Very nice and peacefully located complex. Very well maintained garden. Many apartments in eigenbesitz. We booked through Alltours an apartment with 2 bedrooms booked without catering. The furnishing is already getting a bit old and the cleanliness was a little to be desired, but we are not so sensitive. We had our balcony view of the see and could the sunrise in the morning enjoy. Just amazing! read more

Beds and wicker are very hard. The room cleaning maid was always between ten to 10:30 A.M. in front of the door. We were on holiday and not on the run. Front desk very friendly. Pool area was very well-kept and always got a beach chair. Restaurant at the pool unfortunately only until 6:00 P.M. food, but the food was delicious. Servers were very nice. A mostly two-story quiet apartment complex, the partially rented part but private is used. The well-kept garden area is a border between the large pool (up to 275 centimeter depth, no spring support or similar, additional small children pool) and the apartments. October were only a few rather older beginning-guests on the pool area. The pool bar was open from 10:00 until 5:00 P.M. (October).
The room were mostly clean, but clearly worn and the furniture had seen better days. The mattresses were very soft.
It is recommended that the seals on Windows to verify proper operation. ... Hand towel exchange.
A safe is in the reception to rent (14 euro per week, deposit), but only during the opening hours to reach.
The neighborhood was further enhanced by other buildings, hotels and a few restaurants.
Distance to the beach 100 meters wide appeal lots about 600 meter from view on the city. (
Shopping possibilities right next to the reception, recommended but rather the shopping in the city. Car rentals (also on the reception), a doctor in the immediate vicinity.

There is a wonderful garden and a very nice laid out Pool.
The interior in the apartments but has drawbacks.
The mattresses are much too hard or very uncomfortable.
The pots for cooking were not clean.
We had problems with the shower with the gas stove. read more

Has made a lot of fun, much better than expected. Would definitely go there again as on each! Apartments were in a nice, quiet location and it was very clean. Beds were also absolutely OK and it was even a huge fan in the room. You could cook itself and it was great for us also otherwise no problems. On each case would go again. read more

Furthermore, it has a German bakery in siesta with all sorts of delicious pastries pieces, cake and of course also rolls. The property consists of a very nice pool, though you for the chairs 2, -EURO paid. Furthermore, there is a pool bar with it, where it food and drink. ... Bring your own drinks from the is not allowed. Then it is a second pool, belongs to the complex alphotel Amar II. To the pool one comes only with a special key, which however with the Alphmar II-area is connected. This is not so large and the pool was beautiful as the actual siesta-MAR-pool, but you can do what you want. The check-in and check-out works smoothly and all were very nice and friendly. The resort is also the siesta grill, there you can also very good to dinner.
Tips: very good breakfast and of course also lunch or dinner in the restaurant you can Samovar, that about three minutes from siesta Mar is located. The owners are already on the island since 38 years and we work closely together with the siesta. Furthermore, it was worth an excursion to the hippie market each Wednesday or after it okay-San Carlos each Saturday. Of St. Eulalia runs from the bus station, a bus-cost about 1, 70 euro. There is the possibility to become acquainted with-quite simply St. Eulalia to go-about ten minutes from the plant or one drives with the bus to Ibiza city. read more

Good 3 star hotel in a quiet location. Had a 3-room-apartment. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony. Bathroom also new. Beds are really short, mattress but OK satellite TV with X channels, including most German radio. ' Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is about to the area. Me have felt very comfortable there. read more

Despite a giant behind the house, took the directed us has shocked when we arrived, our stay was very quiet and beautiful, as the area is actually on the other side and thus optically no Beieinträchtigung and also gets the construction were not noticeable. We would book the accommodation again. We were in a the top, in the number of private flats were there also, and had from our balcony a wonderful view over the town and the Mediterranean sea (in the morning from the bed to watch the sunrise, unforgettable). The apartment was much bigger than expected and very clean. If you have your holiday something away from the package would like to enjoy individual, this property is further to recommend (can speak only for the apartment in the house Goya, as several houses for area). Ibiza is always worth a trip, but ... we could imagine us not more in the season to be. read more

The area and the apartment is only further to recommend. Everything was totally clean, quiet and thoughtfully designed. Very nice and helpful staff in the reception (German). Self catering no problem, in the nearby supermarkets to stock up. The rooms excellently equipped and very clean. Several hand and bath towel change, sanitary cleaning and waste disposal included. Very good parking opportunities. To walk to the promenade of Santa Eulalia and stroll, is very well manageable. All in all a hotel to be recommended. read more

The first two were June weeks in this area. The apartment was beautiful large, clean and sufficient with dishes and all amenities. Self catering we have us or are again went out to eat. The prices were OK. The area is very well maintained and has a beautiful garden. From our balcony we could see on the pool and the sea in the background. To the beach were it about 500 m, could be more maintained, however, belonged to the hotel but not. Very to recommend is the Restaurant'Samovar' with its own bakery (German). read more
