Positive: Clean and friendly designed room (luxury rooms ); helpful staff and rapid redress if something is not working; were accommodated in 3 buildings (gasthaus zum rappen and Hotel Rappen); very good location to the center and free parking behind the house; free wi-fi with a good signal strength. Negative: Use of the sauna for standard and luxury rooms (accommodation in the guesthouse rap) is liable to pay the costs. read more

I was with a girlfriend over new year's eve for 2 nights in this hotel, we rather randomly chosen had. The staff's hospitality, the cleanliness in the hotel and the room, the excellent food and the newly decorated rooms have us lovely stay prepares. The quality of the food is excellent, the diversity at the breakfast buffet for a three stars hotel totally reasonable Although the hotel almost was fully booked, we could easy the room exchange. Completely women we wanted a little spa \u263a and we had a very small rooms with two single beds. This was to narrow ... and we didn't. It's also worth mentioning the quiet and favorable location of the hotel directly at the city walls. Very close to the, on foot about 10 minutes to the Rathaus. Only drawback the bathroom sizecons-, but not always that small size. read more

Standard hotel without atmosphere. Restaurant is pleasant and very good food, otherwise only for mass tourism laid out! Instead of in the main building we had in the neighboring building. Very sterile and rooms are 'standard' without ambience-but it was way too expensive! read more

We booked a standard room. We have under the roof used, so rooms with sloping ceilings. Room was small, but sufficient for one night. Bathroom was also small, but everything new, therefore very attractive. Conclusion: the hotel for one day gladly again because of the great location and parking on the house! read more
