Incredibly friendly staff, food very good, coffee and cake in the afternoon, child-friendly - time and again, with pleasure. Since it was close to the ski lift in the rather small, but very fine winter sports region Filz Moos also super for a winter getaway - great, larger winter sports region within 15 until minutes by car easy to get to. read more

We were in the last three years 3 times in the unterhof; this time over new year almost a week. The hotel management had altered again-as has hitherto been the case in every year of our booking. The relaxation and very comfortable-relaxed atmosphere of the hotel was partly clearly reduced by the presence of a circa 30 köpfigen kids/teens. The dishes are still tasty, but, even though we both less food - partly very low quantity in the main course, so that the food in a gourmet restaurant are plentiful appears; the former clearly better. Very decent service in the ... restaurant, in particular Istvan at the front desk was very caring and cares for the guests. Our room was in the old, recently renovated part of the hotel yet large and very clean; the bathroom generous with a shower and bath with a separate toilet. The location the ski area is ideal-almost opposite the hotel is the entrance into the gondola. All in all a nice vacation - we will come again and we hope, that the new change in the leadership for fresh wind provides. The restaurant had to be careful, not to falter, as it for lots of guests an important reason for booking of the unterhofs is. read more

We have four unforgettable days in the hotel unterhof and we all around comfortable. The room was very spacious with a magnificent view of the sunset. Cleanliness was best. Breakfast and dinner were rich, varied and very tasty. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help. On the day of our departure we were even fast and uncomplicated starting aid given, as our car because the minustemperaturen not started.
We have every day another the beautiful hiking trails through the snow explored and the wonderful panorama of the alps enjoyed.
Our summary: we were very gladly there and are ... definitely coming again! read more

We booked through new year's eve a standard double room facing to the garden booked (around 139 Euro p. person and night). The size and the furnishings were a joke. We got platzängste - the bathroom was but so small, that it be used only by one person could. Showers should you boar not, since otherwise the whole bathroom is flooded. Furniture was already rather worn. Our not functioning tap after 2 maliger urgency on the 2. day finally reparariert! The staff were partly friendly and nice, partly but also unfriendly, depending on who you just apply. Ham & eggs ..., omelets, fresh fruit juice amongst others (so everything you for breakfast in a normal hotel including ) you had to additionally paid. Some waiters spoke only broken german and then also not what you ordered. However as mentioned: there are also a few great exceptions in the service the fabulous and super nice-unfortunately only exceptions. read more

The hotel is at the entrance and is easy to get to, free parking on the hotel's own parking. Very beautifully laid out and cared for outdoor area with a pool. The staff included boss and boss around the wellbeing of the guest very hard. Very positively surprised we were service at the table and at the front desk. We felt in the hotel 'Unterhof' very comfortable and cared for. The breakfast buffet and the menus were always excellent (choice, quality, variety). A big compliment to the chef! read more

Beautiful wellness hotel in a great Bergumgebung. Ideal starting point for hiking or climbing expeditions. Pleasant wellness area for relaxation after a mountain tour. Nice prepared dinner menu. read more

Medium-sized and very easy going run great hotel. The rooms were big, very clean and with flat -tv, as well as mini bar and a very large balcony equipped. The guests were too many German during our stay. We inclusive breakfast and half board in this very good hotel standard. read more

Dreamlike good, sufficient and varied food, very friendly and helpful staff, large room bathroom and toilet newly renovated. Sauna very old but clean in need of renovation. Fantastic massage, give themselves very much trouble. Next time again. read more

Our 8-day stay in the Hotel Unterhof was just top notch! Everything was OK. The ambience was excellent. Next to the very large double room with an appealing living-and sleeping area, separate toilet/ Bath and a walk-in closet was also the outside area of the hotel very beautifully designed. Very good and sumptuous breakfast buffet. In the evening very delicious 4-course menus. The complete staff including the 'boss' was very competent and always friendly and accommodating. We can Hotel Unterhof for your vacation in this region definitely and thoroughly recommend. read more

A outdated room hotel ( bergzimmer ) but clean and with a good bed. The größedes room is very pleasant and a big balcony also available. Bathroom a bit small, toilet unfortunately without washbasin.
Apart from that everything else top as my reviews attest. The food was always fresh and with products from the region manufactured. Lobby, café and practicalness also very good. With a deal was the value for money hervoraged. The new bosses worry always to all the guests. Very delicious! read more

Mostly friendly and helpful staff, the effort, the guests each desire from the eyes. Of course, the rates the room not so cheap, however they involve the wellness area, the rich breakfast buffet and evenings a 4-course menu; furthermore free Wi-Fi-access throughout the stay. If you so just in the beautiful Filz Moos see wants, can this hotel really only be recommended. read more

Very personally managed hotel, you will always addressed by name, almost all erfüllbaren wishes are fulfilled, it will be very good for the guests cared. Especially worth mentioning is the almost stars suspicious kitchen and the good assorted wine list. Also the service in the restaurant is excellent and is more like a 5-star standard. The rooms the simple category are used and in nearby Future renovated, which the hotel again valorize is. The service and the quality of the treatments the Spabereiches are very good. I will definitely, hopefully very soon again welcome guest house of the family G. ... sein! read more

We were with our children 5/9 years! Everything really great the service was really great, eat was also great, the rooms were clean, wishes are as far as it is fulfilled, great hiking trails not only for large even for children are hiking trails nearby.
