We felt very much at ease for our stay and would book it again. The guests are in the hotel welcomes, the weekly schedule of free time activities is presented. From the hotel are guides hikes offered, a very good possibility, security in the region to explore. We booked half board, the food was very good and with a lot of variation, the staff attentive and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily. We can recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel corresponded wholeheartedly our expectations. In all areas was a consistently good cleanliness. We booked half board and it was a big breakfast As well as in the afternoon fruit, soup, cakes and juice at the buffet serves. The dinner was a -course menu. The hotel accommodates too many German tourist middle ages. read more

    The hotel has a pristine run restaurant and a bar. The food is plentiful with always fresh ingredients arranged. The drinks prices are really high recognized. ( for example open wines)

    . The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately our waiter service no German, which through other staff emergency was supplemented. The cleaning of the rooms took place regularly and good.

    The pool area is adequate, could however a new coat of paint. The alders -sauna with a view of the mountain panorama is very good designed. One should possibly of something, the bathrobes following the sauna not reversed,. A guided hike with the boss Helga one should not miss, where you good on foot.

    The hotel is for hiking centrally located and offers for walks a good starting point. Every half hour drives also a bus in the adjoining places. In Innichen there is a summer toboggan run and the town itself, as well as the nearby brunneck awaits you with its city center and the meßner museum worth seeing.

Quiet hotel with very friendly staff. All of them were always helpful. Room very spacious. What is missing is a little music in the bar However again and again a vacation worth. The rooms are very clean, because the laundry is always all 2a 3 days changed. The food is very diverse. read more

We have a great holiday in this hotel experience and therefore we can only recommend the in the high mountains comfortable like to hike and a very good kitchen and a good wine to appreciate. The guided hike was a unique experience which we have long remember are.. The staff are competent, helpful and always friendly. For us it is clear we will be back. read more

    There were three different rooms to eat, we were three times requarter, which was very annoying. Was on the first day the food bad, after that it was luckily better. The breakfast however was well arranged - little choice of sausage or bread-plus for the chef in the morning, the a any kinds of eggs prepared.

    The employees in the hotel were extremely friendly and nice-receptionist, waiters get a super plus - but the boss itself only to their permanent guest won't feel friendly, newcomers were sometimes even ignored-as you could make no regular guests!

    We have almost every day the pool used, however, the temperature of the water much lower than specified. Also after complaint did unfortunately nothing-sometime we gave the swim at, was just too cold, so fast you could not at all warmschwimmen!

We love it, in the autumn in the mountains and forests, the whole day in nature to spend. Were already twice in the Dolomites and always loved it (Rosengarten and geislerspitzen ). The ' three pinnacles' are in any case also worth a trip. Already at the very friendly welcome we felt very in good hands. This time we have take a guided hike with the hotel boss Helga participate. Its uplifting, cheerful and especially very professional way, left all fears disappear from your enthusiasm infect. Many thanks for that. The food was excellent, the entire staff is friendly and ... helpful. The rooms were always clean, only the ageing furniture was the only fault. read more

Wonderful hikes very original forests, this flourishing sliver alpine meadows to the mountain tour with very ambitious climbing. We spend for years our ski trips on the Kreuzberg district, the one-time location with direct lift, private skiing school and ski rental is extremely comfortable for families with several children, very recommendable! read more
