Mainly Russian and Polish in this hotel, we were one of 3 English couples. Food was centered around the Russians and they never missed a meal and were always the first there. Pizza man and chappati lady on beach were great and looked after you. There wasn't enough room around the pool, if you want a sunbed you would have to get up at 5am! There needs to be a larger pool for the size of the hotel. Our shower kept flooding the bathroom and living room and there was a leak from the above rooms shower. Air-con in rooms ... was great. No air-con in the lobby as this had broken but there was no rush for this to be fixed in the 2 weeks we were there. read more

    Room OK, first night we got there there were stains on the bed sheets, hair in the sink and the bin hadn't been emptied. Our shower kept flooding and even flooded to our living room. On the website it states that all rooms have a terrace/balcony, mini-bar and fridge...we had none of these and if we wanted these we would have to pay extra.

    English people - you will find something to eat at the hotel if you have too but exepect to have the turkish trots for your holiday. Alcholic measures were large, too large and their fridge didn't work and rarely had ice.

    Staff hardly understood English, you could get by though. Lots of staff walked around with no smiles and didn't acknowlege you. There were some nice ones though. Who drinks white wine not chilled? We had to buy our own chilled white wine from the hotel supermarket from the lovely man that worked there. However we wern't allowed to drink our wine in the so called "VIP" area outside. We were offered by the management to buy a chilled vintage (2000) bottle of wine for 10 tk lira which we were able to drink in the "VIP" area but the wine had corked and was un-drinkable, we somehow managed to offend the manager by not drinking this wine even though we had paid for it! We had a message left on our room door asking us to come to reception when we arrived there staff were unable to tell us why we had been left the message.

    Disco - drinks were expensive and the dj played the same kind of music no cheese just club music. Quite scary as couldn't see a fire escape in there.

    Beach was just across the road, airport was miles away. It took us 5 hours from the airport as our driver couldn't find our hotel, which was longer than our flight! Market that was on on the Tuesday was great.

The hotel was, to have four star, but on what was absolutely not to. The women at the reception said of not even Hello. German they do not. Have we not get the booked family rooms, instead of a double room with a double bed we had and a single bed. Thus we had (2 adults and two children) also only three pillows. The guests were to 90% Russian nationality. The entertainment was a result of (also for children) mainly in Russian. The food could see 1 week after we not more, since this was the same almost every day. ... The food itself we had our table itself clean, since the staff made not clean the tables from the previous guest. The cleanliness was the in the hotel not really great. For German tourists the hotel is not to recommend. read more

This hotel is a magnificent 4 star spoke absolutely not our idea. The journey from the airport took Antaya four hours. The room is allocated to the us after the last guests left not been cleaned at all, and was totally dirty. So from the reception and ask for a new room. The new room was OK. The first visit to the beach was humbling from time to time, and in the sand everywhere plastic Zigarettenkppen. The access to the sea we made difficult because of the rocks. At the beach bar was it only water and sweet lemonade, because ... of all inclusive. Coke or beer had to be bought at the bar. Food was it at the beach bar not, because of all inclusive. From the third Ferientag have we us only at the pool, there were it then all drinks, food and snacks, just all inclusive. But a beach chair at the pool was a real fight to get is. I have made the effort and I have the counted, it are 96 piece. If the hotel got fully booked there were about 500 guests but. This condition was already the result in the evening from 20 hours the beach chairs for the next day reserved with towels 'and ' to 23 o'clock no chair for latest the next day was more freely. Unbelievable but true. The food was good, and there were always enough. It was missing only time of bread or forks and knives and spoons or plates or cups or, or, or. Most of the guests are russians (about 60%)or (about 30%)of the Turks rest of EU citizens. All in all we would this hotel not again book because it has earned more than three star, and it is just to expensive. read more

The hotel, as well as the whole area there deserves in my eyes only on two star and not more. The whole people so much money will pay the whole year on holiday and then it takes you in a dirty hotel. Except for the weather and scenery us nothing had fallen. I would not recommend the hotel, it was just incredible Weill disaster. read more

This hotel is a russians. guests russians high castle 90% of the service staff speaks more Russian, english or German. moldy bathroom, dirty towels and bed sheets were normal in this hotel. food was always the same, no selection of warm dishes (chicken, chicken, chicken). Breakfast was also very one-sided, only white bread. the, the tables were cleared by the angekaut and not was, was collected in again afterwards and the bread basket for all. The pool was much to small for this hotel. Beach is OK, unfortunately always again to the beach loud music. free drinks only water and ... a sort of soft drinks. Activities such as darts or table tennis everything was already seemly worn or broken. Gym equipment extremely dangerous broken this hotel has not deserved any four star. many guests have tried to exchange on site (surcharge only possible). read more

Everything was very bad, the service was awful. Everything is dirty and smelled. The drinks in plastic glaziers. The pool for 50 people maximum, but in the hotel 800 tourist. Never again in this hotel. read more

This hotel did not match our idea of a four star hotel. The transfer to the arrival from the airport Antaya took three hours. The first visit to the beach was dreadful. Plastic cups and cigarette buds lay around everywhere in the sand. The access to the sea was made difficult because of the rocks. At the beach bar there was only water and lemonade. as if that was all inclusive! TO get a sunbed by the pool was a real fight. I botherd to count the sunbeds. There were 96. If the hotel got fully booked there were about ... 500 guests there, though. The condition ment that from 8 PM in the evening the sunbeds got reserved for the next day and latest by 11 PM there weren´t any sunbeds left for the next day. Unbelievable but true. The food was dreadful. Most guests were Russian. Other languages were hardly audible for entertainement. We wouldn´t book this hotel because it deserved three stars at most and was just too expensive for what you got. read more

    No variation of the food and what you got for lunch you got again for dinner in another dish. On the whole it was terrible, always the same. No fruit at all. Table hygiene was not enough. Dirty table clothes - stand were not intact and cutlery was missing - sometimes had to be searched for.

    The worst thing there was the service staff. A lot of them there were unfriendly. Hardly any language skills. Everywhere, even in the hotel bar drinks were drunk from plastic cups.

The condition of the hotel is rather bad in general. The room smell unpleasant and comes from the faucet salt. We have the hotel after three days (it was unfortunately not more) and leave us with the help of the tour operator and at an additional cost in another hotel roaches wearing them. We are really not picky and spend our holiday almost every year in turkey, but this time it was unacceptable. The bread is collected and used plates offered again, even if yogurt or Eireste are. Have seen other guests also with the same watermelons. The safe in ... the room is not attached, so if that is, it can under the arm and disappear. The guide said, he was provided with a wire, the alarm when leaving the area, when I then said I would try the, something he looked confused. The beach is not very clean and pure gravel. The entrance to the water is not simply because of the slabs veralgten. It has been there about three metres away, stone, but you must be careful, if you want to the outside world, be the body anschwemmt is free from the stones. The service is very bad. No one felt responsible for anything. The mini bar, it is a yes, was always empty. It is still not even water refilled. It was no light drinks in the all inclusive service. The is normal in other hotels. As we the speeches, it was said, a supermarket is located in the hotel. We could us fortunately, as already mentioned, rehousing leave. Went so well it unfortunately not. You have the whole week and there are also all diarrhea disease. So, all in all: this hotel is really not to recommend further. If you want to spend a few relaxing days, is in Sonas alpina be very disappointed. read more
