DO NOT BOOK! As the neighboring hotel kernsaniert is the noise of Monday to saturday unbearable. Pneumatic Hammers from 8:15 to 17:00. The optical sight is not really nice ( Betonruine ) the construction will only 2014 stopped. The location is nothing special cheap and only with hired car ( with 29 Dollar daily parking connected) make sense. read more

We had the hotel as complete our USA trip. We wanted the last 3 days have a stretch and at the beach relax and we also very good ☺ We had a preferred city view room with a child bed. We were a little early at the hotel arrived and could not check in right away, our luggage but impeccably in a locked side room safe and we got tickets for access to pool and beach to us the time to relax. Since i my mobile phone at the front desk had deposited the lady could from the reception also ... a half hour later within easy reach. When we in the room checked in we noticed, that the air conditioning didn't work properly, which we lodged a complaint immediately. The complaint was friendly against taken and in the meantime we drove into town. When we came back, we were told, that we a different room move would have. We have immediately a porter with flat provided get, the us the luggages in the different rooms brought. In the room there was a mini bar for a fee, we also listened to, however we were the prices but too expensive, so we stayed with our bought bottles from the supermarket. Whilst checking out we noticed, that us drinks from the minibar were, but we not taken into account had and never refilled had. The lady at the reception explained, that in the minibar a small Waage is installed, the automatic establishment, that one a drink buys, as soon as you from the minibar pulls. But it has the calculation without effort from the calculated drinks cared for. Also complaints were absolutely no problem and it was always friendly handled. The beach is very nice and clean, beach chairs, and towels are free and can again and again new in/out privileges and delivered. The pool was always clean and it were enough chairs available. In the garden are 2 papageie, the you not stroke if (the sign was that they bite were), but they sit there in the open and without cage, this is a bit Karibik-feeling to Miami ☺ Anyway, overall great hotel, great beach! read more

We were very satisfied. Could the hotel really recommend it. You are not in the' center the getümmels ', but on southbeachl is within a few minutes walking reachable or then we took in between a taxi, is also not as expensive. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. And the rooms very clean. The beach is great beautiful and one got in between again a cold towels to cool off or a small refreshment to drink. read more

Very good hotel right next to the edge South Beach. If you stay here no holiday it is your own fault. The hotel is already better in Miami. Four star is a bit an understatement. The pool is spotless, the hoteleigenestrand has best quality. I would like to highlight here the kitchen of the hotel. The on-site essential restaurant has almost star class, but you could see, even the businessmen from down-town here in the lunch food. Conclusion: i to this hotel no negative criticism found and would definitely again here. To the center Miami South Beach are approximately 15 ... minutes away on foot, or circa 8 Dollar with the taxi. read more

The hotel is located directly at the Miami Beach. To the airport Miami it was about 3.5 kilometer. the hotel offers everything you needs. There is very to the welfare of the guests respected, staff was very friendly. The cleaning of the rooms came 2 times per day. The pool and the beach are clean, there you were but rather from the noise of the building site next door harassed. In the room we have from the building site nothing heard or seen. The hotel has a high prices as for drinks and food, which is why you should ... stay in the vibrant bars and restaurants, the about minutes walk in the direction of Miami city, to visit. read more

We would during the next stay book the hotel again. But since we only one day in Miami spent we could the area and various possibilities didn't use it. The only thing that bothered me is, for Ocean Drive on foot very long must (30 to 45 minutes). Hop on bus went only until 17:00 o'clock. read more

Already the second time at the palms, always nice, great garden, directly at the beach, everything very clean, Friendly staff, but demolition at the hotel next door, about to October Jackhammer Noise the whole day by the pool to hear. Next year gladly again. read more

The hotel we have selected, because it is not huge and had a fluke made. The breakfast is very extensive. Pool very nice. In a few steps at the sea. Hotel is very well maintained. Valet parking was very good. Staff are very friendly and explained everything exactly that, if you shop to go wanted or good restaurant searched for. read more

The hotel is very beautiful, is located outside of the large commotion, which we as a positive found. What really bothered us was, that one the windows in the room not open and no balcony was available. read more

    Very nice. We had however also a suite with a sea view. The bed is very comfortable and huge. As described above you could in the room no window open... I sleep bad without open window. The air conditioning but it was ok.

    The staff in the restaurant was friendly, but really tried it was not really. What we so correctly the holidays spoil: On the last evening, before our departure, we were already in bed, because we the next morning early losmussten. Since calls the front desk at: o'clock (!) and requires me, that I please with my credit card to the front desk will should, will be charged. Through my einkäuft in Miami the menu was not any longer covered and the had fear, that we on the next day without pay travel. We complained on the next day with the manager, the neither apologized, nor understanding the situation could. We were treated like dirt.

    Pool... A bit small and nothing out of the ordinary. The beach would have been nice, we could however because of the bad weather didn't use it. Entertainment we didn't get. There was not much going on.

    The location we found good, not in the middle of the action, however also not far away. On foot can be reached in 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle, if you want it. Apart from that was in the area everything available, what you need. Miami itself was nice, but we didn't blown away. Perhaps it was also because of the bad weather, we during entire week had.

We were really very satisfied with this hotel. The only disturbing was the construction site next to the hotel. Because we however not a lot of time in the hotel spent bothered us it wasn't really. The rooms were super and breakfast was a dream, there was so much choice, you could not at all decide. Also the food in the restaurant was great. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way from the action. But since we a car had rented this was not a problem. Just a top hotel. read more

A wonderful hotel in South Beach. The breakfast is on the terrace -which in case of bad weather by awnings and plastikwände shut down -is the absolute hit. Hotel it is the second vacation pleasant, well arranged. Spa area excellent. Rooms especially for us large, breakfast excellent, service typical us less efficient, but extremely charming. Construction site is annoying a bit, hotel management should here accommodating with ' goodies' be. Distance to the center acceptable - slowly strolling RD 20 minutes until Lincoln; without construction site the hotel is excellent, with construction site you should from 8h30 and 17 hours either go on an outing, in the room be, or at the beach beach chairs, read more

The constant construction noise in the immediate surroundings is very annoying and therefore the hotel is currently not recommendable. We have the hotel selected, as in the past we good experience made. The restaurant is good, has however drawbacks-since the change of the chef opposite April 2011-that has been recorded. read more

Par city view (# 817 ) The general facilities are the Sternegrad accordingly. Unfortunately 2 times the room service forgot. The technical, sanitary decor in the bathroom however to desire. The shower stall, after showers the bathroom ' underwater', since the Duschlippe missing or the construction of the door of the shower very is questionable. The toilet can hear only to walk, if you the Spülkastendeckel highlights and the stopper manually herunterdrückt -Bad. The space for clothes is limited to 1/ 2 meters main criteria and three Minischubladen - that was it. For 2 people a little cramped. In the ... moment will next door a huge hotel under construction-construction noise Mon-Fri from 8:00 until 17:00 o'clock. This is so loud, that you even at the beach hear. By the pool it is not to bear. But can the palms nothing, but should somehow in the price included. read more

    Only a few meters to the beach, dreamlike beach... Into town there was on foot good 20 minutes. But there was always lots to see! Was really great!
