Great hotel, however already something in need of renovation. Good for people, can entertain themselves to themselves. Ideal beach area. Very clean beach. Unfortunately no beach promenade. Bus station in the immediate area. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet, also evenings. read more

My conclusion is, I personally would not vacation more, it is too loud. Because we the room facing the main street. Had. You feel partly as on the highway. It was the whole night and the luggages from the guests they came and went. If we the door to made everything was quiet, the neighboring room you didn't hear anything.
Some of the food without any taste, and everything tasted somehow the same. The evening entertainment was really something for older people ( cIRCA from 65). It was nice but we the possibility had cleaned up, after we our room ... at 12 o'clock to leave. ( which really long)
From the room it was really OK, cleanliness super, every day fresh towels, even if it wasn't necessary.
Very annoying was the loud music the whole day ran, on outside or in the essaal, constantly. read more

I would like to highlight the cleaning the room by mrs yeimy and the night porter the very helpful and prudent was. Good hotel, unfortunately on a busy durchgangstrasse! I had a beautiful room in the 3rd floor with a view of the sea. The road I found at night didn't bother us! The big balcony went around the corner, so that you have a view facing the land side had. The staff were very friendly. The salad buffet was very good. The selection of pool was not so big but everything was good. in the dining room it was quiet, at the buffet you had to never have to wait in line. The spa area something had to inviting and largely ... missing boarding aids by the pool to be attached. Alone I did not in this ausergewöhliche pool ( see picture) go. The hotel's location is good, approximately 150 meters to the beach. Good bus connection. Offer for ride to Palma ( palmabus ) 50% cheaper than with tour operator. At the front desk to book. All columns in the dining room mirrored, which in our opinion nachzuviel unrest entails. Not enough staff in the dining room. If all tables are occupied is that a few staff with clearing and serve so busy that you sometimes longer the beverages have to wait. Staff in the dining room not friendly, regards not. Food varied. Cleaning the room great and also very friendly staff. ... Complaints in technology were taken care of immediately. Sleep in open balcony door was due to nearby current aggregates not possible. In the evening about an hour and a half entertainment program. Repeated every 2 weeks. Who absolute peace can the nearby the national park there. Price at the bar ok. read more

We were completely with the hotel satisfied and our expectations were met! The hotel we can 'with clear conscience' recommend \u263a! The location of the hotel is terrific, it is located everything your heart desires in the immediate area (long sandy beach, shopping possibilities, restaurants, car rental and so on.). The hotel itself is also in good condition. The rooms are although relatively small, but adequate. And now seriously, who wants to have large in the room on, if he on vacation is \u263a?! The balcony was relatively large and nice, our view facing the land side was great ... (4. floor, no higher building etc. Obstruct the view). The rooms are, according to your wishes, cleaned daily (sand tracks gathered from the floor, the beds were made, sanitary facilities cleaned, trash emptied, etc.). The staff at the reception was german and always very accommodating. At the hotel pool we always got a beach chair, without this permanent by a towel 'reserve' to \u263a, it was just not 'guaranteed', that you always found a beach chair in the sun get, but in a pinch, you just navigate. Directly in front of the hotel there is an office of the tour operator TUI (and div), in the well informed about everything, (excursions, car rental, attractions, etc.). Since some excursions only held once a week, should you in the first days of his holiday go around early there to log on. One small downside for us was the entertainment, which we as very loud and somewhat disturbing (sometimes went until 24:00 o'clock). We were also in the pool side with the entertainment and had the tv despite the balcony door closed it was relatively loud turn, since we otherwise too badly of the entertainment music distracted were. There was so rather each evening a show, it was diverse and a show we and these are just a matter of taste. Who will maintain me, a the possibility. The 2 small drawback was the quality of the food. There was enough selections, however the food was the taste was not so the hit. Probably but for spanish standards reasonable. A dish, you could actually always' found ' which tasted was okay. They had every day a small highlight, for example a large schokobrunnen with fresh fruit.
Our absolute highlight of the vacation was the nearby long, very clean sandy beach. This was cleaned every night with a small tractor turned away. The quality of the water was great and you could walk far into the sea inside and still stand (the water was wonderfully clear and free of seaweed). Even after several meterm depth you could on the sand on the seabed views. The beach was never crowded, and we always got a good spot. Chairs and umbrellas you can for a fee check-out counters.
Despite small makos we had a really great and relaxing vacation and would gladly anytime again this hotel visit. Especially the location makes much more than made up for it. read more

The hotel has us altogether pleased. Great the live-cooking was in the evening and the fresh fruit for breakfast. Although the room every day one sucked and one wiped, remained the floor the bathroom mopped. The arrangement of the toilet ( you sit queer to the sink and depends almost with the chin on the wash basin ) needs getting used to and unprakatisch. read more

The hotel is about 50 to 100 meters from the beach, is clean and tidy. Fresh towels and bed sheets. Bath could be more spacious. Rich buffet breakfast and dinner. Good food. Here each something can find, that he likes. The waiter in the hotel are really on the ball. Hardly any waiting time, the drinks there. Staff are friendly, but Curt. No nice word or smile from time to time. At the front desk me the staff with questions gene FFs.
I would say, the hotel is the 4 stars, and I would go there again. For beach vacation ... and hiking vacation fully okay. Wellness offers I not taken into account. read more

We stayed with our now 4-year-old son 3rd time. It is always great again as friendly all of the staff in all areas are. Also especially to children. Over the street and one is. In our opinion, on the most beautiful and child-friendliest beach the island.
We will be back:-)
