An exclusive hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, the especially from the employees spread. In all areas we have very committed, motivated and above all very friendly staff/inside met. And this friendliness was not 'fake'.
Particular emphasis should be on the high-quality breakfast in the elegant restaurant. Over here you let yourself almost automatically from the recommendation 'breakfast like a king' seduce; so you should enough time for these enjoyable start to the day.

It was a wonderful stay in the hotel Bülow palais.
We were just one night guests in this hotel, but we never had the impression, that a problem for the hotel was. We were just service contrary to use, such as the hotel guests with longer stay.
The breakfast buffet was great fresh and it rich, it left nothing to be desired.
The spa and wellness area with a sauna is also very new and really clean.
We would go back to this hotel again and again! read more

The hotel Bülow residenz is located in dresden baroque city. All of the staff were very tried hard to please the guests. The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Great were also many details as the glass sparkling wine to the greetings, the molton brown bath amenities and newspaper at the door. read more

A top-notch hotel, that our (high ) expectations full. The palais Bülow would gladly come again visit.
A note : on saturday i in the morning at the front desk a defective bed-reading lamp reported. Unfortunately this was until the departure, four days later, not repaired. Unfortunately i received this no rückinfo.
I would particularly like to highlight the very decent attentive and well trained staff, also the personal care by the hotel manager. read more

Already for the 2. time in this 5 star hotel, we were once again very pleased with atmosphere, design and the situation in the district. The room was very bright, attractive large and we found everything, which we needed. Feed and drank were of the finest quality, from the english nachmittagsteestunde on the breakfast, to the menu in the excellent restaurant carussel. The abendausklang in the cosy bar (and always well visited ) is very pleasant, which with the friendliness the staff to do. This applies to all at any point in the house. Not to forget the small, but ... sufficient, spa and ftinessbereich on the 4. floor. This hotel is really very recommendable. Here you feel as an individual guest use. Remarkable: the manager of the hotel personally in our day of arrival the guests personally (with a handshake) welcomes. There was a sparkling wine to welcome and to the room accompanied. The room was very clean and as a greeting there was a big bottle of water, a small gallery, as well as fruits and nuts are required. A personal welcome letter rounded the cause. Except one coffee-/tea making facilities we have in the room don't miss it. Should be emphasized, that the extra charges for ... this hotel category limited 16 Euro for the underground car park and cocktails under 10 Euro for this level very moderate. The dishes in the restaurant are also payable. The breakfast buffet is rather 5-star average. Egg dishes amongst others there is only on order. The adoption was just as warm as the welcome. We have a bottle of water with the: an nice guests the a hotel not in the financial ruin raises, but its impact unmissed. read more

This small, fine family hotel we can really warmly recommend. Very clean and modern rooms with all the comforts of home. The food in the hotel is no matter wether breakfast/lunch/dinner in the bistro, or dinner in the sophisticated restaurant carussel a delight. The spa and spa area, we felt all around well. The various applications with a competent great team are very recommendable. All hotel staff were very accommodating and no wishes remained unfulfilled. The hotel is located in beautiful quiet district of dresden with shopping and good restaurants and bars. The hustle and bustle in dresden's old city ... to escape is in very good hands. And if you want to in the lively old town, so you can in circa 10 minutes away by foot on the augustusbrücke this easily accessible. We felt very good and are definitely coming again. read more

Although we only 1 overnight stay with breakfast had booked, we were very friendly greeted with a glass of prosecco. Then they showed us all furnishings and brought us to the room, with which we very satisfied were. The room and everything which we in this hotel saw was clean and tidy, in addition because of the hotel was tastefully decorated. In the evening was the bed for the night presented and the mandatory ' betthupferl ' was also available. The bathroom was modern, large and very attractive.
Unfortunately, we have the dinner no information, as we not in the ... hotel were but breakfast the next morning was rich and left nothing to be desired. We were very friendly and accommodating served. Until the departure you had the feeling a regular.

Very beautiful hotel, staff are very suitable for children, the child had a beautiful travel cot from the hotel and a teddies present. We have actually just 2 things disturbed. The really long waiting time on the food (and the, although we only fries and Schnitzel had ), to the other we didn't dvd player in the room had. I would stay there again. read more

Fabulous hotel, even with less good weather to stay a while invites. You are here as a smoker gladly seen guest (and not as a dog in front of the door chased, but can in a very nice smokers' lounge are truck enjoy). The staff is extremely friendly and competent.
