Caribbean three stars. Unfortunately i cannot this hotel only limited, for the adventure, recommend. I had this time a room in the block n. toward the main street, across from the tennis court. There it was, except for the snoring in the neighboring room, quiet. From the often bemängeltem the disco noise you get nothing. The cleaning limited to the most necessary. The food was okay, as i the dominican kitchen likes, it gives here for me nothing to moan about. With the drinks i, inside of the hotel, to water and café, limited. If next year also the hotel ... capella close is probably completely dead in Juan dolio. read more

Grounds: Is the most positive thing about the hotel. Well maintained, cast every day and many gardeners to be seen daily. Rooms: As often described, worn. Beds knarzten the whole time, served as a cover the bedspread. Curtain moldy. We stayed from the 2. double bed the sheets used. Daily maid service: towels were picked up in the mornings, when we came only at 18 o'clock back, very annoying. Floor was only swept, despite request is not mopped. This i have at the 3. day itself, the towel which i used was black, as our feet, as we in the ... room barefoot walked. (picture i invite high). Tv:1 programme =Deutsche Welle. Bathroom: constant drip on of the toilet from beginning to end. Hot water sometimes not at all, sometimes after only about 10 minutes walk. There was a hair dryer, air conditioning (only cold or from), as well as a tv and telephone, safe (50 $for 14 days) everything worked (but in the conversation with other travellers not self-evident seemed)! Wi-fi in of the lobby free of charge. The hotel only offered all-inclusive. Guests: everything was represented. No group stabbed out, right pleasant atmosphere. Rest of the hotel: it was just everywhere deleted, only white and not very solid. In the buffet the floor was often dirty, the table cloths just, waiters after desire and mood sometimes good, sometimes bad. A small trinkgeöd all 2 days brought miracles! (1$ everything 2 days). Very annoying were: beach vendors, hardly a chair manned, they came at chain, towels, massages and what they are not still offered. Simply godawful! A no was always overheard and further on a coz, we have these people then only ignored what was very annoying conserved has. In a discussion at the start with a this salesman said this, that he commission from the hotel if it sold, if it votes, is the whole also from the hotel organised. An isolence, eenso as the stands the daily on the main highway to the beach were rebuilt. You had no other option than past to go and of course not without not to be addressed. read more

    Huge rooms, we had 2 double beds. But the whole time not swept, despite request. Walls were dirty, stained with something else. Curtains very old, old furniture (felt 30 years. In other rooms had the same furniture only get a fresh coat of paint! Ausstg. : tv, air conditioning, telephone, hair dryer, safe. Bathroom: normal size, tiles were partly broken, fixtures somehow fastened, a constant hear water running (whatever it was).

    1 main restaurant, 3 themenretsuarants. We had the mexican tested, and the el Fogo or how this meant. Mexican wasn't good at all, we didn't like, finger from the wine i, this is only sour and comes from a 5 liter plastic canisters. El fogro is air conditioned and there was even a sirloin steak (called steak on the map ), delicious. Should someone there eat out, ordered but please times the dessert: beichel three times milk passionsfrücht! Would love to know what that is, are unfortunately not more to come. ;-) Buffet is almost always right: there were only melon and mango, rarely times different fruits. The juices are very disgusting, seems only sugar syrup with color to be, simply only sweetly, nothing else. You can actually only pure drinking water. Food is otherwise also not seasoned, no salt or pepper, nothing.

    Staff mostly friendly, especially if you leave a tip in the bag had. Near our stay we didn't met the german, neither in the front desk still somewhere else (except the other german tourists ☺ ). At least english, otherwise is you hopelessly lost there! Room was not mopped, we then settled, towel was black! The maids didn't even our spanish understood or want to understand?! Doctor we unfortunately had to take up, due to a sea urchin's spine. This could also no word german, only some german english. At least this after our call directly to the room, after 5 dominican minutes, what about 30 minutes is. 3 spike to dismantle cost 106 $.

    Daily sports program with an animator, frühfitness also in the sea, very pleasant. It can Tennis, Midget Golf, table tennis, basketball be played.     In Juan dolio, there were as good as nothing in the immediate vicinity, only a bar about 5-minute walk away or the casino ( wer's need). The hotel is direct at the beach (private beach), after some exploring the best in the entire area. Beach is unfortunately, because of the all inclusive plastic cups, as well as their straws dirty, only one staff member is from time to time through and collects these a, is of course not. Obnoxious beach vendors the whole day, as already mentioned in the above part. Distance to Punta Cana International Airport were about 1,5-2 hours transfer time. Tried in santo domingo, then it is only about 30 minutes transfer. Public transportation: no stop seen.

I was for the 5 time there, pure relaxation, have the hotel already several times evaluated. Dream beach as always, food was good, for breakfast the sausage rather took some getting used to. The loungers at the beach should after all the years now really even newly covered are, are from 150 kilogram dommis stop after and ruined. Pool was clean, but at the beach nobody needs a pool. All people absolutely friendly, 3 extra restaurants à la carte every evening universe inclusive are possible, excellent food there Hotel with caribbean charm, if one wanted luxury please for much money ... 5 star hotel, if you sun, beach, music, and the product live there loves, a great vacation spend. read more

The service in the restaurant was the last! Totally dirty, days old table cloths. The napkins you should rather not use, since these, dirty, as they were, again folded up and on the next table were distributed. The staff in the restaurant was lazy, unfriendly and unmotivated. The choice of dishes left nothing to the imagination. -very monotonous, carelessly displayed and tasteless. If you were lucky, you could for breakfast even a circa 5 mugs for coffee get. At the weekend, if the local the hotel storms, is the service even worse (no yoghurt, no freshly squeezed juice). Rooms were ... more or less fine we had pool view. The complex is quite well designed and relatively clean and tidy. The entertainment the days was almost not available and unmotivated carried out. Although the hotel is already somewhat older waiter nevertheless in very good condition! The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can very nice excursions really favorable prices book!     The buffet changed daily of course there are preferences in various ingredients like for instance much chicken and rice, and noodles were almost always to find Foreign food are of course partly only imitations with local resources so weizentortillas both as cannelloni, as well as as crepes were offered but good if i right italian home cooking will drive i to Italy and not in Karibik. Alternation was also always offered but of course there are within 2 weeks retrys Drinks were always alright all original and very good cocktails.

The hotel is already a bit older and should the rooms renovate. The outside area with the large palms and other shrubs is very nice. A successful short break (1 week) in Karibik, best climatic conditions in the december. Friendly and warm atmosphere to be comfortable. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, great view from the balcony, small faults in the bathtub. Charges for the safe relatively high, 23 Euro. Best moves you directly into the local currency, pesos. Gorgeous beach, have no better in the surrounding area seen, as the hotel's own beach! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks also very good ( for example Coca Cola instead of Pepsi). Very good options on zeeland, for example jet-skiing, diving, snorkelling and so on read more

The hotel lies at a beautiful beach! The atmosphere in the hotel is very good! New year at the beach was perfect! Good band! Beautiful fireworks. Rooms are very big. Simply furnished. Floor was always dirty. If hot or cold water for showering was luck thing. But like we of guests from other hotels have learned, are cleanliness and water a bit of a problem. Dive sites are directly in front of the beach (with boat). But there is no larger fish and the view is usually not very girth (particulates in the water). Excursions, such as horse riding, etc. ... Are very nice! Very nice holidays in Juan dolio we would choose this hotel again. read more

Ageing hotel area. We are here for the 7. time and feel in Juan dolio very comfortable. At the moment there is a little renovated and beautified. The outdoor area is really nice become, the rooms however would have urgent handlungsbedraf. Cleanliness is very good and the food excellent. In the week correct relaxing vacation possible but on the weekends, if the dominicans occur suddenly unerbrochen is! Noise, hubbub and trash everywhere. read more

    Great location on the beach with more than enough chairs. Karibik relaxation. Left and right you get if you go outside into the surrounding villages with lots of bars, restaurants and so on.

Only friendliness is super the maintenance seems to be a foreign word here. In the bathroom tropfts from the ceiling after 4 days where i the front desk with complaints fully chatted is still nothing had happened. Irgengwenn the guest anyway from. read more

    Weekend versatile animation given, because many einheimliche were there and they are really active. Beach there were enough beach chairs available and free, as not so many german were there ☺. Pool was not very special clean. Evening there was always a show and afterwards from 23 o'clock disco. Unfortunately in the disco there were many prostitutes.

This hotel is however somewhat older, but I think a wonderful peaceful location and you can great relaxing. For German tourist I must Eva'S travel agency recommend, as there are excursions to really good prices and you have a German tour guide. Just to the beach walk and after a German watch out... With the food you can't complain, it was really varied. I would say, you can recommend the hotel! read more

Since we already have the trip packages with the tour operator in advance had bought, we could unfortunately not more affordable offers Eva take.
