If you are in a 4 star hotel travels and to Munich, you think, this is the best! Unfortunately i was the contrary was offered! For 109€ the night i expect much more! I believe there was a 'Munich' surcharge! Or because the location at the main station, but with such a train station is the 4. star nothing worth it! Either you can take the hotel a star from or the price lower (a maximum of 60 euros per night). Apart from that stay away, rip-off! By the way: the bill the breakfast extra, save the money and go ... to the baker next door! With only the bad coffee you can sleep again! read more

This hotel should no 4 stars have, still it was enough definitely in order from elebten how to relax. In my opinion a middle class star hotel.
The size of the room is good, the furniture is a bit dated and it is only a small crt tv on a those.
The cleanliness was ok there were daily the towels were changed and the beds freshly made. In our bathroom were also no hair or mold, the bathroom door was on the lower edges a bit broken which but see could.
The breakfast was okay, there was freshly cooked eggs ..., as well as, scrambled eggs, as well as nuremberg rostbratwürstchen than hot offer ( at this point it must be mentioned that to me the bacon was missing ☺ ' ).
Small bread rolls, fruit salad, yogurt, quark, sausage, cheese, jam, butter, margarine, chocolate nut cream, and pastries as cold offer.
The hotel is located directly at the main station, nevertheless was the alleged noise from our room (216) nothing to be heard, although it to the street was.
From there everything was great easy to reach on foot.
Conclusion: a general overhaul of the individual room would be advisable, if the 4 stars keep. However, i would this hotel for the price as i book it could again.
If you have the 4 stars be overlooked and therefore also with a star hotel satisfied, you can recommend this hotel! read more

A very 'dingy' hotel. In every room and bathroom corner was the dirt and dust pushed together! Showers isn't recommendable. Shower curtain (narrow piece of plastic) was neither the front nor the back of the hotel. At the breakfast buffet there was chaos! The orange juice was ran out on replacement of multivitamin was not mentioned. The dishes were without asking cleared from the table. (if you had enough or not). The four stars are not justified! read more

The location of the hotel is the best. The spanish-speaking lady from the reception is an asset for the hotel! The hotel is in a poor, uncared for condition did not with the booked from the internet consistent! read more

As already been assessed, the hotel room itself was ok. These are in 2009 newly appointed, unfortunately one sees however already clear stress marks the decor. The bathrooms come still from the baujahrzeitalter, unfortunately we had also in the bath mold on the joints, the joints were also more black as white. The door of the bathroom was warping before humidity. The breakfast was ok, it was always strong after put if something should be, also at 11:00 o'clock where actually the breakfast is over. Yes the hotel is a bit outdated, however therefor is the price direct next ... to the train station unbeatable cheap! The room was clean and also okay, I am sure the 4 stars grenwärtig and in the current time rather good three stars, in the hotel itself there are no wellness not ( sauna etc. ) read more

We have the room 707 occupied. We had the impression the housekeeping the 7. floor strongly neglected has.
In the bathroom hair in the bathtub, vermutztes toilet, the hair dryer hung on one nail (where was the picture of the bath made it on the side of the hotel is shown? )
Under the tv stand was definitely 1 week not a dusted. Stains on the carpet.
The on the hotel web site when restaurant there would seem to be no. There, there are only breakfast. Breakfast is rather lower average!
Compared to other 4 star hotels, even if it ... an ideal location, up 2,5-three stars.

Not worth 4 stars! The room is minimalist and old fashioned equipped (no wardrobe, block and pen, etc.). The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Positive, that toilet and shower are separated, but also here disgusting. The toilet smelled like a bahnhofsklo, the sporige shower curtain widespread disgust -atmosphere.
Unusually, in a four star hotel already at check in must be paid-the receptionist was with the invoicing clearly overburdened; took 10 minutes, this correct printing.

Very nice cheap hotel in Munich centrally located train station. Who however with a VW bus travels should before over parking spaces check in this hotel an underground car park, and therefore no VW bus fit (height ) read more

Hotel was overbooked. We traveled in a group of 5 friends. I booked middle March a double room and a room for 3 people and a night ( trip for end of April) -all together in a joint transaction payment. On arrival uS open, the hotel was overbooked and we must increase our group divide. US offered a double room in a one and a half kilometer away hotel to occupy. Any Compromise -solutions from the staff at the reception refused- for example the joint Umteilung in another hotel ( we were even prepared to cover or mattresses on the ... floor to sleep-but Ersatzmatratzen leads the hotel Regent in Munich not ).
It was suggested to the management to contact. I have of course made, just a pity was just nobody hotel management since. The deposit in my telephone number obtained no recall management.
Finally, we shared our group and slept in two different hotels. A taxi for the transfer we were of course not paid.
On feigned friendliness and rejection any solutions I can do without very good, I will this hotel stop now no longer honor. read more

Hotel has seven floors, with elevator.
The hotel is bit worn and ageing, but reasonably clean as expected.
I had only booked accomodation and breakfast.
There are guests every age and every nationality available, we were there for football game and therefore the hotel was good with fans visited, but very pleasant ambience without incidents. read more

this hotel is rated 4 star but rather 4 minus * I wanted there coffee drink got as an answet it is only starting from
17 hours possible. The room is poor, only two hard chairs. No carpet. The breakfast buffet was very
spartan. An old CRT. No program. In the bathroom only one small Infrared heating on the ceiling. No 15 minutes Maximum voltage shower only a bathtub with plastic curtain.

My first visit was in 1998. The hotel has its time informally run. This is a company. The level has very strong decline. Some hallways and public spaces (toilet in the basement) urgently needed a renovation. Dirty bathroom, hair from the previous guest on the floor, door leaf shape, shower head was not in the equivalent to adjust, since the locking was broken. The scope and quality of the breakfast were fine. read more

A short weekend trip to Munich. On the Internet we on this four star hotel close to the train station attentive.
Our conclusion: for a short city break acceptable hotel of the elevated class in the immediate proximity of the main station.

-Top location in relation to transport links to the city (10 minute maximum)
Negative-in particular, the bathroom door looked a bit ... worn some
'Floods'
-Mini bar too expensive
-It worked scheints only one elevator (it was always the same)
All in all highly recommended for one to three nights. Cosy breakfast room, which is used as a bar in the evenings. Hardly any noise in our room at night. Safety deposit box in the room was missing unfortunately.

The mattresses were new, but 'hard like a board'. Although I/we also like sleeping on a hard mattress, this was too much of a good thing. Therefore I would not stay there again book this hotel. read more

The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous, the room, a thorough renovation. Although the hotel very zentrumnsnah and 5 Minl from the train station, it is relatively quiet. For a 4 star hotel should be the amenities were better. read more

Our room was newly renovated (though a bedside insertion of an iron to find) However, the bathroom ( where you expect cleanliness) a disaster. MOLDED Badewannenfugen, vergammelter Klorollenhalterung ( UNDERSIDE angespritzt - from whatever) dirt on the floor and especially in the corners, mechanism dirty, it only suitable for a half-shower curtain, you sprayed It horrified us it all - I really to have a shower. In the breakfast room and you should not take a closer look elsewhere, dust where you look at, a look at the skylight, the old Luster were full of dust, the room cramped and ... not enough space for all people, the buffet was very small! PLEASE cleaned more! read more
