A wonderful hotel in an old Palazzo (perfect setting), entrance on rear so that you with the trffico limitato not in conflict device, own garage (12€ per day), about 10 minutes walk from to the center of the center from Florence, good connection to public transport, massive room, large double bed and got, excellent service, very friendly staff, finally also with english no problems, breakfast buffet with a large selection, lovingly-working room service (even the nightgowns will be an extra folded), no traffic noise (only about 0700 hours the garbage disposal comes)-all in all an amazing hotel and for a ... trip to Florence to be recommended read more

The hotel is in a stylish old Florentine Palazzo with inner courtyard. The hotel complex is very well maintained. On foot one is fast in the center, for example in about 15 minutes am Dom. A breakpoint the hop-on-hop-off tour of the town is only 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean and just, in modern style. There is a free access to the internet.
The staff at the reception was very concerned. Everything folded perfectly. The serving staff was friendly, however not very attentive, neither for breakfast yet in the bar. The breakfast buffet was for Italian standards reasonable. ... There was 2 types of sausage and 1-2 varieties cheese, toast, a little white bread, tomatoes, gherkins, muesli, fruit and mad quantities of various cakes and sweet Flake. The coffee tasted however terrible. The scrambled eggs tasted after nothing-was probably from eipulver touch. Nevertheless is a stay in the hotel highly recommendable. read more

This hotel is only recommendable!
The location the transportation hub 'Santa Maria Novella' was ideal. On foot 10 to 15 minutes, what for the price is very good. So is a not long, since some around loud small shops and restaurants on a visit wait.
The breakfast was good, there was no 10 meters long, stuffed buffet, but for breakfast everything was there, what the stomach could desire!
Furthermore scored the hotel in things flair and facilities. The newly built part of the hotel, disturbs the full picture, however one gets accustomed with the time. As a comparison the old ... part of the residence to 100% the old Florentine style over, which for me is also decisive for the reservation was.
Also care rundeherum and, the decoration was the full picture bided.
The decor of new part was modern and comfortable.
Another plus point is the free of course for all the guests!
Should my next destination again Florence be, one thing is feast: hotel e residence Palazzo ricasoli is me again as a guest welcome! read more
