My wife and I have just got back from our holiday in Alanya Turkey, We stayed in the Krizantem Hotel, absolutely brilliant hotel, food was great with a huge variety, the staff were amazing and were very friendly always ready to help, very clean hotel.
I would especially like to thank Bardur and Ummad for all their hospitality while we stayed at the hotel they were excellent hosts and truly wonderful people, they made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much.

A hotel where you unhitch and at the beach can relax. The way to the beach is very good and safe. You go of the pool through a tunnel and is on the sand-gravel beach with its loungers and sun screens. read more

Once again we would not book this hotel again. Several days no towels. The bathroom was if at all only twice the week cleaned. We had the impression, that the toilet not at all cleaned. Almost the whole day from in the morning until 24:00 o'clock one was from super loud techno music playing. At the beach it was not much different. The guests the vacationer the music silent to make was ignored. Only the staff at of the pool bar found this music good. For relaxation this served constant noise definitely not. This hotel is rather for young ... people. Tourist middle and older Ages are here completely in the wrong place. Pluses there is therefore only for the good food and the staff's hospitality. About the cleaning the room needs to be worked on. read more

Very many guests from the Eastern Europa, party on the courses and balconies guaranteed... The furnishing is getting very old, the lifts are with caution to use. The food was in my eyes very good, there was always fresh fruits and live cooking (yes, local dishes, however therefore I also abroad...). The entertainment team was great! read more

The reception was a disaster. No welcome at the check-in. Arouse for an excursion was forgotten. The hotel altogether is run down. We are 2 stars in 7 days in the elevator stuck. The tiles in the bathroom are painted over (paint babykacke ). The water tap drips. The old tv was also the spirit. The was no loss as there is only 2 German channels. The food was without salt, but varied. Especially with the fruit I have as a variety yet did not experience. German few understood. Than fünfzigjahriger and German one is for the entertainers non-existent. Overall ... the hotel is only recommended only with restrictions. read more

i think this hotel the best, i was there 10 days with my family
our room was always clean :)
the beach is located very near the hotel and this is very comfortably :)
and animation team were very friendly and helped us in any situation :)

Krizantem hotel in Alanya was a very good place to life. Me and my friends were pleasantly surprised when we came to the hotel. Our room was bigger than expected and it was very clean and bright. We could see the mountains from our hotel balcony which was amazing! The pool area was nice and we swam in the pool every day. Best thing about the hotel was the Animation team. They organized program every day like volleyball, water polo and darts. Animation team also took us to the clubs in the evening and take care of us!) I ... will definitely go back to the hotel as soon as possible! I would also like to mention that the all-inclusive was great. The food was good and we could drink soda and everything else as much as we wanted. this hotel is suitable from every on: to children, yound people and adults. read more

after a week one knew the non-directly obvious weaknesses of the hotel, but on the whole it was okay. Food is almost every day right, but a fundamental choice was given. For a week you can make. We arrived and after less than 24 hours into another hotel ripped off! Hotel was dirty! Everywhere there was garbage rum! At the door was the handle! On the sheets, there were hair and noisy stains! The shower/ bath tub was bites with mold! Mirror full splash and lamp gave it not! Broken toilet flush you always the same in the hand! For breakfast we could don't eat anything there, everything was dirty and stank! This hotel is just not recommendable! Only move we could easy! This was the most positive at these hotel! We were then in the krizantem ... Katya it was really OK! But after this hotel also not very difficult! read more

We arrived at in 00,30 o'clock, Hotel overbooked. They offered us a night for a room on families, to move then was cleaned in the morning in the booked single room the family and in a dirty condition, the bathroom excited spit conditions. We spent the night on the balcony and in the morning before disgust not washed. After breakfast we could as promised the new room. Because of the disaster they had rooms with view of the sea, hamper, wine and safe the staff was only friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. Rooms were clean, the ... bathrooms a little worn. Food was always plentiful and varied. Beach chairs at the beach cost extra (three, 50 €for two beach chairs plus umbrella and cushions), however there were some beach chairs without cost. But without cushions. The structure of the guests was very mixed, Dutch, German, Scandinavian and a few Russians, few children in the last two days was over-populated by Russians and the complex was very loud. The staff has managed but with friendliness, none of the new guests of strict proposed. Many shops, restaurants, discos, etc. in the immediate vicinity and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would recommend this resort, in spite of the theater on the arrival day, because here everything was correct. read more

This was our first time in turkey and we couldnt of picked a much better nicer hotel than the Krizantem....the grounds of the hotel and inside the hotel and rooms where so clean maid service was excellent everyday....all inclusive meals was just to much to choose from....all different nationalitys and ages during our stay but everyone was so friendly....staff aswell as guests... read more

This hotel offers everything, what I need: nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, very good and varied food, direct access to the sea and it is very centrally located! Within the hotel there is a steam bath, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a jewelry and leather store and in the underpass to the beach it is everything, which one at the beach (Luftmatr., water shoes, etc.) in this hotel very many regular guests from different nations, I am one! My conclusion: here I receive too much in return for my money! read more

Price/performance ratio simply vote! Who has to deal day-to-day stress at home and would be glad if it can be spread. The krizantem, we once again managed, the vacation letting the Union be what it should be... Relaxation... The the home only at the grouse are, will certainly find here! read more
