A fantastisc hotel. Beutiful big rooms with a balcony with the most fantastic view af the lake. But I was there for 4 days and REALLY missed that I could have made a cup of coffee/tea in my room and could have really used a decent hairdryer and not one of those plastic ones where you need to hold in a button! Very beautiful hotel, simple but nicely furnished. Rooms have a pleasant size. Only by a street from the lake and the lake promenade separated. Hike the casino: approximately 10-15 minutes. Please note: at the back of the hotel is the train station. There is 24 hours business (young people in particular the partying) and accordingly loud it could be. The rooms on the lake-side are quiet and have a great view on the lake. read more

From the room (8. Stoc K with a balcony) and the view we loved it. Very clean and peaceful. Price-performance is okay. Unfortunately the hotel has no parking space, the car the park-and-ride underground garage. Per day are Friday 35-due! Unfortunately is the service in the bar, as well as in the restaurant not attentive, and rather rude. Especially leaves the cleanliness in the glass tables to be desired. For the prices from food and wine we would have expected more. Only with a beautiful location it is unfortunately not done. read more

We stayed at the hotel during our company conference and were very impressed with the central location and the lovely ambience of the hotel. The views of the lake and mountains were spectacular and the room spacious and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel. read more

The hotel was great. I love the location and hotel atmosphere. Hotel amenities can be better. I would go back again if i ever travel to that Montreux again. read more

Breakfast nice and great views to the lake. More choices / a larger buffet would have been a great add-value. However the few critics I can move are: - we found a paper towel in the bathroom, - my bath towel was dirty (big orange spots on one side). On day of arrival the bar in the evening was very active, lots of people there. The girl behind the bar did a great job, however the service was slow as not enough staff was there to help. We had to wait for our drinks about 30 minutes standing in front ... of the bar. read more

We have spent a wonderful weekend in one of the junior suites very dignified. The view of the lake was fantastic. Layout and price are harmonious. very many nearby shopping and dining options. Beautiful and well-kept grounds and gardens/beach Promenade in the immediate area. read more

Very old fashioned hotel with awful furniture. The junior suite I occupied is on 1st floor, just above the main street, noisy. Furniture is depressive and the price completely mad (710 Swiss Francs a night !!) read more

A wonderful location right by the station overlooking the lake. It is well worth booking a room with lake views. Spacious room with air-conditioning that works! The free coffee 'on tap' to hotel guests was most welcome and somewhat compensates for the lack of tea/coffe making facilities in the rooms. Reception staff were excellent and efficient. One 'downside' we found was the breakfast. It is way overpriced, meagre and many items kept running out. The breakfast restaurant is on several levels and thus your self-service food and drink has to be carried up and down stairs unless you are seated ... where the food is located on the top floor. Also the Internet facilities are the most expensive that we encountered in Switrzerland at 5CHF for 15-mins! read more

Absolutely fantastic location with only 2 minutes walk from the station. The view from the terrasse is breathtaking and the various animations planned throughout the summer on that terrasse (dj's - saxophonist - ...) makes it even more special. read more
