You feel totally at ease in this family-run Hotel. The staff made every effort to meet the needs of the guests. At any time you get information and destinations referred. The owners of the hotel take time specifically for each guest and always had a friendly word. The breakfast was especially to be highlighted, there is a lack of nothing, coffee, toast, white bread, jam, eggs, sausage, cheese, Quark, honey, cereals and fruit. And in the cozy restaurant and terrace with a view of the sea left nothing to be desired. The rooms are a bit on the small side ..., but it was enough for two people, the balconies are very comfortable. In the cozy hotel's own restaurant you can enjoy a very special not out food and anger. All in all I would go there again at any time. read more

The hotel was the price adequate. To staying overnight okay. From here you can Chania good, but you should a car have. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is great considerably more expensive than the hotel. read more

Hospitality is the best, Theo and Justin made us feel at home.

The Hotel is quite new, and very clean. The service is good and the staff is very helpful; they always gave us good tips for the excursions. When we were there there have been people from all over Europe and America. If you have a car you can park for free; there is a lot of space. read more

The hotel was excellent and reasonably priced, with pleasant rooms and air conditioning as standard. We were very impressed with the restaurant, in terms of the quality, variety, originality and presentation of the dishes and its tasteful ambience. Alexis Hotel is situated on a picturesque hilltop overlooking the sea and nearby Chania Town. Alfresco dining is also available on the outoor terrace, as an added bonus. The warm welcome and friendly service was exceptional, a five star choice.

If you are adults looking for a place to start excursions, explore the city of Chania or spend some days on the beach this hotel is top rated. The restaurant is superb, prices are very reasonable and the staff holds an outstanding service level and friendliness.
If you are travelling with children or people with reduced mobility, I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated on a hilltop, with a hill to descend or ascend whether you are going to/from the main street or to/from the beach.
Excellent view, good cleanliness of the rooms and romantic balconys. Excursions ... can be booked directly at the hotel, recommended. the staff speaks excellent english.
This hotel is great value for money, and the restaurant tops it all off. We ate all our breakfast and dinner meals at the hotel since we loved the service, the food, staff friendliness, view and prices. read more

The Alexis is a 2-star hotel and as such it is very good indeed. Theo and his staff are affable and patient with clients. They made a working trip most enjoyable. I would hope to return should I be near Chania. The restaurant is a particularly brave experiement providing dishes not much available in Crete. I wish it success and hope that the portions get a little more delicate!!!! read more

Good Price,Nice Staff,Clean and shrt way to the beach.Rcomanded by Norwgian Air, and also into their web-site.
Water boiler could be on the room or into reception. And maybe some "Cold drinks" machine in reception ?
But highly and friendly services all the way.
Manager speak English perfect and was helpfully on all level.

Cheap and nice hotel. Clean and comfortable conditions in the holiday hotel. Great location on a small hills, which gives a beautiful view of the sea and the city of Chania. The short distance to quiet beach (300m) and center (2km). Gorgeous young hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. On-site restaurant serves good quality food. Near the two large super-markets AB and Carrefour to buy everything you need. You do not have to worry about finding trips around the island of Crete, the hotel will do it for you! Super trip to Balos, Elafosinni, Samaria The hotel just in time ... for the young and elderly traveling alone and with family and friends. read more

The hotel is very good for a two star hotel, and the hospitality is also very good. It took us only a couple of hours to feel like home. We recommend eating at the hotel restaurant "Theo", we did and we are very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. We asked the manager, Theo, for things to do in the area and we recieved helpfull information on beaches to go to and he arranged two excursions for us to go on.
We are very satisfied with the stay and we couldnt have chosen a better hotel. read more
