So what I here in the hotel only was the beach and the quality of the water of course there was also from the hotel the view of the mountains and after turgutreis as from the picture book. However the hotel does not meet the characteristics of a normal accommodation. Mold in the room ( we had after our complaint 3 room visit us everywhere the same case) even in the closets smells sometimes after mold. In the corridor and entrance area the walls are damp and that creates the unpleasant odor, so the atmosphere under nothing in the hotel ... arrived.
Cleaning of the rooms under all sow there may not be called. Staff understaffed overburdened. I have no hotel experience the in the lobby only an employee is active. Food rather poor almost always the same dishes. In short for the money one really gets a better and above all clean hotel. read more

Fantastic location! Beautiful jetty at the beach to relax, with outstandingly beautiful countryside. Also the food in the restaurant and in the snack bar was always delicious and sufficient and in the restaurant also always arranged beautifully. So, that was all with positive!
In general made also public areas clean impression however you had to here and there already over certain ' filthy corners' be overlooked!
The staff in the restaurant is completely understaffed, this will the tables only freshly set (and this also more bad than good), if other guests wish to set.
Also evenings at the (one!) bar ... far from enough staff set in. So it sometimes so long waiting periods, the simply not tolerable are.
The types of people are quite international and in between there was also time' Ballermann-atmosphere'.
We had a large bad luck and in our 10 days was the first week a travel group of over 200 extremely loud and annoying Italians present. The hit was but that this group on their last night the terrace for a gala dinner made available was. Then these group a evening agenda, at the other hotel guests forced also participate 'could'! It was really a joke, and that isn't on at all!
With English one comes really good clear.

A hotel, from the you very much make could. Extensive gardens, beautiful room with a view of the sea, directly at the beach etc.
But unfortunately, unfortunately see the current owner/ manager probably not so:
The cleanliness in the whole complex leaves a lot to be desired ( Leftovers on the cutlery, cats in the restaurant, dirty floors everywhere, mold.),
The furniture is run-down, the hotel is in a terrible condition (broken stairs, defective faucets, stinky Drains, the slides are faded and therefore not rutschfähig.)
And actually very nice garden will not at all well maintained (the lawn ... rather resembled an acre, everywhere beach chairs leaves and now in the autumn the berries of fruit).
A part of the beach is not any more available.
Furthermore, we a relaxed vacation in a resort looking forward to and instead a Italian Club encountered, the obviously probelms had. A everywhere herrschender high noise level, as well as a pushy, loud noise from the entertainment was the result. read more

Very nicely located location. Hotel lies in a bay with a view of other islands of the aegean sea. The beach is narrowly however clean and the water is crystal clear. There are also more beach chairs in a nice landscaped larger jetty and a smaller and lawns above the beach.
Pool has very clean appeal, wi have not used, since the sea was so nice.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to Bodrum (10 Euro) and turgutreis (5 Euro) at (there and back). Market on saturday in turgutreis is recommendable.
We had a room in the main house. When ... we arrived, we had to the toilet again clean since this not clean was, which thereafter however reasonable was. Besides that the room was in good condition. With slightly regullierbarer air conditioning. Bathroom with large storage space at the sink.
We found the food to be qualitatively good in the 2. week has the variety of the dishes deteriorated. One had to say that the hotel a week after our departure have closed. Waiters at the restaurant and the bar were always very friendly and accommodating.
Overall we in the hotel felt good and us good recovered. We would also a 2. time. read more

The bathrooms need to be cleaned better. It is a disgrace on a versifte toilet seat to sit, the seams needed to urgently repaired ( mold).

Hotel was rather for Frenchmen and Italians,
As German you ignored,
We had from 9 in the morning are 13 noon on our room wait, flexible they were not.
( and the whole in the heat we had no possibility uS to move, was very strenuous if you at night fly the poor children we felt very sorry.)
The staff did us also very sorry, because they more than 12 hours a day working (above all there were no professionals.

Our stay at the Paloma Yasmin was definitly the best holiday we have ever been on! During our stay we were treated like royalty by all the staff and the grounds of the hotel are nothing less then perfection, we would like to give a huge special thanks to the animator Eren! He looked after us thoughout the whole holiday and made it the best holiday ever! All of the animation team were great! More thanks go out to Amine and Karim in the animation team and finally Thankyou to Savas the pool bar owner! Our stay would not have ... been the same without you! We actually cried when we left! The staff needs a bit more knowledge of German and perhaps despite stress pleasant and friendly to the guests his. The food would have tasted better then would also better. Of the entertainment everything is super besseer it does not, it brings fun and motivated the guests in really hot weather keep it up.

We stayed at the Paloma Yasmin Resort from 20 july till the 3th of august 2012. It was just what we needed! A two week escape from our stressy life. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, the dips in the pool, the great views, … In short: a great holiday feeling! My husband and I travel a lot and we must say that the animation team in this hotel was really outstanding. Eren, one of the animators, has involved us during the many activities. We had a lot of fun playing beachvolley, dartsgame, poolgame, … and enjoyed some really good shows ... performed by professional dancers. The cabaretshow presented by the animationteam was so funny! Eren gave us the opportunity to go on a boattrip, wanted to introduce us to the local partylife, … A man who is really engaged to his job. Always with a smile. It’s definitely a holiday to remember! read more

This is my fist ever holiday review I wanted to say what a fantastic time our party had, 10 in total including 4 children, I would like to say how much of a wonderful time we all had. From the moment we arrived at the resort I was a blown away with the service. We arrive about 11pm and my 3 year son was beyond tired and hungry, noticing this reception staff arranged for food and drinks to be sent to my room. The grounds were very well kept, my room was very clean, well presented and had a lovely ... sea view. It was cleaned every day and the room service staff were so lovely to my little boy (even leaving him flowers on the pillow)
The food.where to start, it was amazing and the staff in the main restaurant were so friendly and could not do enough for us. They were happy to move tables to seat us all, carry out plates and on our last night Adem and his team treated us to a special table with candles, fresh flowers and bottles of wine (they even remember what drinks our kids had) I was also very impressed with the snack bar, the food was fantastic and staff all personally took their time to say hello and chat with us all. We also went to the Italian and Fish ala carte restaurants, both gave us excellent service and food.
Being a larger family and with so many children we spent most of our time around the entertainment pool, the entertainment team especially Eren and Serdar, were so friendly and welcoming. They made sure that we were all included in the pool games and having a fun time. There was never any pressure to join in and on the days that we just wanted to relax and read our books ect: they just let us be and came over for a friendly chat. I also loved all the cocktails that our waiter Savas made us; he even personally went and picked more mint for all the Yummy Mojito’s. I was also very impressed with how friendly the lifeguards were, they all took their time to interact with the kids and made such an effort in getting to know the families.
I could not pick fault with this resort, the staff, food or location. Please do not read the bad reviews. This was my first family holiday in 12 years due to living in Australia and my family living in the UK and every member of staff at this resort from the waiters, entertainment staff and management made it such a wonderful 2 weeks (oh and of courses my family)
And to the management, I would like to personally thank Eren and Serar for the entertainment team, Halcon, Soner and Gayze from the snack bar, Adem from the main restaurant, Savas from the pool bar, the lifeguard team all the reception staff. Fanatics service, five stars ***** read more
