A wonderful island, however with the hotel we have this time unfortunately pitch had. The first of us-covered studio was so bad, that we after the first (as flat durchatmeten ) night a change request had. In the 2. studio rays at least only the beds - urine. After the exchange and the associated loss of urinnote opened however room for the musty smell from the mattresses; because we gave it with further complaints on or added us for the rest of our stay in our fate, even after we from other guests experienced, that probably always something in the ... rooms before hingammelt or smells. The complex is alone very nice and also not too small, as well as the bungalows. The green areas, and the screens provide for a degree of privacy; less, however, the lack of küchenvorhangs in all bungalows, each evening walks from 1.75 meters body unverrenkte insights facilitating. Book one of the double room as a couple refer, as is recommended, the bathroom and shower to plan carefully: the hot water boiler was so small dimensioned, that it exactly a 5-minute shower idled is. - oh yes, a hair dryer there is obviously also. For breakfast, there is except the usual bird feed from the trichterspender and the brittle canary bread only the same two colour and geschmackfreien schnittkäsesorten and unsavoury purple-red salami imitation; not to mention the well-known portions-jams from the chemistry laboratory. The definitive bottom of the day is however the evening buffet: except for the paprikaringe the salad one and all from the can; meat and fish are from the chef (?) Reliable a 2 time killed, seasoned generally does not, the eternal three side dishes, canarian potatoes, limp fries and salt-mushy cooked noodles make duration not happy. For dessert there was bags pudding, laboratory bench-cream cake and canned fruits. But there is also good things to say about it. The room service is 1-a, everything perfectly clean, the table-ware is rinsed off, the kitchen tidy, and the ladies find even time for artistic towel and toilet paper origami. Our complaints were professional, even if only partly successfully dealt with, and we even got (without a charge!) An extra-large towel, so that our kitchen hang out. Very nice so far, but the tears not out: we will help our travel agency to, this hotel not to be recommended anymore. read more

The hotel itself is ok. We walked a lot and have many sights looked at. Unfortunately our hired car broken into. It is a very nice volcanic island. Everything was reasonable only the food was bland, the english like their sausage for breakfast and boring food. The vegetables was cooked without salt... Was nevertheless a lovely vacation! read more

We had a bungalow with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Overall the size ok, however rather spartanic furnished. It was missing a little comfort, otherwise ok. We had half board, you could actually save, breakfast okay, evening buffet not really edible. At the moment there were almost only german retirees, and dutch families. read more

    Rooms, oh well, is sunday Since no heating is available, everything was damp, damp and slightly musty.     There is a restaurant, the nothing special is nice. It is in the front area plastic chairs, at a doctor practice remember. The rear are wooden furniture, the but also already better days seen. Plastic are very welcoming. Especially: we only briefly above mopped, the dirt lands on the floor, that was it. Friendliness and speed of the staff leave much to be desired. Sometimes came the waiter to order a drink, when we almost with the dessert were. The dirt from the previous evening is still for breakfast under the table. Prices for beverages ok for a beer a water and a juice about 5 Euro. Food is mostly bad, tasted better... But: canned vegetables and matschfisch must seemed, lich not be, the obligatory pasta, cooked, and the fries are not to be missed. Salad also primarily from dosenmais etc. Breakfast okay, everything you need from sausage, all three days repeatedly, cheese a sort of the whole week, jam, Nutella, milk, tea different sorts, coffee cereal, eggs rotateing, sometimes hard boiled, then scrambled eggs, then fried eggs.

    Distance to the beach with the car not even 10 minutes, on foot 'probably so 10-15 minutes walk. At the hotel is a supermarket, the ok is. Promenade also a maximum of 10 minutes by car away with many shops and restaurants.

    As mentioned above we had a 2 bungalow rooms in the upper floor, because of this we could area overlook a magnificent not outerly visible roof terrace; kitchenette, living room, bedroom practically equipped, bath/shower/toilet clean and relatively large; only disadvantageous is the tepid cold depicting energielampenausleuchtung in all rooms; overall but for this price (early booker) a real bargain (at least if one/woman bungalow rooms in the upper floor gets)

    Close to the airport without noise disturbance, man/woman to get to see the flight quiet past float; walking distance to the promenade and beach about cosy 12 minutes; the vibrant promenade with many mostly chinese/indian souvenir shops and on english/german speaking guests set restaurants about 25 minutes walk; next bus stop at promenade in front of the hotel San Augustin about 15 minutes walk (every 20 minutes to arrecife and all hours to Playa Blanca)

I was as already last year satisfied, even if i this time only a studio had. This is definitely not my need for a separate bedroom, but this is certainly also during the next visit in advance. In comparison it was enough for a single but from. What really impressed the villas, from the i want a reputation could. Living room beside the generous kitchen area, double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of them even with jacuzzi, private pool with 4 chairs and bordered by artificial turf, a washing machine. Who it alsl luxurious like, should ask. The dishes were the ... taste was good. To criticize i must however the warming, lacking the facilities. The choice is a three stars hotel to my complete satisfaction. Doris i can only guess, the claims down. Who 5 stars want, should in the districts. The staff are very friendly. Always note, as you in the forest, it echoes out. Friendliness on the basis of reciprocity and everything was relaxed. The cleaning was also complete satisfaction and also the cleanliness. Of some guests you could hear something from mold, which with me not revealed. So empty times please check and remove. Also here, the guest must also air, he makes at home also. Looking forward to my next visit with imaginary 200 exclamation mark. read more

Very friendly staff- especially novi, Julie and Andreas. The lighting in the hotel is very bad, especially in the bathroom. Additional lighting would be nice. The fridge had the noise level a cement mixer, we have turned off at night. It is a 3 star hotel. Cleanliness and cleaning good, the cleaning staff very friendly. read more

The bungalows are in general well, only are provided with she unfortunately no heating and it was quite cold at night. Apart from that is the hotel very nicely designed. Lots of palm trees and plants and a beautiful pool. Especially close proximity to very extensive sandy beach pleased us. The breakfast was simple. Under the dinner we have imagined for ourselves more. The is however sure matter of taste, for simple needs it was enough. So there was for us with this facilities light and shade. read more

Good value for money! Very well equipped kitchen, but because of half board hardly used. Food was okay, to 5 days repeated, the best tasted the fish (there was daily - strong praise) and the desserts (for Spain typical). Very good transport links, in 5 minutes on the highway. To the beach and promenade just 10 minutes on foot, is however on the edge of Puerto del Carmen, so quiet as not so in the middle of everything. Was only right sunday To visit one should the in any case the old town and harbor, beach-taps Playa de chica. Rental ... car is needed! read more

For one week beach vacation with island sightseeing ideal facilities. Very well maintained laid out outdoor area, as well as excellent pool. Ideal size of the bungalows with beautiful terrace. Unfortunately have the windows no mosquito protection. Nice prudent staff. We had a nice holiday and would stay again. read more

Our expectations were fully met. 95% recommendation are completely justified! Certainly one could in some areas a lot do better, but for a three stars hotel was it really great! The shows also, very lots of people stayed for the umpteenth time were there. And the partly for many weeks. During the next Lanzarote holiday is the hyde park lane again first choice! read more

Here the value for money is right absolutely. However the hotel lies somewhat remote the entertainment and the beach. With a rental car but ideal. The quiet location is very relaxing. read more

Quiet bungalows on the edge from Puerto del Carmen. Bungalows are well equipped. Although already somewhat older however with everything that you need designed. On arrival was our cottage very clean but in the course of the weeks one noticed already, that only superficially cleaned. Size is okay. Bathroom adequate, living cook area was good, bedroom rather small. In the kitchen everything is what you need, but really everything! You don't need anything to bring home. Dishes, good knife, bread knife, toastar, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, clean microwave, etc. Important! The bedroom, and a mosquito net for the window ... take away (about, 140 times 1.10 meters) Otherwise you will of mosquitoes sucked. read more

    Already described but overall, and good. Especially the terrace was quite nice and quiet even if directly on the street. Many cats on the way. But we have the only more happiness than grief.     Food was so far for a canarian star hotel alright. However, one must be careful what you eat, otherwise there is failure! Everything was very fatty. On some days very carelessly and tasteless prepared. Better than selbsteversorger serotoninergic. Supermarkets there are in the area enough. If you have a car even more. Eurospar and hiperdino costs not much more as in Germany. Unless you pay attention to brands.

    On arrival very friendly staff. In advance we could free bungalows look at and decide. Otherwise rather low-key. We were things from the terrace stolen. The 'night porter' we reported and no 20 seconds later the young thieves before us. Unfortunately, the guard was too thick for you to catch. So be careful! It is stolen. Probably already repeatedly, otherwise not all windows gated. Cleaning as mentioned 'dürftig'... But in the bungalow there was a broom, there one could itself well clean. Otherwise for catering, terrycloth and detergent does not exist in the bungalow. Restaurant service was okay.

    Peacefully located. On foot we needed around 10 to 15 minutes into the 'village'... To the beach just a stone's throw. However, the 'dorfstrasse' already a few kilometers long with all the nippes-shops that you know (boutique chinese junk and stuff, restaurants of all kinds, pharmacies, reformhäusern, bars etc. Etc. Good thing is, that you don't constantly pushing is addressed, if one is not anywhere a drink would like.

Good hotel for a casual vacation. Our bungalow 169 had a magnificent view of the sea with a beautiful roof terrace. The food was for one week more than adequate and relatively varied. For a longer stay you would certainly, in particular for breakfast a bit more variety be. In view of the price, in the autumn holidays 400 Euro for one week, but very good. Who more would like must then pay more. read more

A successful, relaxing vacation. In October we would again and again there travel ( sometimes up to 30°. It was not too crowded. The bungalows are practically furnished and most of the time you anyway on the terrace on. Unfortunately we had the 2. bungalow (32) after the front desk, therefore are lots of people in our terrace its bungalows tuerie. We have all heard, who travels, who leave. So the back area is comfortable. The vacationers came mostly from the Netherlands, England, Germany, Scandinavia and some french. We have the entire island explored and had the car at the ... end whole two weeks. An exciting, varied island. The beach in our area ( Playa de los Pocillos) was my favorite. I can however also not long in the sun are. In any case you can here for hours at the water front service and really good for swimming. We are already planning the next vacation on Lanzarote! read more

The location didn't bother us so much, since it to the town of Puerto del Carmen but a little far about 1 hour on foot, the beach was about minutes away, completely okay is... There were plenty English represented ;-), as well as spaniards and German. The R complex belonging supermarket is ridiculous, overpriced and the offer left to be desired. read more

    The plastic covers are without words! Also left the cleanliness to be desired especially for breakfast, since on some days were the plastic covers dirty and sticky! The breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations, jams just watery was, mushy cheese and 1 sort sausage. Unfortunately there was no bread to choose from, the rolls could one after 2 weeks not see more, daily scrambled eggs, coffee as usual on the canary Islands not drinkable. The dinner was also not better barely choice of meals fish or meat, which still be seasoned had, which not at all is a certain waiter always cat outside fed and stroked and afterwards the same dishes wegeräumte respectively drinks distributed just unhygienic, we are then after the 4 day evenings eat out.     The location we did not like, unfortunately was the way to the town for us too far about 1 hour on foot and about 8 minutes to the beach. In the in the area there was neither a cafe a decent shops. To the next bus station one goes about 10 minutes.

What I have never been to the canary Islands had, were thousands of mosquitoes. The really felt in the or other hour of sleep to. Even if you taste not debatable, I think it is misleading and irresponsible this 6 stars as some reviewer it alone the small selection prohibits already such a high bewertund. Meat often tough and tasteless. I am sure, would such a kitchen in a restaurant available if same bust Breakfast like almost everywhere, however as to the part. Noted 2 weeks every morning the same cheese. The offered rolls anyway not really delicious. Drink prices very fair. I would like here definitely not half board recommend.

    Was large enough. Had two single beds, a couch, a tv ( remote control you could at the front desk borrow ), kitchen (2 stove plates, pots, dishes, fridge with gefrirrfach which was not really much cooler was). It had everything a relative new impression made. It was also clean.

    In the morning, there was always rolls sausage cheese and vegetables. Otherwise there were varied something else for example scrambled egg, bacon, fried egg, sausage and so on Evenings there was always 1 fish dish 1 meat dish and just side dishes like potatoes fries vegetables or similar so we became always well full. Of course, it is of the quality not the best. But if you nothing special expected one always finds something that one tastes Drink you had to extra figures, but the prices ok. 0.3 liter soda 1,3 Euro

    In September there are no animation more. There are 2 different pools with possibilities to lie down and sun screens. Pool was large enough that you can swim however not a right swimming pool comparable. We always find a free deck chair and of the pool bar you could also always which to meals or drinking

    So from the airport it is with the taxi 10 minutes we once 10 €and once 14 €paid. The same taxi company. On foot it is 5 minutes at the beach and 10 minutes to the next bus station and the actual seafront with lots of bars, shops and so on To the hotel belonged also a shop where all important for cheap prices was: food, beverage, toiletries and so on

Are so about around 9:00 arrived and have the room only around 14:00 get (4 hours rum sit). Reception, check-in was a bit overtaxed. The first impression from the reception'old, reminded more to the arrival of a feriencamps. Room was clean and everything there that you need. 2 times towels change no bedding changed daily, the in 7 days is too few! Food great diversity of food but very little choice but one became full, taste was good. Cleanliness in the restaurant not that great once again feriencamp, grin. A chips lag 2 days on the floor and ... chairs were days smeared and the cushions also, it shows the not regularly swept and cleaned. Area in the large and whole note 3 if you the room on the road has touch 5 we had a car and after the breakfast equivalent loosely. I was already 2 times in Lanzarote but hotel Hyde Park lane we would probably not book any more. Since for the same price better. Oh we had the half board. read more
