I had in the alster-au a short stay during a business trip. And i have to say, i was totally surprised. It was the best hotel in i has been for many years. If you're not interested in the permanent hotel chains, always the same boring standard and bare rooms have, was very, very gladly again. Everything is very personal, almost informal. Thanks for two nice days/nights/breakfasts on a busy business trip! read more

Wonderful small hotel in the area of alstertal.

To an autobreakdown we had to re-bound close to Norderstedt again. We were warmly and very friendly also to late hour to receive. We were even in the short term a cradle for our young daughter made available. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and plentiful. Especially great we found the selection of many fresh fruit and regional Miclhprodukten. Altogether we experienced a very child-friendly, flexible and extremely courteous service.
