Hotel Heronissos/Chersonissos Beach^{(3 stars)}

Never again! The staff are not only unfriendly., incapable, but also even rude The food is so good that I in 10 days 6 kilogrammes. I really never eaten so badly! The rooms are small and dirty and also not clean! They have in 10 days not even the toilet or at least the bathroom cleaned We had a 3 Bett room but we got a 2 Bett room with double bed and a camp bed was promptly sent up. After a long discussion and after 3 days we then a new room get where everyone a normal bed then ... had On the final day a colleague the backpack from the luggage storage was stolen, because this was not completed. The staff at reception argued that is for 20 years did not happen! No damages or anything else! We were 8 boys the party wanted and are certainly no frills guys we stayed in a 1 star hotel when El Arenal and with a three-star hotel at the gold beach even at Taff watch was, because so much people complained had! This was our first holiday without children, it only went by arrangement, to relax, but also something to experience. The location of the hotel is great, in three minutes one is at the beach and it features restaurants, bars, discos and supermarkets. The public is very mixed, to our travel time in June mainly russians, english, french, dutch and a handful of German. The average age I would describe between 20 to 30, many party-goers, the time course also clam shut early morning after home and on the doors or bollern. One takes the true, but why still further to ... sleep. If so something disturbing, should not check in (but finally we were all time young!). For kids, this hotel is in my opinion not suitable, it is no extra children's pool and a playground. The food was for it from our point of view nothing to complain about, it was always something delicious (also the Greek meals!) and the staff was really excellent and very friendly. The food was plentiful and varied, but tasteless meistns The drinks were mostly much to sweet, the wines more inedible, the coffee as 'the Fass' Soda water but totally in order! Greek yogurt-just great! Where is the good Greek cuisine? The next tavern-about 100 meters away! The water drops on the mirror (from shave on the first day) remained us the whole two weeks are. The is a hotel for young people, the either the whole night celebrations or have a very firm night's sleep, I slept the whole week was very bad, since all night owls on high heels were inside out. The doors stuck and almost all have no door handles. I am (27) with my mum and my baby traveled. We were at 23 PM arrived at the hotel and were put in a apartment room, unfortunately without the baby bed. But us immediately was confirmed, that the next morning we got a new room and it was then also. This was then a baby cot. The hotel guests: lower middle class. Many drinking joyful all inclusive-russians, the like at night in the hallway noise & with the doors slam as well; the loudest: high heels on the stone floor & fill the bathtub dips (ear plugs really recommended). A decent room, in the the basics are met: a good bed, refrigerator, TV with German channels (ARD, ZDF, SAT 1), dark-blind, bathroom with tub & shower powerful; no aesthetic Entgeisungen (only the window curtain is a piefeliger kitchen scraps). It is sufficiently deseamed. The restaurant has the charm of a cafeteria. The buffet was rather poor. ... In the morning only sporadically croissants & scrambled eggs (when international standard); the coffee: bad from the large pot, tea: from grottigen Greek bags. In the evenings also mean: as meat burgers & legs, sometimes (rarely) with braised fish (acceptable) vegetables. Once even only (!) fingers. No soup, desserts borderline. All for food intake only suitable: unpfiffig & with spikey pen expected. The buffet was enough but for vegetarians. The house wine is undrinkable & the glass of bottled water for two a joke (in the hotel shop cost a 1 l-bottle 1). A ray of hope: the friendly waitress, the for the table sets shall & aggressively wiping down earlier. Very nice, competent and helpful the ladies at the reception. Conclusion totally grades: 3a 4 +. The hotel offers, what you want from a three star hotel can expect. I was never disappointed. The rooms are adequate, although not very modern, but clean. The pool is okay, the pool deck could fully hotel tight to be. The food is down-to-earth and well done. The staff is very friendly, for me the best part of the hotel. (Next to the lobby of the renovated rooms) you made me at the check out even around 5:00 a small breakfast. read more

We have booked our holiday for the second time in Heronissos. We look forward very us. The last holiday there was really great. The check-in opportunities, the the hotel due to its great location, are really great. The hotel itself has everything what you need. However, you should not to high requirements have and not to cramped also light disturbances. The room are well maintained and spacious. Food is good, but international cuisine. As I said we will us.
