The hotel we would definitely recommendable. The dishes were well seasoned and diverse. The food was warm and was always refilled. The selection of drinks at the bars is huge. The entertainment is very tried to every guest. When we didn't like in the evening the karaoke event (every evening from 19:00 until 20:00 o'clock.) There were only french texts' singing ' and the very noisy. Both the german guests were not received. Especially we noticed the staff's hospitality on. We had a successful vacation in a nice resort and would come back any time there again. read more

We have long-term tourists (10 weeks) and were really satisfied with the hotel. We would love to come back. In particular, food, entertainment was for tunisian standards far above average. The 09-01-2013 for 14 days on the internet from the 14. to 28-01-2013 posted hotel was a construction site and with an intolerable noise (jackhammer and other heavy equipment = excavator) and dirt ( steinsäge to crush of slabs) renewing the entire inside = outdoor pool area and thus practically uninhabitable. Neither the travel agent or the hotelier we considered it necessary, on this serious situation out. Thus were both defaulting has become. Both offered no adequate compensation, so i the organizer ultimate called, immediately another, at least an equivalent to offer hotel or i break the trip immediately from. ... The hotel management had 8. days the information denied, how long this work will continue. The receptionist was, whether my questions annoying and instead of the management on also still 'sticky'. After some research i learned, that this condition at least until at the end of february 2013 up. - it is therefore urgently arriving there disadvice. The organizer and mediators obligations, to inform! The last 6 nights i stayed at the superior hotel complete satisfaction spend. I can therefore the Hotel Eden star currently only three stars. If the extensive, noise and schmutzträchtigen work are over, has the hotel a 'good' rating. Some front desk staff should be much more modesty and courtesy to say.     The size the room = double room as single (circa 25 square meter) = completely sufficient. The double bed was relatively narrow, because 2 twin beds (width about 90 centimeter) pushed together and completely with a 10 centimeter wide bar facilities. The whole in the middle two means for jerky sleep, one is inevitably sometime in the night on the 20 centimeter firm. One decides better for a 'gran lit'. Also the rooms 'only swept. The dirt/sand so only in the room distributed. There is no fridge in the 'normal' double rooms, a possibility of tea or coffee. The tv had four german channel, but with often strong wind 'flutter' (by satellite).

    In the restaurant (breakfast/dinner) was in spite of the low occupancy in the hotel the dishes about. It was partly with plastic plates/cutlery 'herself'. This is not 4-star standard. The food was a mixture of european and tunisian cuisine and in spite of the low budget tasty and sufficient. Unfortunately blocked so-called ' regular guests ' not only pushed together tables, with 'teeth and steal' used to defend, both french/belgian, as well as of german. So something must consistently be stopped, otherwise you are as an independent traveller 'without chance'. In the price for half board were a glass of wine and a liter of water is included in the price. The service cleared always fast the tables and met from new. The hotel gave themselves large trouble, however, was the level of the guests through the low price accordingly. The behavior at the table. However therefor can the hotelier nothing.

    As long as no complaints have been, is friendly. Questions and complaints, as not at all (see above) or with considerable arrogance noted and devote the back (impolite it really couldn't get) as extremely annoying and ignored. The rooms stand back and once again a cleaning by a vacuum cleaner (i on the whole hotel not seen or heard): otherwise mopped.     Proximity to the beach - the hotel is right next to beach Airport - about 50 kilometers away (transfer between 60 and 80 minutes) The next town = zangho - about 1 kilometer away Tea shops/restaurants/ teleshop in the direction zangho Excursions by taxi (price before negotiate) or hotel/ reiseltg. Hotel Eden star four stars amongst others is a general overhaul of emergencies: The ex-manager works now in isis-hotel Djerba. We are for the 3. time at the eden star. The hotel is very nice but since our first visit november 2010 nothing was renovated. It is already long not more with brush, paint and silikonspritze to come unstuck. The curtains and doors are locked, you are just not a 4 star standard. read more

    Despite regular tip (almost daily) we had this time a sloppy room service got. Towels missing regularly (forget) so we always at the front desk to lodg a complaint had had. The lack of towels were except once always brought immediately. Once we after showering with the beach towels dried... Is also not bad. The rooms themselves are very tired... I will with a few pictures document.

The hotel has gotten a bit old, have but nevertheless a very good room, with a great view. The food is in Tunisia always the same. What I would like to indicate dignity is the proximity to the beach. Man had for the food not long line up( super :-) even the loungers were not overly occupied, it was simply magnificent, so lots of people in the hotel were. Staff were also always very polite. There was a shortcoming, and by the pool until 23:00 o'clock always loud music you could just in this period not sleep. read more

Our summary is: definitely again if action and shopping is! Although we sometimes also bad reviews in terms of food and hygiene prior to had read, we were pleasantly surprised. In these issues we had nothing to fault. You must place over excursions inform, best with the hotel staff and not only on the tour operator. There is no major concerns excursions on the native ones book and carry out. So we had for example the possibility dolphin in the sea to watch from next proximity, are without annoyances on the market geschlendert and horse riding is also great fun. ... Annoyances of any type (, although we 2 blond younger women alone were) there was not at all and with a clear 'no' was good. All in all it was a very nice and successful beach vacation! read more

I was 2 years ago, I liked it and the hotel was under the vinci-line. Now, obviously the owner changed and is not so good anymore. The only! Elevator during the 2 weeks only sometimes functioned. The team at the pool-, as well as at the main bar were unhelpful and unfriendly. Tips were no thanks just made. Also at the front desk no friendliness, you made easy unmotivated the job. The waiter in the hotel but were friendly and particularly the room cleaning -staff were very good. The mugs and glasses at the bar were just into the water ... diving and refilled! The hotel beach was more or less but also an incredible mess. In the archery course to arrive (path length approximately 150 meters) you had to on pile of dirt, lumber, glass, etc. Go. There was also a completely scruffy Midget golf-facilities and a bocce ball court with sand zugeweht. On the edge the square at the pool stood altogether more than 20 defective sun screens and broken loungers, why is the not cleared? The complex is somewhat run down. read more

All in all okay. You can't expect too much... As demanding German the hotel I would not! If you sun, beach and delicious food is in the right place here! However a week enough otherwise it becomes boring! With cleanliness and position of the hotel the not Sunday.. And if you don't speak French it is already difficult '! Basically for little money I would stay there! ;-) read more

We had a nice holiday certain flaws take in purchase, but we were in Afrika, the beach was reasonable for alluvial seaweed none can which, one has in any case seen, what was done. So the first impression m, eight the complex a good, but the 2. is totally appalling. ( flowing off in the pool sun screens definitely) before as rooms are endwerder lots of animals or because kitchen area. The pferpflegung was the last every day there was the same food for example ( lunch: pasta, rice, pork, pizza. Evenings: noodles, rice, pork, pizza) I could now whole day so on. The only positive the pool was twice a day tested. It has hotel no German understood only french and just very weak English. The entertainment went to 95% only on french ... since no only entertainer German could. read more

Restaurant: the tables were partly not cleared only when 10 plates were or sunday There was as mentioned all the seven day same food. In drinks the itself to get were were often no glasses usually only irgendend which plastic cup the mostly also were dirty. If soup was what it every day but almost every day fish soup, then there were no spoons (or cereal no small) To fremdsprachkenntniss: it could in the hotel almost no German if you are not a french could you had to watch.

    So the first impression m, eight the complex a good, but the 2. is totally appalling. ( flowing off in the pool sun screens definitely) before as rooms are endwerder lots of animals or because kitchen area. The pferpflegung was the last every day there was the same food for example ( lunch: pasta, rice, pork, pizza... Evenings: noodles, rice, pork, pizza) I could now whole day so on. The only positive the pool was twice a day tested. It has hotel no German understood only french and just very weak English. The entertainment went to 95% only on french since no only entertainer German could.

We are as a family with two kids (2 + 4 years) parents and grandparents traveling. This extensive hotel is really for all generations suitably. The rooms are spacious. Clean and functional. We had booked all inclusive and were accordingly - almost around the clock well looked after. In the late season were logically families with small children and older guests present.     There is a main restaurant with a wide selection, a beach restaurant with less the range of dishes on offer. But you can 1 time per week in the evening before a free order and reservation for the next lunch when you leave for the beach restaurant when you leave. Who in the main restaurant nothing finds is even debt. From the tunisian stew, delicious soups, fish and meat from the gril over pasta, fresh salad and vegetables up to rich desserts. There is always wine, beer and all soft drinks. Freshly squeezed juices or freshly prepared yogurt with fruits are for breakfast very recommendable. Unfortunately there are no variation when the bread, but only the bland white bread ( finally there are something to moan about) the atmosphere is relaxed, used plates were cleared away immediately. High chairs for every meal out. The dishes are appetizing and optically very nicely offered,

    Very friendly, helpful staff from the reception to the room service. The people strive the guests in every language understand and eager to please. The main language is, of course, french, we could not all, but with German and a bit of English one comes in any case well. The staff really deserves respect. In the part. Outrageous guests without any behavior always friendly to remain (by the way also without tip) is not easy. After a few days was with us the air conditioning defect. The complaint was taken up and within less hour repair carried out. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and tidy. Additional services were offered by us however not taken into account.

    The most important thing is the fine clean sandy beach. For small children very suitable. There are plenty of loungers with cushions and umbrella available. The beach is regularly cleaned. The water is clear and clean. The existing seaweeds are typical of the country and times more or less washed ashore. The pool was clean and tidy, by us however not used, which we the sea love. Showers are at the pool and the beach available. The leisure offer is enough from sport to disco. The animation is uniquely, the club atmosphere very good and not pushy. The individual entertainers make no difference between baby, thick or thin, old or young, beautiful or ugly. Many thanks for that.

    Hotel lies directly at the beach and is located in an oasis. The name explains everything. Without any problems transfer from the airport about 1 hour well-built street. Outside of the hotel no shops or promenade. Excursions are available, by us were however not taken into account. On the complex is everything you need is available from the hairdresser to the gift shop. A traveler must I had to decide what vacation I would like to book. If you land and people to get one is here clearly misguided or incapable of the description to read.

    The furniture was already somewhat older and the air conditioning worked properly, could with 30° hardly cool! The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, balcony was in 3 weeks cleaned once!

    The restaurant had a felt with strong food smell! Luckily the outdoor terrace. The food was the tunisian cuisine, which was okay, too wa, r if not the many guests had complaints of stomach and intestinal complained! We liked it unfortunately also several times met, although we drinks with ice cream and salad avoided! Sometimes had the guests big problems, that a doctor had to come! We were also at home in affected!

In the restaurant missing for breakfast amongst others: no coffee cups, no saucers, no spoon, no large spoons, no cereal bowls, around 7.30 no jam, no honey, partly both coffee maker was broken! On the terrace was open the bacon to bake on dirty rust umschmärmt of flies! Afternoons and evenings missing tureen, soup spoon, ladle, no beer glasses, beer tap broken, only knives and forks for starter, main course and dessert! No small spoons or forks for dessert!

    The evening entertainment was not nice, but so loud, that a sleep before 23:00 o'clock was not to be thought, no matter where you a room had! A shift in the noise level was not possible, despite some objection, because not all vacationers want to vomit drinking and bellow! The beach was alright and also the loungers! The toilets at the pool bar and the 'french fries booth' were after lunch was totally dirty and also no toilet paper available.

    The journey from the airport to the hotel takes on the day about 1 hour and at night about 45 minutes; the hotel is directly at the beach and around your sister hotel 'eden beach' and the ' club oasis' is hardly anything, except garbage and dirt ( right next to hotel one strives to cleanliness); The offered excursions are partly overpriced and bad quality ( one is the french language not powerful, then one has a... -card); only no market visit, here you will permanently only besieged and to buy forced, women are constantly and dumpier form passes; whoever is booking the hotel must know :' you can't just yet evenings before walk out the door ', there is nothing.

    The beach directly at the hotel was not recommendable. The loungers were dirty and partly broken. The seaweeds were many a time with bulldozers pushed together. The area was very run down, or better said, a big dump. We have 2 excursions made. One quadtour, 2 hours per person 30 $. The quads were in very poor condition, mine had no brakes! A carriage ride to the market. The market was in 15 minutes, then one was from crop to crop screeching to be able to buy something. The horses this route have survived, we were very surprised.

Never 4 stars! The outdoor areas with a pool and the beach are really great, that was it but also already. We didn't have on any day clean glasses respectively dishes at the table. The rooms are very simple, not for a 2-week family vacation suited! Changing in the room was not regularly. There are basically four persons only three towels and three toothbrush holder, if we were lucky, each bed a cover. The windows were too dirty to the window and the mirror to smeared the look. The cash machine was always broken. ( like on the whole place ... also). Ants are the silent companion in the entire hotel also in the restaurant. With our 2 day trip, we had two other four star hotels lodging, the clearly better and elegant were! read more
