The first impression, admitted: sobering. There is a supermarket on the block, next door is a free site, quite plain everything. We expected the worst. But upon entering into this small house, the impression. Familiar, this tastefully decorated hallways. Old building with high ceilings and personal care. Style of Westphalia, not at all dowdy and the rooms was okay. We had the habit on the first floor, rooms 15, with a small hallway, newly renovated bathroom and reasonable konzeptionierten and proportioned bedroom. The ceilings unfortunately down, otherwise: spotless. Through the windows, you can hear the busy Warendorfer street, everything made ... a fine impression. Ideal for a City Hotel. Breakfast was not outstanding, but okay. The dining room could have been a bit too small, some guests must wait. Great selection of bread, cereal in addition, cold cuts/cheese, jam, and boiled eggs. Solid home cooking. The location of the hotel is ideal, only a few minutes from the train station and the city center, on the Warendorfer street in the other direction but also very quickly in the country. Family-run and long-established hotel, the quite central in Munster is located. Double room huge and clean. Bathroom was fairly small, but functional. Breakfast buffet rich, varied and nicely designed, for example, small piece of chocolate on the cover. Due to the location right on the main road a bit noisy, but for large city standards just normal. Very friendly atmosphere. Check-in after 18 hours by number code and a safe deposit box at the door. Hotel Frönde is a family-run Hotel. The staff was very attentive. The rooms are clean and well-kept. The breakfast buffet is good. Despite the very busy road are hardly any noise to be heard. Parking is available free of charge. read more
