Location:tsunamisicher by the location on the river and the lying off peninsula, nevertheless only 2 minutes away from beach, the in any case via boat or tuck-tuck as free hotel service to reach Room: good standard, mosquito nets, air conditioning on request, spacious room at terrace convenient, for the meal times served, everything is very clean! Service: absolutely accommodating, on request personal airport transfer, all familienmitglider speak german, are warm and try, every wish of the guests to fulfill, for example all meal times on request of the guests individually prepared (from various currys to the omelet). Nice small hotel for families with excellent kitchen. The owners Dulani and Lal worried very friendly for your guests, were at any time approachable and helpful. With Lol I have a couple of tours and very much of the country with its rich culture and story seen. read more

During my 3-month stay in Sri Lanka I was 3 weeks in the Queen river Inn, bed and half board, and I have in between often again just for a cup of tea when Dulani made. I abstained on Dulani and your family always in good hands and very felt at ease, could everyone please approach you and was always friendly and accommodating treated. The guesthouse was for the ideal Retreat, Aluthgama town within walking distance. I booked the Queen river Inn while the 3 months I stay on various friends and friends recommended, the for this tip all were ... very grateful. -for me, here everything was fine-I'll in any case again. read more

The 8. rooms are clean and functional and with a shower/toilet and a ceiling fan (for and are all rooms nor with air-conditioning upgraded) equipped. It is overnight stay with breakfast or half board offered, which also individually, so from day to day dispute leaves. Is of course an advantage if you want a round trip of several days duration plans. During my stay were almost all rooms with guests from Germany occupied. read more

    I now come to the pearl of the hotel, dulani. Who once through their cooking, was to nowhere different more. The communication is also no problem, everybody speaks german and english. It is asked daily, whether the room should be cleaned and there is also the possibility his laundry to wash effect, then what a couple of days folded when necessary returns.

    The hotel lies shortly before the town center from aluthgama on the bentota river. From the hotel's own boat dock/boat you will on request to the lying off peninsula (on is the bentota beach club, formerly robinson club) with massive beach ferried and after consultation also picked up again. Alternatively you can take the bus stop away, but already good nerves and even takes longer. Shops of all kinds are easily accessible on foot. A super small hotel fürleute the luxury on vacation can do without. The rooms are simple, but always clean. Dulani and lal meet almost all wishes, and see to a so they can. To the beach brings us lol with the boat and brings us back from (free of charge). We were always asked, what we want to eat and get it then also, as long as the ramen remains, also without an extra charge. One has great opportunities for fishing directly on the jetty, or with an exit on the sea, i catch so much the fish away must ..., as the quantities not even food. Very recommendable all trips with lol efficient and reasonably priced. What most people from Hamburg write is simple way wrong. We were with the guests the same zeiraum locally and it is no sleazy, but an honest and clean hotel. We will come for years to dulani and lal and will in future do, in january we are again over there. read more

The guest house was unfortunately in a very bad condition. The bathroom was, as well as the room, not very clean. The towels and the bed linen were hardly changed and had already much better days. The food was okay. There were hardly guests on, however i was the owner quite 'delivered', you 'talked over' me always, which i thought was very unpleasant have. I during my time there other guest houses looked at, much better and beautiful were. read more

    The distance to the beach was very far and could only with a boat to be achieved. As the guest house directly at a street is, it was also very noisy. Next door is a boat rental, so that it day and night was very loud.

A really nice small hotel for families. Very good suitable for Individuals want to learn to know the country and its people. So it's not a place for tourists. Good value for money. Dulani, the owner speaks good German and English. Travel in the inland and boat tours were organized there, as well as a transfer from and to the airport. read more
