The staff was during the stay very, very unfriendly and was not to our needs. Although over hrs. A late check out was agreed (15:00 h)-the hotel has advertised, and was for us a booking criteriumthe ladies in the fact, that we 11:00 o'clock leaving! Very, very bad manners on the part of the staff throughout our stay! Not a recommendable hotel with little service for a high price read more

The staff only speak English, no German. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door, that was the only not ideal. There is no elevator. It is a very old, historic building with only about 20 rooms. We enjoyed the suite felt very comfortable! read more
