Hotel in first-class condition, top location right next to the croisette. Everything in top condition, and also the staff was friendly and capable. If you room with breakfast booked are on request the breakfast free of charge (!) To the room (otherwise breakfast 40 Euro, we would in the café go). In march too early for swimming, however therefor is Cannes still not crowded. We had a big room, but unfortunately nearby the bahngeleise. It didn't bother us, although the trains but hears (but at night little to no traffic). The pool is definitely beautiful, but it was still too ... cold. There was also during the season a beach, which was however also not yet in use. But we were not for swimming there, the charming cities nearby as grasse, antibes, vence etc. Store as a. The charming old town on foot go, is however but a good walk (15 minutes). read more

I was to tfwa last year in Cannes and have 300 Euro per night the martinez paid. Despite fairs i think not, that this price was reasonable and rate for the price of which from, to stay here. read more

    I had a very large modern room inclusive balcony// terrace, unfortunately not on the sea side location, nevertheless a very large terrace inclusive where a small family loose a few days stay could, sun loungers and a big table for private dinner was there. This hotel had Wi-Fi in the rooms inclusive. A large bathroom with a shower and whirlpool, also otherwise was everything to a deluxe hotel belongs!

    Restaurants the hotel has enough, in the very upmarket category, nevertheless I only the breakfast there enjoyed, outside at the swimming pool and even if the hotel was booked the staff were very attent, no stress available and also the quality was excellent. For the night are, look after whether breakfast inclusive is, as a single breakfast of the buffet 40 euros,-costs and this is a little much.

    The hotel, directly on the beach promenade, even with private beach section and hotel's own pool, but also just round the corner everything is what is needed, from upscale shops to other good restaurants, on foot everything is there reachable. Only parking is an issue, so either with the airport bus from nice or arriving by with the train

The one-day stay in this hotel exceeded my expectations. You can tell, this hotel is the second house in the place. In the hotel's immediate vicinity and also a touch of elegance inside. The rooms were not too big, but had everything, which one needs. The furniture was already a few days old, what you see. Everything was very clean and you felt the love for the detail. read more

Beautiful magnificent building directly next to the Croisette, with 409 rooms on seven floors. Already when entering the foyer you could feel the luxury and stylish atmosphere. Since the French were in general slightly unfriendly, I was pleasantly surprised here about the really warm welcome - perhaps it was indeed due to the rather high prices, and the five stars.  read more

    The hotel style was very dignified, but not drab. The bathroom had shower and bathtub, the toilet was in another room. Cosmetic items were filled in the morning and evening. It was cleaned excellent as according to 5 stars standard. The only thing I missed, was a water heater or coffee maker.

    Two restaurants (in the summer, additionally a beach restaurant), but we did not try, because there were numerous good restaurants in walking distance.) The breakfast was very good with excellent service and great selection.

    They could not be friendlier or better, all were very attentive. Room cleaning best and two times daily. All spoke perfect English, which in France was not very usual.

    In the seventh floor was an excellent spa, however with steep prices (facial treatment € 190,-). It was almost always booked out. In front of the hotel was a beautifully landscaped heated pool, which we could still use even in November. In the summer here the beach chairs cost about € 30,- per day. We did not use the beach due to the season.

    It was located directly on the beach and the famous promenade "La Croisette". In rooms facing the front: Beautiful view, especially in the evening on the promenade and the ocean. Nearby (exit the hotel to the left), two small food stores for necessities. Downtown (exit the hotel to the right) also within a few minutes walk and there were numerous restaurants that had good business, despite the high prices.

The Martinez is one of the few five star luxury hotels in Cannes. The highlight is definitely the beach, just across the road is the. All the normal room to the rear out, what has sometimes backyard atmosphere. If you are looking for a nominal fee the suites with sea view book can, should use the on all cases. Room was nothing special (compared to, for example, Casa Fuster hotel in Barcelona). Who in the late afternoon need a shuttle to the airport, major delays should be. It is partly narrow streets to the arterial road to drive. read more

    The rooms were very old fashioned, traditional but nevertheless furnished with a high quality standard. For people who like that, probably the right one, I prefer more modern rooms. The bathroom was a beautiful size and decorated with bidet, toilet, bathtub and separate shower. The condition of the rooms and the cleanliness was impeccable.However, there were in the same price range different sizes and furnished rooms, so with a little luck it was possible to get a really good room.

    Very friendly staff, some receptionists were also German-speaking. For all special requests I was helped quickly and easily.What I thought very disturbing was the free WLan was almost unusable in the rooms (incredibly slow and the connection was down more often than it worked) and the faster and more stable internet via Lan cable cost about 15 € per day.

    The pool area was small and not really inviting for relaxation. The hotel's beach area was also very small and covered with beach chairs. Due to the hotel's best location all the other free time activities in Cannes were quickly reached. A gym and spa area were available but we did not use them.
