Very nice front desk, quick check in and after a short tour of the various restaurants and spa company on room 612. You feel very welcome in the hotel. The room had a spacious bathroom with a shower and a tub, entrance, large comfortable bed, balcony with view to the valley and the mountains vis a vis. Mini bar and safe and several closets were also there. The whole room very clean. There was a welcome drink to the room. Fresh fruit and water were also available. The hotel lies in the back part from Arosa am hang, on foot ... to the center about minutes and back about 20 minutes, you can but also the hotel bus take. Breakfast with very large selection, the egg dishes on order freshly prepared. As a hotel guest there was a Arosa card for free use of the funicular railways included the tschuggen express train which directly next to the hotel up to the middle station of Weisshornbahn drives. Already alone this Expressbahn is a visit to the very good hotel worth. The large spa has 2 large pools ( warm and somewhat cooler) a large sauna facility with saunas and a steam bath. As half board guests there were supper in the restaurant La Provence as the remaining restaurants were closed as a result less guests. The service was very friendly, the food excellent. Unfortunately was the background music regularly too loud the you conversation difficult. The whole hotel and spa very clean, you feel good, the staff friendly, in short, it was a pleasant short break, all most warmly recommendable. read more

Except for the new very successful installation of wellness oasis, the tschuggen rather boring from. But everything inside is different, newly renovated in a charming and successful mix of solid and modern. Everything in best order, very clean and a colorful mix of natiolaitäten different ages, even if the generation 50 + outweighs. read more

    Also a special, successful mix of old and refined and new/modern, each floor in different colors. Very imaginative, comfortable, very quiet and with all the bells and whistles including beautiful bath with a bath, shower, doppelwschbecken, scale, toilet. And a balcony with loungers, fresh fruit, nachthupferln etc. We have nothing missed at all and we could hardly see enough!

    The breakfast was very good, as one it in a such house would expect with all the variety of egg dishes with side dishes cooked and extra fitnessdrinks, the in addition to the rich fresh buffet meals a breakfast menu to quote. Pleasant atmosphere, very good service. Unlike during dinner in the La Valetta - see above however also a somewhat schüchtener new waiter, the apparent fear had mistake to make. The prices in the restaurant we found exaggerated.

    Extremely friendly, geschltes staff, in particular reception area ( porter, check-in and check-out and a concierge who to fulfill every wish seems). Really to point out! Somewhat different was our impression when we once in the hotel to evening ate. We didn't much and this seems the waiter displeasure to have, we felt almost like guests 2. class treats. But that was the absolute exception.

    Next to the practical tschuggenexpress is the wellness oasa to point out. We have nowhere such a modern, successful at the area custom and versatile swimming pool in a hotel experienced. Very large compliment, here you can swimming (inside and outside) and there are a variety of changing whirlpoolvariationen respectively massaging jets integrated, that it is a real enjoyment is. Only drawback: the loungers in the outdoor area, will probably rarely needed and did not match the apart from that circular route very excellent standard.

    Above Arosa with private tschuggenexpress, the a directly from the hotel on the mountain near the mittelstadion to weißhorn and thanks to arosakarte with the next cabin quickly 2653 meters arrives and the ( with good weather) fntastische 360° panorama can enjoy. In the place one is fast on foot, is it by foot due to the slope a bit strenuous. But who likes, can in any case on the chauffeur service of the hotel go back. Terrific!

The tschuggen team manage it, its guests to inspire. It is the created drink at the bar, the selbergemachten ice tea or warm welcome, it worked as all clockwork. A very well run hotel with sensational wellness area ( heated towels, etc.). Highly recommendable! For us this was short break definitely not the last. read more

Sensational hotel in the mountains with unique spa and fantastic gourmet restaurant. Only the breakfast we liked this time not so particularly and also, that the spa in the summer first at 8:00 o'clock opens the saunas and only after 9:00 o'clock warm, brought our daily routine mess. We are early risers and go gladly already at 7:00 o'clock swim and have a sauna, it has one more from the day. Otherwise a great hotel. Definitely again! read more

Perfect Wellness Hotel! The Wellness oasis was designed by Mario Botta star-architects and can only be amazed. The staff were all extremely friendly, without being intrusive. The interior fittings from the hotel the was left inside interior designer Carlo Rampazzi. The combination of colors and materials is very well laid out and you feel totally at ease with everything. The rooms and bathroom are very well equipped. If you get a room with Südausrichtung has, is the view over the mountains just breath-general. Highlight: the hotel's own car, the tschuggen coaster. You have to be seen to be believed. read more

Many thanks for a wonderful stay with extremely nice staff of the hotel, a wonderful spa area, a great peaceful location, a great buffet breakfast, and a comfortable room (604) with a view on the mountains. Less great we found the contribution of 45 franc per day for a dog without breakfast buffet. read more

The front desk was very warm, personal guided tour through the hotel and instruction in the spa area. Beautiful spa area with a modern architecture, large room, spacious bathroom in granite, rich buffet breakfast including freshly cooked extras. Watch out for the the Grand restaurant; scarce card for guests, tasting menu with clear portions at high prices! read more

The tschuggen Grand hotel renovated, as is the entrance/bar area generous and open. If you knew the old tschuggen still, it is hard to see. The whole hotel was very tidy and clean. The service is on the highest level- very friendly and never brought. (almost) the requests were read from your eyes. we spent a weekend during the Arosa-classic race in Arosa. read more

    the rooms are rather small -they were never really big and little knowledge in Nice colors. This is however CI, since all houses the tschuggen group in similar schemes have been furnished. Since we our room on the first floor had, the view was limited. everything very clean and well maintained.

    The new bar and lounge is bright and friendly. Wide selection of drinks and in the evening with a piano-music (unfortunately, the dance spark not skip). The dining room remains unchanged, as I see it 20 years ago knew. The breakfast buffet 5 * level is, however nothing especially, from other 5-sterne houses is different. good selection of tasty Snacks on the terrace. Unfortunately a bit modest selection of cakes.

    The Highlight. The Oasis-certainly one of the best SPAs, that I have seen their ability to communicate in other languages. Large, sufficient (and sufficient large) towels. Lots of different swimming pools and saunas. This should be experienced.

    The long, at the end of Arosa on a hill. The entrance and entrance were also improved. One arrives directly with the tschuggen express in the hiking/winter sports region, World class. For the nightlife in Arosa is however a walk necessary, or shuttle bus from the hotel.

Here you feel very well cared for as a single traveller and looked after. Great room size for a single room. Great wellness and spa treatments. Food was very good. Room booking via Internet worked well although between reservation and check in only three hour period was. Here the price/performance ratio. read more

Very nice hotel, the staff tried very hard, was friendly and helpful. The only negative point was a unpleasant stains fronted bath towel. That should not happen in such a hotel. read more

Stayed in many hotels in the world, but the tschuggen grand Hotel was related to the friendliness, service, cleanliness, facilities and wellness area by far the best. Compliment to the manager of the hotel and its young present, considerable friendly and kompetes team. When we first arrived we were presented very nice the hotel and the room. The overall cleanliness and the personal all and, above all, very natural friendliness of the staff. Great and excellent wellness area of the hotel. Conclusion: if you like to hike in the summer, or simply want to take a break from everyday life ... radfährt, in this great five stars hotel surely the, what he was looking for. The tschuggen grand Hotel convinced with its architecture. From the outside it is a simple, cold and boring building. Mario Botta therefor is created wellness area just wonderful the Spa area outstanding sail window, were during the day and in the (LIT) just look great. The food also convinced.
