Price-performance good, only a stone's throw from the ep entrance, you feel very welcome and pampered( hotel and both restaurants). On wishes is received. For us it is clear that we again next year be here. read more

We were 2 nights in the hotel at in spite of the relatively long trip there and back a full day in the Europapark to have. Brief summary: Beautiful room, very clean, ( a double bed and a bunk bed for our 2 boys)-not large, but sufficient. Bathroom with shower - not large, but sufficient. Reservation/ check in / check out - easy. Free car park right on the hotel for the entire stay. Staff factually, competent, but definitely not polite. ( A smile, or a 'good morning' you don't get. ) The breakfast is OK. - ( tea, coffee ..., bread, various rolls, eggs, ham, cheese, jams, honey, cereals, juices. ) But at 09:30 one is alone, because the majority of the guests shortly after 09:00 leave. ( it makes the Europapark to) and one 'bother with the flash' What to 100% for the hotel speaks is location and price. The main entrance the parks is located directly on the other side of the street and the price is about 1/3 under the price the themed hotel in the park. In short: we will go there again - price, location and cleanliness are simply Trump-) read more

Price/performance ratio is not okay! If you 100 euros pay per room with breakfast, I would expect a perfect breakfast service. Wrong! All you have to get them ourselves, from the cutlery, plates on, coffee cups and even coffee were not brought to the table! The buffet left much to be desired! Definitely not recommended! read more

The only affords a plus is It's proximity to the input cost and the hotel's own parking lot. Room service almost imperceptibly-sweaty sheets was wet condition in the evening still in bed! No towel change despite visible use! Food in the hotel's own pizzeria-trivial, imagination and tasteless. But after a day in the park You are so worn out, that you don't want to look for something else and the left-of-the-mill. We are the centre of rust in other days gone, there are better places. The hotel itself is, as always, was great. Our quick battery could give overnight in the cooling, which to some extent cooled drinks in the Europe park with itself. Absolutely top! Unfortunately the breakfast gets boring, it is adequate, but not varied. Fruit and vegetables were missing completely. In the Thermos jugs were partly Ausgieser canceled the. Access to the buffet is unfortunately a bit narrow, with only five-ten people you're nowhere more. We drive for three years regularly to the hotel and are very satisfied been. We were always very hospitable welcomed and treated. The service is excellent, for special requests, such as a double room with single beds etc. Were always realized (despite overhead ). The food ( breakfast) is normal standard and always fresh. Also at later hour was always enough replenished. The Europapark is a stone throw far away and only by a street from the hotel separated. Parking were up to now always enough behind the hotel ( Yard) available. We feel every year all around probably and ... come back always would gladly come again. read more

We are already for the third time in this hotel and we were as always the best deal for our stay. The German restaurant was very good and I can not understand what was wrong with this. They should perhaps in a star restaurant. Size of the room was absolutely sufficient and the europapark is just perfect. We were well looked after by family Kohler and we would certainly come again. read more
