In october we are traveling, so the town was quite deserted, as the spanish no holiday more. Tapas bars, pubs in the week early or completely closed. At the weekend full and open until late. Very well maintained location and hotel. Walk hotel-beach 3-5 minutes, in the place 7-8 minutes supermarket around the corner. Hotel was clean and for 3 * fully in order. But you should a small affinity fish to ☺ service also good. But unfortunately the dishes not labeled. Wi-fi included. Long sandy beach in the week almost deserted. Who party, etc. Every evening searches is here ... in october wrong! However, if you want to relax and now and then evening wanted to do something (for example at the weekend) is right at home here. A small and fine hotel very friendly staff with considerable language barrier. But always willing to understand. Tip from me if you a double room book should, our beds there were a good meters from each other, so, dear with drawbacks. Before so take care of it. The food was brilliant the chef was every evening see around to see how it tastes. Shopping less than 100 meters around the corner. The place feast in spanish hand than spanish-resort whole streets in october locked and blocked up.
The cleanliness in the city itself, well lots of dogs with heap, Spain ... stop. The beach was great even if you on the winterfestmachen were, but it was in the week really quiet at the beach. Very pretty hotel in the Moorish style. Small and informal. Very friendly staff. Everything was clean. Mixed clientele, lots of Spaniards. Dinner typical Andalusian, that means fat, lots of Onion and garlic, nothing for sensitive Stomachs, but it tasted always very good. You should not to sensitive to sound his. There are Dauergeräusche as air conditioning and fountains. Early in the morning you can hear the doors, showers and Klospülungen the neighbors, quite noisy through wooden doors and marble.
Smaller problem: there are only 10 safe and 10 underground parking spaces, less than room. In the peak season everything is ... overcrowded, so that it with parking not very simple is.

We booked the Brasilia because of the many good hotel reviews and the fact, that the dinner much variety offers, as well as the place chipiona but very Andalusian and no typical tourist place should be. All this has been confirmed to us. The hotel small, but nice, comfortable and very well maintained, with many flowers and kind decorations as fountains etc., and an oasis of peace with lots of birds. Beautiful, sufficient pool, the regularly cleaned. Front desk, entrance hall, Living room, restaurant area in the Andalusia style, which was very pleased. A lady at the front desk spoke ... even quite well German, all of the staff were nice and friendly, always with a smile in the face and with eventual questions with advice and act to the side. The breakfast ( from 8:00 until 10:30 o'clock) was good, with three sorts of rolls and toast, two juices, sweet and solid things, on request fried eggs were completely fresh baked (here is a nice lady to mention, the so many idea, as fried eggs fried and fried eggs FRY is not always the same, a can, the other not), so everything was a three star hotel worthy ( only negative point: it was a bit later so at 9:45 hours, it could happen, that two types of rolls, the juice or the tomatoes already everybody was and not refilled (of which besides I did not afterwards asked ). The dinner was for a three-star hotel terrific. Every evening there was a chef (the also for its special Sauces from me is praised ) fresh meat or fresh fish grilled, simply good, tasty and above all also typical. With the fact, that in the Andalusia kitchen much with olive oil cooked, we could live well.
Room also in the Andalusia style. You have different balcony, even large roof terrace, small balcony, times only pure Stehbalkone. Apart from that with everything equipped, which one needs in such a way. Cleaning okay, towels, the be changed, on the floor.
The location of the hotel is also unique, in 2 minutes at the long seafront with many beautiful pub, in about 6 minutes in the comfortable pedestrian precinct with tapas bars, shops, restaurants etc. Couldn't be better.
During our stay so very calm and pleasant, the Spaniards have later vacation. All in all a recommendable hotel, a typical Andalusia village with too many spanish guests and Spanish menus in the lots of small tapas bars, but that is exactly what we were looking for and found. read more

A very recommendable hotel, for us the best three star hotel we'have now abroad have been.
Breakfast and dinner were very varied and tasty, there was each evening freshly prepared fish or meat, with the fish already was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Sandi.
All of the staff were always nice, friendly and very attentive.
At the front desk one US plans and connections lined up on points on which we would like, which not always is common in a three star hotel has super and perfectly folded. ...
Ditto the pool boy-) every day has he in the morning as evenings the pool and the jacuzzi cleaned. The whole hotel area is located in a very well maintained condition.
We had room 215, one of 5 rooms with a view of the pool and big balcony.
Travel tips
1. we are with our small Kia in the white villages, have the following route taken, on Jerez after Arcos to Villamartin towards Zahara de la Sierra a small village above a lake. The view from up there on the lake was for us just amazing. There we ate, afterwards down at the lake along after Garzamela and El Bosque back to chipiona, there are 320 kilometer and doable from morning at 9 o'clock to evenings to 6.
2. we were in Cadiz in Torre Tavira actually a normal tower overlooking Cadiz can see, if it weren't for the camera obscura would be, if you have not seen, you should look at. For us it was already impressive what you with a mirror and a lens can make.
Finally we can only say, we felt very much at ease in this hotel.

The hotel is very peaceful. For children it is less suitable because no animation offered. It is a small family-run hotel. The best is the very good spanish kitchen the at least one more star rating. We were up to now always in 4 star hotels, have but still nowhere so good to eat. Much praise goes to the chef 'Sandi' for the varied and Geschmackfolle kitchen. read more

The hotel is about 300 meters from the beach and about 500 meters away from the city center. The beach is very wide and endless. You can easily spend 1 hour walk and is still not at the end arrived. Nice family hotel. We were there in the off season. So, there were only a few guests there. The room had a large sun terrace to the pool so it didn't matter that the room was not completely so large. The hotel Brasilia is a very charming three star hotel in chipiona, Andalusia. The rooms are functional, but clean (as the whole hotel). It lies in a quiet street somewhat outside of the center of chipiona, the right to the lighthouse, one of the landmarks of the town, leads. Behind the lighthouse is the Playa de la regla beach, on.
The whole neighborhood is unloving Concrete block, as you otherwise often Spain coasts destroyed, were spared.
We had the half board -the buffets are not as plentiful as in the all inclusive Nautical, but everything was really delicious. Evenings was ... mostly Andalusia kitchen offered. Admittedly, one evening gave et aumma schnitzel.
The pool is relatively small, but very well maintained. In any case enough, in order after a trip again cool. Especially praiseworthy: the Brasilia is a small hotel, accordingly there is no animation!
