Great vacation in Kemer resort hotel in Kemer

After we in Kemer 2008 in Amara wing resort, 2009 in alatimya village, 2010 in Maxim have been, we have 2011 hotel Kemer resort try. This we really liked, so that we 2012 no further hotel in Kemer to try. We decided our vacation in the hotel again Kemer resort to spend. We have no surprises -the high quality this hotel we were already are 2011 known: ·great friendly welcome at the front desk when arriving · spacious, very clean room with a beautiful balcony ·great clean bath But also o miracle-a personal letter with welcome on the ... table and a beautiful obstbuffe. It has apparently nothing for a year amended-flashes cement hallways, very clean territory, lightning bright dining rooms and myriad of dishes with a spoilt for choice and fear, in two weeks not try everything to may. And a surprise: in the beach toilet, already very clean was and remained, I have a toilet seat found, which I in Germany never seen. This is with a plastikstrumpf covered, the use by touch through and changing leaves. The staff are very friendly, no matter wether the cleaning lady, front desk employee, service in the restaurants or the manager are. All are very helpful and read you each desire from the lips from. A example: a small board from the holzgehweg at the beach has resolved itself. I have the lifeguards informed, he has somewhere called and it does not have a quarter of an hour to get, to the guys from the technical service and the board again attached. A wellness oasis is the sauna- and massage area. Friendly, very professional masseurs have kneaded, so that our energy for the coming year refilled have. This hotel is very recommendable. Next year, god willing, we are coming again. read more

    Rooms are spacious, very clean, in particular the wet room. Air conditioning ran perfectly. Usage of the safe is free of charge, in the safe fits my laptop immaculate. Mini bar is every day filled for us ( all inclusive and) free of charge

A very nice and large hotel, room was cleaned every day, refrigerator in the room with drinks every day ausgefuhlt. Food at the buffet was much, wide choice, but meal à la carte Italian, we didn't like, we were very disappointed! Staff in the hotel hardly any German spoken. In the hotel were very lots of russians, like everywhere in the Kemer, but that is well known. Kemer is a very nice, clean seaside resort. Very many shops, cafés and restaurants. read more

The hotel itself is really good, however I wouldn't a second time there again, from reasons for the hotel itself actually nothing can. We were as a couple on the way, had booked all inclusive, room with a view of the sea and balcony, velvet transfer there and back to the airport. The pick-up from the airport took place without any problems, there was at check in already inconsistencies, as we the front desk to explain attempted, that we a room with sea view booked. Supposedly the mistake in the travel agent, which unfortunately bad understand leaves. What we very ... strange thought was, that the man at the reception us from this mistake said, before we even noticed. I would therefore really ensure that on the hotel voucher explicitly view of sea is advertised. Otherwise you like we the bad luck, that one wall of the house opposite viewing must. The hotel is a really big, very nice hotel. Really like in the pictures. From the outdoor area I was blown away. The beach was clean, wonderful clear water. The mountain range to Kemer was really a feast for the eyes, as well as the view of the sea. Have the whole gladly from the balcony from enjoyed. Under the guests we felt a little like outsiders. Although speißekarten and operating instructions in German, however you can tell the German rarely are there. Sometimes embarrassing bad German on the maps, that we no longer have understood and from the waiters everyone could Russian, English unfortunately a foreign word. As today is, most of the tourist there russians, we found however not bad, since the other guests friendly and most families with children were.     The room was actually quite clean, it was regularly sucked and the beds changed, however it was small. We had a mini bar, a safe and a balcony, as well as telephone and tv. As already mentioned we had but actually with a view of the sea booked, but we got only the other wall of the house to see. Very annoying. Which we with the best will in the world not understand was, why in every room carpet was. Looked really disgusting, as everywhere stains were. For us was the floor sometimes also damp for of the airconditioning.

    The restaurant left nothing to be desired. Three times on day one could avail oneself at the buffet serve, evenings was outside by the pool grilled and desserts you could not enough received. In case one at noon something else wanted, you could to the two bars by the pool from to o'clock also somewhat food. We were only once eating out, as we in the town too expensive and in the hotel simply better tasted. hygienetechnisch was also everything great and for a mitternachssnack beach also a bar available. What wasn't so really our style was-was however rather because of us-was the à la carte restaurant. You had to a day before reserve -, although each room as good as was empty-and the atmosphere there has I personally didn't like, because it was too stuffy was. More appearance than substance in my opinion, should however everyone for itself find.

    Except for the small boob at check in the staff were really reliable and friendly. Every two days our bed sheets changed, every morning the mini bar filled up and every day there were fresh towels. Especially angetang the wellness center. Very friendly staff there, free sauna access and everything was very relaxing. In the restaurant were the waiters also friendly, there was never problems with the staff.

    Leisure time activities offered, there was more than enough. Parasailing, boat tour etc.. Is offered. Shops are also in the basement of the hotel, as well as the spa center with aromatherapy, turkish massage, hot stone -massage, sauna and so on. Access to the internet is about the lobby possible. In the disco in the open air, there was every evening another showeinlage. Unfortunately even here not typically turkish. Only once there was a belly dancer. The brasillianischen dancers product but not bad ;-) What too much the good was, was the entertainment team. We had actually only a relaxing vacation planned and wanted the most rotten at the beach couches and evenings into town. Unfortunately came every ten minutes someone from the animation team and tried us to dances, to water aerobics, to the volleyball and so on to persuade. On duration the really annoying, especially if three or four times the same person was.

    The distance to the beach could not have been better, it was right on the doorstep. If you have transfer booked, is the hour trip from the airport also no problem. There were more than enough shops, only is full of junk shops directly to are, of course all fake, felt parfums volume I, where the fragrance after ten minutes flies, not recommendable. Excursions there were unfortunately no, what we a great shame and with under the main reason is, why we not again there would book. We had more turkish culture,, instead everything was only on Russian tourists and hardly traditionally. If you want something story wanted to bring, is in Kemer definitely in the wrong place. Have more Russian words snapped open as turkish. Even the road signs are Russian described.

We had a lovely vacation. It should again the all-inclusive offer a drink ( cocktails) be considered. The quality the session cocktails left often to be desired. The evening agenda were very entertaining only the service at the bar was a bit disorganized. read more

Everything was perfect but for the hygiene I have a big minus make. Only with a complaint was the room with 2 per cent clean and as an excuse I was with a bathrobe compensated. read more

We can recommend this hotel! If you want to relax, is well cared for here. Provided nice weather and that was what we had. The beach is Rocky but clean. There were enough beach chairs. read more

The hotel is recommended, the food was good, but monotonous, mostly lukewarm. The entertainment was good, not pushy. The staff was very accommodating. Share of the German was very small, a few Dutch, a few Sweden, the remainder Russians (98%). read more

Overall, we were pleased. Room was clean, however some relatively unpleasant, schimmelnde details in the wet room and bad odor. Friendly staff and great entertainment. The food was very varied, but it wasn't't so great, we saw after a week... Dessert (sweets) that was in my opinion really bad. (Regional) but the drinks were quite good.     The rooms make a very neat and spacious impression. The beds are very good. Closets and possibilities to the file are sufficiently available. The air conditioning was in October not more in use. But it would have been useful (South side).

    In the late season were the main restaurant, the snack restaurant (outside) as well as the theme restaurants Japanese/Chinese open. The Kochkompetenz is located in the main restaurant. The food was very good and varied. The snack restaurant is located in front of the beach and mainly Turkish pizza in offer. There there is also dishes extra must be paid. The theme restaurants we also tried out. They provide a suitable ambience and multi-course menus. The taste was not convincing. In the late season were initially 4 bars in use.     The hotel lies directly at the beach. The bay is mountains surrounded. You can on foot in 5 minutes the first shops and 10 to 15 minutes the sights of interest and shopping areas of the city Kemer reach. More cities with the Dolmuş driven to. Stop on the doorstep. From the airport one is good one hour on the way. When traffic in Antalya can it also times a half hour longer. Various possibilities for excursions are offered on site.

The hotel complex is spacious, bright and friendly laid out. Although the complex already 2003 was finished, it is everywhere clean and tidy. Evenings it is lobby inside blue lit and with starlight mistake. the hotel guests merge from all European nationalities. There is a healthy mix of older couples and families with small children. also the hotel very suitable for disabled people established, which by many ramps for wheelchair users and many elevators to achieve each floors marks. Pleasant the non-smoking room and the overall ban on smoking in the restaurants and in the hotel. The hotel itself is a few days old, is located general however in good condition. The public areas are all very generously dimensioned. First: we wanted a vacation, to relax and recharge our batteries us. our hotel room ( booked view of the sea there was only one lateral view of the sea and the ocean was because of the beautiful tree area of the hotel to the beach too see) was visibly worn, however acceptable. Observed you however, that it is a five star hotel and the price for the journey about 2,200 euro fraud, this is too ... few. A daily A party with loud music in accordance with the dinner (MON-Thurs until 23 o'clock, Fri-sun until 1 o'clock) let us in 2 hours sleep. A Great Hotel... only ten minutes footpath to the city, great service at the hotel are all very, very friendly, everything was great, hotel was very clean and well-kept, pool area very clean, entertainment good, only sometimes too loud if you want peace:-)food could be more varied:-(that was the only thing that we find fault with it to 90% was always the same:-(but you can remedy and outside of meals go... The hotel has its good times behind itself. The trophies for good achievements of the past. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. In the corners of the bathroom are ugly fatty looking brown stains. The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely poor, the staff acted listlessly and half-hearted.
