find. Everywhere already easier wear (in the sauna area feel a bit more), but in sum still okay. Dedicated adult and kids areas ease the nerves. Club already older, however therefor still in good condition. Wi-fi in the theory comprehensively available free of charge, but unfortunately overwhelmed and thus practically not usable.

Directly above the beach (access via steps or ramp) at the watersport station is about 1 hour's drive from the airport Fuerteventura and 6 kilometer from the village Morro Jable with some tourist shops away. As typical club with private shop, hairdresser, spa, etc. Within the hotel equipped. In the immediate vicinity otherwise only other similar built clubs/hotels, no large shopping. Taxi and bus stop available, on foot you can at low tide easy at the beach to Morro Jable walk. We felt here great, the again and again main clairaudience confirm i expressly not. That is everywhere in the world a lot louder. Well, the doors creak quite loud to the castle.

Good food, varied, cleanliness left in the restaurant in the walk of the meal times after, only in three 2. and 3. wave. Here can the staff the masses barely re-filling, no accusation, are fast and industriously. Atmosphere? Exists practically not - again and again a shame.

Cleaning, service perfect for us. The robbys anyway. The children love it!

Practically 24 hours sports, on all fronts. Completely supply at childcare/activities. Entertainment for adults since the departure of our kultholländers before 2 years in the open event... By lots of regular guests divided. Acoustics in the theatre - just auha for the ears. The shoe of manitou leaving, singing from the mainland completely incomprehensible. The gesprochende word hardly better, the neighbours in the rank looked always only and twitch with the shoulders. Tip: sharky swim school! Individually, for kids and cheap. Junior has bronze, silver and now gold managed. Thanks to you!

Good, varied klubanlage, for fuerte great grounds, very well-kept, with light but verschmerzbaren drawbacks. Nothing for people with allergies from hyperactive fitness buffs and families, what their problems are not at home,. Have with other tourists found, that we have never been so much concentrated and tense jungeltern have experienced here. Ask this: trained 24 hours and more together once in german! Or tip to the club: therapies offer. Next to the volume with the food here especially remarkable and annoying. Service as always perfect, fast, friendly.

Over the location everything is said. Shopping in Jandia not really worth it, as is a trip by taxi (10 minutes)

The rooms are beautiful. We had a double room type 1 with megabyte and especially in the morning and in the evening the sea hear -a dream! I found to be a pity, that there was only plastic furniture on the balcony, consisting of 2 chairs and a small table. I personally am of the opinion, that this material is not a Robinson Club fits. The beds are great, mattresses not through convenient and the bathroom is also very nice and provides for us women lots of counter space. Only one negative are the pillows, we had 2 kinderkopfkissen and could somewhat better sleep, since the 'right' pillows for us it was simply too high.

Who something to criticize has, has your own fault. We have very many hotel chains/clubs we traveled and never had such a great food with a great quality and freshness. Also the int. Branded spirits to mention, which as a matter of course to be. Only the cocktails were a disappointment for us. The atmosphere is a little hectic in the main restaurant, however by the various' islands' well solved. There are also areas where only adults and 18 or and 13 access. For us it was a bit unusual only from 7:15 p. m. in the evening eating, for us personally a little too late, but also this is a matter of opinion.

Friendliness and helpfulness are absolutely available, good room cleaning and also quick implementation of complaints or also only with subtle point out.

A super sports with good equipment in the gym, as well as in the classroom. The loungers are also perfect; we only in the spa anyway, where children no entry had. Very quiet and relaxed, also in the afternoon we have free chairs received. The loungers in our travel time very rarely reserved. Fresh fruit- and gemüseshakes are available at the bar in the spa nearly whole day to get, also all other drinks.

The condition the entire facilitities are top ; friendly staff, which is always helpful to side ; great food; around a successful vacation in a casual atmosphere. The club has a great location with great view on the sea. The beach is easy to reach via steps and at the beach even the robi guests also showers available.

The complex is raised and offers a great view on the beach and the sea. The next place is Jandia; we are 2 times with the bus went for it and had us before at the front desk the plans to give leave. Everything was marvelous. The transfer from the airport takes about 1 hour from the airport

We had a room with a sea view (without an extra charge) - brilliant! The room itself is spacious and was very clean. + size + cleanliness + sea view + bathroom new and tastefully, large shower + large safe - tiles in the living area would have to be exchanged - because of the noise, the the cleaning crew (the good clean) from about 08 hours made, you could hardly sleep - very badly soundproofed! - the tv (is not the wichtigtes on vacation) could be exchanged

- breakfast: We ate breakfast partly in of the terrace (late riser breakfast) and partly in the restaurant gesfrühstückt. The breakfast in the restaurant louder and 'chaotic', but with a massive selection. The 'light sleeper' is the location (outside) and the view outstanding. The selection is small, but sufficient. Good quality. - lunch: Our lunch we did were in the form of a salad in of the terrace restaurant. The selection is limited, but a 'large' lunch we didn't need it. Problem for me was however, that the selection of vegetarian dishes is very low (pasta with tomato sauce). In vorgemischten salads (pasta, potatoes, etc.) Was almost always meat in it, but on the first glance not always was evident. - dinner: We always in the main restaurant eaten. Quality and good choice, but also here: much meat (and fish) annoying. The well food area i sometimes without meat desired, which also healthy should be... I many cases of side dishes fed. It tasted good, but the selection was thereby nevertheless sometime.

The entire staff is always friendly. Starting from the cleaning staff to the robins and the staff in the bar area and the restaurant.

- sport: Everything your heart desires, whenever you want, something for everyone - great! - pool: Isa in wellfitbereich great. Quiet, saunas with panoramic views, enough chairs. The other pools we didn't use, they make but also a good impression. - entertainment: Great, lavish shows in the evening. The best which we in one vacation to have seen.

We were to the 3. club and felt very comfortable, just like always. There's nothing left to be desired, no matter wether you are looking for a quiet or actionreich want.

Transfer takes about 70 minutes. We booked the club only for walks leave-which are a dream and really recommendable - in both directions. The complex itself is wunscherschon'on' the sea, what from many areas the clubs great views makes possible. It is precisely this location we found very charming.

We had the family room Tenerife 112. the different blocks are after the kanareninseln named and mostly dreigeschossig. The family room consists of 2 bedrooms with a large bathroom/shower, seating area and a small terrace or balcony. It has a small refrigerator, safe, flat screen tv with international channels (ARD, ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1,ProSieben, KIKA, nickelodeon) and of course telephone. The beds are hard but ok. Main not worn out! The bathroom was renovated and with plenty of storage space provided. Also the closets in both rooms offered space filling. Yes, the floor tiles may perhaps be replaced, but that didn't disturb the really? Much more important is, that you every day be mopped and clean. The bed linen was 1 times in 10 days changed, the towels daily. We were very satisfied and had also no vermin in the room. This however in the south not always avoid and is a problem in every hotel. The only drawback is the lack of air-conditioning, or at least a firmly installed fan. The current time you need the equipment not. Also there is in january no mosquitoes. But we can imagine, that it in the summer really can be very unpleasant, the one with the heat, as well as with the mosquitoes. The windows and doors are with mosquito lattices and after our review and in good condition.

There is 4 restaurants, we 3 tried. First and foremost, of course, the main restaurant with its different live cooking stations. The much described a cafeteria we can now really not confirm. Of course, the main restaurant as buffet aligned around accordingly a bit busy matter. This is however in any's clubrestaurant different, not on the clubschiffen. There are large tables for 8 people and one can the table freely. So is the communication between the guests and you will find fast connection, if you want. This is a family club, therefore also many children. Also you should be aware of that. There are plenty of clubs, the not specially for families are aligned. Apart from is always a part of of the restaurant for adults, the in peace can eat. The choice is huge, if you eventually once from the sausage choice for breakfast enough. In the 10 days we had every morning the same sausages to choose from, there can still sometimes varied. Otherwise there was something for every taste, from well-fit-kitchen over fresh fruits, pancakes and waffles, fresh bread in many variations and then our highlight... The omelet and spiegeleibratstation. Here is our special thanks r. Sebastian, the by far the tastiest omelet produces. Just the ingredients at the buffet select and the rest is he. But be careful! The omelet is normally for 2! Otherwise there was as everywhere different theme. Fish, meat, noodles, potatoes and a lot of steaks. It gives sufficiently child high chairs and children's cutlery. We took the bbq at la terraza try. The service here is really top-notch. Thank you very much the robins! Here you can get fresh grilled langostinies, spare-ribs and rinderfillet. Everything great prepared and delicious! The additional price it is 24, -per person, the beverages are free (except wines). The tapas evening at la tasca was just as perfect. The tapas are more delicious and a particularly tasted, you ordered just after. The atmosphere is beautiful and you can really enjoy. The beverages are actually perfect, everything brand drinks and it is not in the mix saved.

Right at our arrival we were greeted by music and the robins (so hot the area employees) received. The luggage is with bracelet and room number, and you will find it before the locks again (great service). After a relaxing welcome drink you can in peace all formalities on the front desk do. The robins are unbelievably nice, friendly and helpful and they always have a smile for the guests desired. The cleaning of the rooms is also flawless. Over the child care we can only say, what we saw, as our daughter too young was and we made the food were satisfactory didn't use it. However one saw the children at, that you also lots of fun had.

As in any club also here there were the various activities. Fitness enthusiasts are in good hands. We have Volleyball, water polo and spinning tried and loved it. We can't list them all, but on the sides Robinson read or just the Robinson daily apartment runterladen. Here you will find on the activities of the keep. Naturally, the evening entertainment shows not. Whether performances at the teatro or live music, there is something for everyone. A disco does not give it however, what we but also 't miss it. Rather outside dance and celebrate. Of course, there is the kids' disco as already mentioned. There is 4 pools, all nice and well maintained. Even only for adults! We were mainly at the pool, since we were there on the best before wind protected. The water is not very warm, but the time of year are normal. But to refresh and a few swim laps, it is perfect. The loungers are not the newest and the the Robinson Club Jandia liked it better. They do but their service and were otherwise ok.

It is a good and bad written. The complex is wonderful beautifully designed and ideal for families. The family rooms were nice and big and clean. The all-inclusive offer leaves hardly any wishes open and to wlan gives it also, if it were also not very fast. From 1a 80 every age was represented and a very mixed guest structure.

Over the location is already reported enough. Fuerteventura is now times a bland eilland without especially attractive nature. But there is the green oases like for example at the Costa Calma or just the Robinson Club esquinzo. We already have some hotel plants seen, but this is by far the best. The club was located above the beach in hillside location, and thus you have an incredibly nice view on sea. Because you must then a few stairs down there rise, to the beautiful sandy beach. You should prior to reservation be aware. The distance to the airport is approximately 1 hour by car, coaches may need 15 minutes longer. Nac h Jandia it is only minutes by car. There you will find supermarkets, clothing stores such as Esprit or 5. avenue (very recommendable), zigarettenläden and of course the usual tourists-knick knacks shops. A pharmacy is right around the corner or in Jandia to find, where a german doctor practiced, which very competent and nice is.
