We have us in the November a short herbstauszeit in gioiosa retreat. The hotel is a very successful blend of family-run, personal hotel coupled with professionalism. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help, the food well and the design of the room modern and well, especially the modern bath with a bath was of course in the preordained a highlight! Our 9-year-old daughter, we actually not at all would have thought, the offered ferienprogramm still adopt, in the kids club well and some of the deals notice. Our daughter was especially from super delicious breakfast buffet ... completely convinced, what we can only confirm. We were this year already the 2. the gioiosa and can fully recommend the hotel. Which one however should know, is, that the hotel in a district of riva del garda, varone, and a car is essential. Into town it is too far to walk, in the small but nice town center from varone there is however a nice bar and a small minimarket. Perfect against for an excursion on foot in 5 minutes ( on foot) reachable destination ' offsite cascata varaone ' - definitely kudos! read more

The active & family hotel gioiosa is a clean and modern hotel with really nice staff. There is a biggest trouble the guests a pleasant vacation possible.
In the hotel there are lots of possibilities to feel at home, whether it for families or guests without children for example playgrounds, game room and lots of possibilities to sit, read and relaxation on the large terrace.
The rooms have a pleasant size and are equipped with everything that you need. We had a wonderful view on riva to the lake.
The highlight for us was evenings the delicious menu, which varied ... was and very tasty presented to us.
Especially we would like to highlight the 'news and events', a flyer, the daily for breakfast ready for the guests and with the weather, tips for excursions and spa services for the planning of the day very helpful was.
If anything less positive in memory, it is the distance to the center( around 50 minutes away on foot). A car is of advantage thus. For excursions in the near and further environment of riva the hotel is however our first choice. read more

We had a suite and were with the amenities and the atmosphere completely satisfied. Our daughter found the playground and the children's playroom next to the reception really great. The painting with Regina was really good.
There is something for everyone. We can only recommend the hotel and look forward to the next time. read more

The vacation was in short, perfect. We were there with three children arrived, had lots of space in the room and prima animation. The food was a delight and the area of the Lake Garda a brilliant for all active the nature want to experience.

We can really recommend the hotel. Handicapped accessible, since lift and ramps are available. Our medium-sized dog was also welcome.
Hotel lies outside of riva del Garda, for people with a car or bicycle and hikers not a problem. read more

Had a beautiful week vacation with our small son (1.5 years). The hotel is good adjusted to kids. Crib and baby phon available. Crib in good condition. Pool is for very small not so good. Location a bit out of the way, you need the car to into town to drive. Food was great. read more

We had a very pleasant and relaxing week of vacation in this hotel. Great decor: clear, modern line. Puristic and at the same time with lots of small nice details. For children there is a beautiful playground between olive trees. In the games room, the children always something for playing. Very pleasant for children and adults - especially during of the delicious and versatile dinner. Ideal starting point for excursions around the Lake Garda! The entire team is always super nice without being pushy! We have already long not more felt so much at ease in a hotel! read more

Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, nice hotel. Our room had a great balcony with a nice view to the Lake Garda and on the surrounding mountains. The morning breakfast on the terrace before the mountains was one of the highlights of our stay. The benefits of the hotel were very good coordinated and designed: from morning tips for excursions until the varied and very, very delicious dinner. We are very much looking forward to go back! A small minus was the permanent Hum a nearby Factory, which however the positive overall impression only little reduced. read more

We were our 10 months young son there, every wish was fulfilled, from the kettle to the children/ baby crib was everything available! As I no schweinefleisch eat, it was immediately taken into account and an attractive alternative the menus found. The menus included only local specialties, which, in particular, liked a lot, instead of the standard intercontinental food in other hotels. Our son with lots of patience and very, very much affection from the staff treated. The pool area is for older children rather suitable. The pool is not heated, so it is in the autumn quite fresh, if ... you the pool uses.
The games room is large enough and the service the children is exemplary. It is however also a favored hotel for cyclists and climber, many were there. The front desk we were very well-informed, what we all in the area can do, and where we especially good can buy.
All together this is a great great hotel, sS there is nothing, really nothing at all to complain about. Than Lake Garda discoverers, we will in any case book this hotel again! read more

Very nice, large, modern designed room. Offering a clear view well structured building with hammam and very nice games room for children. Garden with olive trees and large trampoline, swing and slide, as well as sandpit. Right next to the restaurant terrace. New mini golf course, new outdoor swimming pool.
The general hotel area is very clean. In the entire building are pictures and artwork by Ela reitinger issued.
When we were there, were very lots of young families there. The audience changed however to young couples without children and older couples without children. The varied according to travel time. read more
