Good and apparently recently Bella Vista renovated bathrooms. Good TV reception. Friendly owner. Nothing to complain about. Nothing you definitely write home needs. the value for money Kaikoura and environment is appropriate. ~,130 NZ $/ night. read more

Bella Vista Kaikoura offers the usual standard the Motelkette! Very nice hosts! Building and complex work quite new and very well maintained! About 5 minutes into the' center' and to the supermarket, right on the main street, however not very noisy! The clean rooms same as with all BV motels a other, good standard! Enough room and large parking, as well as small gardens! For layovers perfect! read more

The motel consists of two-story buildings and is a typical Bella Vista. Beautiful area with BBQ area and parking. Everything was clean and tidy. We stayed for a compact room 110 NZD per night. But as we wanted to stay 3 nights, the owner on a room type upgraded so we a larger room for the same money. read more

    The rooms are great, very clean and functional. There are two bedside tables next to a double bed, a desk, TV, heating, two chairs, two chairs, a closet, a small kitchen with hotplates, microwave, fully dishes and cutlery, sink. The bathroom has shower, toilet and sink also a heating and a towel warmer. Everything is in good shape. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    The owners were very nice, the room cleaning was top. We were not only a room type, but got upgraded to a room with a sea view. Parking is free. There is a guest laundry, whereas the washing machine is free, drying costs 4 NZD, laundry detergent 2 NZD. The washing machine is relatively new. There are buildng & brackets.

    The location is great. The Bella Vista is at the top of a hill and it gives you a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The city center is about 1/2 mile away with a small supermarket, Visitor Information and restaurants.
