The two women the morning served looked stressed, no smile like in Thailand normal, so the anyway not so beautifully arranged breakfast not tasted.
The rooms were nice and big and also well equipped but the signals of the train, the day and night drove, always very good.
You could also all activities from the neighboring rooms without trouble hear.
Also i could mold in the bathroom see.
The pool and the garden were very nice and tidy.
The way to the beach over the two streets is for people who going complaints have, very dangerous.
I wanted to the ... hotel in june, if i with my wife vacation in Thailand do again, but i will not do that since i was not comfortable.
I think it would be better, if the owners their long-term vacation wisht and see to rights after that, otherwise the good average reviews very rapidly declining.
I will recommend the hotel in the hopes that it better.

Informally run hotel even without presence the owner smoothly. So far at least. It times a little louder by the pool are if families with small children have a vacation is probably logical and should no minderbewertungskriterium the hotel his!
The house is definitely recommendable. In general i think the value for money the rates a little to high. In comparison to other hotels nearby or if you rent a house should.

We are repeat customers for 3 weeks was. The rooms are unchanged great. The staff's hospitality also, you can here delicious food.
However is the owner of the hotel to Austria and the shows very clearly. His wife is still in the hotel, he is but follow shortly. His absence a result, the necessary, decree, is missing.
It is unfortunately sometimes very loud by the pool. It also happened, that foreign Thais (no guests) access, your children to bring their own and enjoy a picnic.
We and other guests booked this unfortunately somewhat unsuccessful people.
Altogether still okay., however not ... the peaceful oasis.
Is to be hoped, that not to deteriorate, because the owner not long way.
Everything else is but really great, so that each its own decision meeting should.
For us it is altogether always so nice, that we again will book here. Deficit there is everywhere.
Only we want all travellers really correct description give.

The prince garden is a small but fine hotel with 14 rooms. It is one of the German with his thai wife very well run. The hotel is in a very clean state and you feel directly on arrival very probably. We had a deluxe room booked with breakfast included. The hotel was for our stay not fully booked, as it low season was, but there were families and also somewhat older guests there. read more

Great hotel, very good food, friendly staff. Way to the beach a bit difficult. Very peaceful location, only trains one hears times. Size of the pool is good, service something missing however not a problem there the complex is not so enormous, get the beverages and the food at the bar. read more

Informal ( German/Thai ) run hotel with very nice, large rooms and very good service ( on the rooms).
Tasteful, fantasiereicher garden with beautiful pool in which quality of the water to desire left.
Good quality in the restaurant to recommendable prices.

The first time in Thailand and this is not for the last time have been.
The very nicely laid out, quiet and maintained complex of the hotel invites you to relax. The rooms are very clean, spacious and superbly furnished. Change of towels, two bottles of water and coffee were daily inclusive.
The hotel is run by a German/Thai couple run. Mr. Prince or his wife were always locally and tips to excursions and helped where they could. Also a community cooking under Thai guidance was a highlight.
Thanks for everything, we are definitely coming again. read more

Wonderful small complex with cool pool and tropical garden, massive bright and beautiful rooms, free internet, books ( especially German) and DVDs! To the local center one must small trains take (CIRCA 2,50 euros), beach 300 meters, wonderful for relaxing days after a round trip! Class value for money! read more

Nice hotel, which we certainly again to book. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ate out of the breakfast always outward, as it is very lots of different nice pub gives. The breakfast could was nice be arranged. It is however sufficient. The beach was for our stay clean. The is subject to weather different, we were told. To the beach it goes over a lively street. We were then left with of the kids beach bar, what the sun lounger for 100 THB rented. The employees are very attentive and kind. Right is stay not so nice ( ... sewage channel ). Options for shopping are sufficiently available. In market village (air-conditioned) you found everything really. Possibilities for excursions are in the immediate proximity rather limited. We have a 2 days trip to Bangkok by train made, that was an experience (always passports take ). Altogether we ate in the prince garden well, certainly once again back. read more

Hotel has 14 rooms and the general condition was okay. There were approximately 65% German and 35% Dutch in this hotel. Pool of adequate size, but it could be more beach chairs available his.
the average age was 60 to 65 years. We had breakfast inclusive and to have in a few Evenings in the hotel eaten. The ate transfer from the airport Bangkok worked smooth. The driver stage punctual on Meetingpoint.
the booked standard room was extraordinary spacious and clean. The double bed had the size 2 times 2 meters. In the room was studying available: air conditioning, TV, DVD, kettle with tea and coffee and water. The drinks in the mini bar were only a little more expensive than at the shop.
in the room were also a bench, a coffee table, a desk and Wi-Fi was free reachable.
the balcony was pretty large and with chairs, Seat and drying rack equipped.
the bathroom with ... shower was for a standard room very spacious. Soap and shampoo were available provided.
in the bathroom and in the room there were plenty of opportunities to the file.
the breakfast was good with different types of bread, various rolls, cereals, yoghurt, various types of sausage and cheese. In addition fresh fruit and eggs to choice.
the food in the restaurant the hotels is really recommendable. Compared to many restaurants in the city very good and cheap. Happy hour was from 16 until 18 o'clock with 20% discount on alcoholic drinks.

small, about 16 rooms large, very quiet located and clean hotel. The hotel was during our stay sold out, nevertheless for every guest and every request and always time for a open ear and any request was handled. Just peace and relaxation, without stress and some waiting time. The staff and the owner always had time and never has, that you 'only' guest.
the only downside is the crossing of the through road to the beach. read more

Were in November/ December 8 nights for, we call had booked</notran. Das hotel wird von einem German/ Thai couple businesses. The friendliness and willingness to help the family Prince is probably unique in Thailand. Because we did not know where the hotel lies and KOH phangan by bus arrived were, an official of the hotel has us from our stop by car picked up, great service! We had a apartment on the top floor, huge with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped in the kitchen. Unfortunately there are no choice lift in the hotel, but if you are not so good ... on foot as we, then in the lower floor. Unfortunately the condition of shower the very good overall impression. The water drips here really only, sad.
otherwise we loved our stay in the hotel felt very comfortable. We were daily from the owner addressed, if everything was to our satisfaction is, great!

the hotel lies about 500 meters away from the beach, but in this section really nice. Better it is the mini bus (at the corner (about two hundred meters from the hotel) to market village drive( about 3 minutes) and on street to the beach to go. The beach is very pleasant and recommendable nonetheless, particularly the beach chairs and sun screens, as well as the food at 'Richards bar' are recommendable nonetheless!
in the city center (about 7-10 minutes) is also better with the mini busses, because the taxis and small train' s demand excessive prices, the no choice proportion parking( definitely not for us!).
for our taste the value for money this hotel is OK, with a further stay in Hua Hin we would try to book a room there again! read more

After we had already 2010 at this great hotel, this year we are on our trip back from four nights and eight nights. We have therefor Koh phangan scrub, that already says everything! The relaxation factor for us was just so great we extended have.
The size of the room was almost not top. Simply for feeling well.
The pool was also great in this year. I always asked if one extra cooling, so refreshing it was, but he didn't ☺
Breakfast again mega! So delicious wholemeal bread as I have time here in Germany. Therefore, for me it was ... great! On request, there were also eggs in all variations!
This year we rented a scooter from the hotel, because the Hotel was a bit further away from the centre and we just wanted to take a taxi.
At the time was a festival in hua hin and it was really no good time in thailand scooter but we'have done it!
Had a few Herzattacken but if you are traveling slowly, it is. In khao Thakiab was really nice quiet flow.
On the night market, there are a few restaurants and we were always in fine seafood (yellow sign) and were very pleased. If one the meal, for example with samui compares, it is in hua hin really cheap.
From the beach (which I had not seen last year) I was rather disappointed, but I am no beach. But that's where tastes are just different.
I attach great importance to a great pool and I was in the prince garden! read more
