Here we were once again very positively surprised, very nice, informal, very well maintained hotel in the right from the first minute at home feels! Welcome in (n)-here is the name program! Traffic connection train station only a couple of steps to walk - 24 hours ticket to 12.50 is worthwhile to buy, room top, peaceful location, management was very quick and accommodating. Breakfast simply however completely enough for us. Underground parking great. Nothing to moan:-) we would gladly come again! read more

Modern, clean hotel room, large bathroom with separate toilet room. Tv device, hair dryer, towels available. The bathroom is clean and modern shower. Breakfast buffet normal, somewhat small breakfast room. Very friendly staff in the service, as well as at the front desk. read more

Since our ferienflug at 6:20 o'clock was, we have (family with two children one night in the hotel stayed in. Large room with 2 rooms a very favorable price. 220 swiss franc For 60 friday Per week we could the car i the underground parking during our ferienabwesenheit. This is the best. Parking at the airport is much more expensive. The shuttle bus drove us extremely pünktilich around 5 hours mornings to the airport. Overall the hotel is simple but very pleasant, very friendly staff. We would gladly come again. read more

Big praise to this hotel! Shuttle service to the hotel and on the next day to the airport was perfect. The food in the restaurant is very recommendable, offer something for everybody for everyone,- even for children! Extremely friendly staff! read more

    In the middle of Kloten located medium sized hotel. Impressively is the peace and quiet, although it near to the airport is. With the S-Bahn one is in 20 minutes in the center of Zürich. To and from to the airport run hotel's own buses.

during mine stay at this hotel the whole staff treat us very very good starting day 1 untill check ot time. we will go again next time in october for 5 days again. even in the restaurant we got a marvelus service by the staff who knows what they are serving and what a geust would love to eat. one night i was hungry and ask the night auditor if he can fixed something 15 minutes later he called me with a seafood pizza, thats the first time in mine live i at that kind of food. back in holland ... when i ask the pizzaria if they can do me the same pizza the answer was no. Zurich i will be back and next time with more colleage. read more

    For the evening you can in the hotel two restaurants find, the a tasty menu have. However i voted for an external food decided, in direct proximity to find. The breakfast would have for the price and my taste somewhat rich failed, it has however purpose and tasted good.

    A friendly welcome and helpful staff i immediately positive. Especially service minded the hotel has shown, as the transfer bus canceled is, and i immediately a taxi offered. I have to say, that i am a private purpose, the me the bus land wanted. Nevertheless i was due to the wrecked drive free taxi offered.

The best part of this hotel is that they have a shuttle service to the airport. This runs starting at 5 am or so - someone ahead of me checking-in needed an earlier time and had to arrange for a taxi. The room (#413) size was fine and had a good size bathroom area (although the shower leaked water onto the floor - the bath mat soaked it up). The price does not include a breakfast - that's extra, which worked for me since it didn't start until 7am and I had to leave for the airport by then on ... the shuttle anyway. I ate in the restaurant the night before - nothing special, but fine - the hotel seems to be in a residential area and didn't see any restaurants nearby. The main thing about this hotel is that if you have an SBB Swiss Train pass, you can take the train from the Zurich HB station right to the Zurich - Flugenhofen (spelling?) station, get off and go up a couple of levels into the airport, then go out the door to Hotel Shuttle Zone 3 and get on the shuttle to the hotel (about every 30 minutes), then come back in the morning for a flight out of Zurich. Very convenient. This is not the rail station nearest the hotel (the lady at the desk had told me on the phone to go to Zurich-Kloten rail station and get off there - there is no such stop on the SBB line - it is a different train system from the local Zurich trains and a different station.) No one on the train or at the front desk seemed to understand this and explain it successfully to me. So you don't need a local train ticket. read more

This hotel was for its three stars. wireless Internet worked in the lobby and two computers for Internet use. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh rolls and a face anseh selection of fruit, cold cuts and cheese were offered. Airport shuttle I would certainly recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel welcome inn in Kloten near the airport Zürich for swiss standards quite cheap stay. In this hotel i have two nights and i very comfortable. The furnishing is modern and has a very cosy and warm impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also good. There was a wide selection of hot, and cold drinks, as well as large the selection of bread, rolls, cereal and fruit. If i in the area again should be, is the welcome inn definitely one of my favorite hotels. read more

As soon as you enter the hotel there is the smell of smoke and there are cigarette butts in the ashtrays in the reception area, in the elevator and half of the restaurants, as well as in the internet area. It is disgusting. Smoking should not be allowed in these public places. The breakfast room which is a non-smoking area is open and next to the reception area, where people are standing around smoking. I'm really disappointed that Switzerland, which I thought was pristine and into nature and clean air, etc, still does not have a policy regarding smoking in ... public places and the designation of completely non-smoking hotels. The 120 Swiss Francs I spent plus the 35 or so for the dinner which I had to take to my room (because of the smoke) really hurts my budget. I expect good value for my money and I did not get it. read more

    The room was clean but even though it was a non-smoking room, I could smell the smoke. I got very little sleep due to a terrible headache from the smoke. The air filtration system was not adequate for the volume of smoke which was created throughout the hotel. I was disappointed that the television was only in German. True for the radio too. Having BBC shows a more open and friendly attitude towards English-speaking guests.

    The prices are crazy, much too high. The bananas with the curried rice had brown spots. I found it weird that the dish had all kinds of fruit around the curried rice and chicken. I was not impressed with the menu, which was in the international restaurant. I had been warned about Swiss restaurants and now I know. The restaurants were half smoking and I could smell the smoke in the non-smoking section. It gave me a bad headache so I had to take my food on a tray to my room. I did not offer a tip. The waitress was in a big hurry to take my order, not friendly, and the meal took a long time to arrive.

    The personnel are not friendly. They are stiff and just do the basic job. The elevator door does not stay open so that one can go into it with the luggage. I had to ask the front desk for help. The door of the restaurant does not stay open either. I had to ask the miserable-looking restaurant manager to hold it open for me because I was escaping from the smoke with my tray of food.
