It depends on, what you'd expect.
We wanted a relaxing holiday and that was it for us to 99%.
The lack of 1% for the russians/ukrainians and the other the points of criticism.
If you only for snorkelling the complex select, will probably a bit disappointed his, there are better!
About the food, room etc.. I above already wrote.
Unique leader is for us the hotel 'Sea Garden'.
Still which for wi-fi: the is possible, but unfortunately quite expensive (30 minutes = 4 Euro).
Reception via cell phone was perfect.
But we would this hotel definitely again choose! read more

Great facilities! Very friendly staff! Condition at the restaurant and the bar quick and very friendly! Huge 2-room suites, well equipped. The food is varied and tasty. That was our 5. vacation in Egypt, for the 1. time no stomach problems - this speaks for itself. The reef is very nice, you can swim as in an aquarium. In the hotel Sea Garden more than 50% germans guests. The other guests (from England, Poland, Russia etc.) All were very pleasant. The german guests have not always well behaved, but the other scolded. Don't understand the bad reviews not at ... all, were these people in another hotel? We will definitely again go there! read more

We were from 23,03.-30.03. In the Sea Garden. We had booked a suite. The size of the room was more than enough and the cleanliness was also ok. The hotel complex even, as well as the 2 hotels are very nice designed and maintained. At the hotel/facilities there are really no faults!
Cleanliness the hotel: tip top
Cleanliness of the room: was okay. It was not not clinically pure, but it was also not so dirty as some describe. The cleanliness of the rooms in this hotel we personally right with our experience of Spain. There were ... partly the same standard in the hotels. Simply times not so tight take.
Russians: yes were there, but we didn't bother us and are also didn't stand out negatively.
Location: would have been very remote. However you can get around by taxi and hotel great to Naama Bay and Old Sharm. Popular times (in the evening) is the bus but be applicable. Will cost a maximum of 4-5 Euro per person (this then but also now-and trip).
Employees: friendliness was okay. German knowledge is as good as ruled out.
Food/drink: a huge disadvantage in this hotel! We were so disappointed really rarely.
Yes you'll be full and there is also always something - no question - however is the food really no highlight in this hotel. The hotel has 10 themes (bbq, italian, fish, mediterran, american, oriental, lebanese.). In every hotel there are another motto, so that you every day choose what you want. Actually a good idea, but what use is it if it always and everywhere the same? There is really no variation the food and the taste skin not elaborate. There is even a gewürzstrecke (pepper, pepper, herbs, etc.) So you had to spice them up could. There are tough cons. The beverages in the all-inclusive program are also not worth mentioning. Everything gepantschter sweet mist.
Attention: diarrhea! We really had at any other hotel/vacation problems, but this time we got. Stomach cramps, break, diarrhea. Please you should absolutely take medicine against mosquitos with you! Tip: no fish in the beach restaurant food. We know from employees this fish gladly times 10 days, no sufficient cooling, stored and then prepared.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful area with a lot of green. The food is great, very diverse and tasty. In Egypt for the first time i had no stomach/intestine problems. The rooms are huge, every day was well cleaned and bedding and towels changed. In the whole complex were constantly gardeners and cleaning staff in the works, so that everything great looked. The waiter in the hotel, the staff at reception and at the bars were very friendly and helpful, to speak german was for many not a problem. The service in the restaurant and in the bars ... was great, one had hardly sat, came the waiters and brought drinks. The plates were cleaned away quickly, the beverages refilled and after eating were immediately clean tablecloths hung up on us. In spite of the lots of work but all the time for a few friendly words or a short conversation had.
The nearby riff through the jetty easy to reach and if the weather is nice it offers much opportunity, colorful fish and corals to look at. The water at the beach is maximum hip-high, at ebb-tide it is almost impossible to swim. Bathing shoes should definitely be taken. The chairs at the beach are okay and plentiful, but could partly be exchanged or repaired.
Overall an excellent hotel, which we without any problems recommend. Hopefully stabilized the political situation soon, so that you also excursions in the region can do. We would then have a further reason, to come back again. read more

The hotel is with 180 rooms well arranged. The rooms are really worn. The bathroom absolutely in need of renovation. As we had a last minute offer had booked (very cheap), we saw the way. Food was actually always. The lebanese menürestaurant was the best. The japanese and the italian restaurant was mediocre. The quality of the offered food there was not our claim. First week german tourists were a rarity. There were a lot of russian guests there, the staff could speak fluent russian. English or german-nil return! read more

My boyfriend and i wanted a relaxing break and that is us in this hotel definitely good, it was very nice and we would stay there anytime have another vacation. It were although it is very many russian families etc. Since, but apart from it is a very nice and large hotel plant. The staff was friendly and quite accomodating, was a few problems communicating, because the employees rather russian and their languages, nevertheless, most still a bit of english and some now and then even german (big praise to the front desk in the sea life). The food was ... really a bit monotonous, but quite tasty.
Our first common vacation in the all in all really enjoyed and are already planning the next trip there ☺ read more

Facilitities are top or better said the facilities of the three hotels the club, the life and the Sea Garden are absolutely well maintained and thanks to 'try've got high odds will' sunshine blue sky every day for a first 'summer holiday' in the cold season at.
The staff is unbelievably friendly it worries about its guests like one it not everywhere finds. The sea or the offshore reef is absolutely great...

We were for the 2. time in the same hotel, even in the same room.
Us again really enjoyed and the hotel we can warmly recommend.
Unfortunately this year the child care (kids club) not good. The children did not feel comfortable as well, and are therefore not gone.
Everything else was perfect, staff is very friendly, complaints were taken care of immediately, everything super!

It was a very relaxing time with pleasure, the staff is extremely hard, the stay enjoyable. Usually we only once in a place, but here we are once again drive. The coral reef directly at the beach entices every day for snorkelling, the beach itself is rather grainy, but nothing. A relaxing vacation, perfect for the daily stress behind. A small tip on the edge, if you are looking for a trip of in the hotel resident provider jet safari would like to book, should only small expectations have, because it is more talked about and as you get. Also the promised: not satisfied money back! Is empty promised. Who however diving or snorkeling wants is the scuba divers in the best hands, because where you can get even more as a promised! The hotel is part of a very nice area of three sister hotel, so all in all a huge Areal develops, where you can move yourself free. The condition the plant is fantastic and very well maintained. In the all-inclusive package are breakfast, lunch and dinner include, also a visit to one of the à la carte restaurants. One can take the meals in the main restaurant, all three hotel, so that overall a rich offer to be achieved. There are all sorts of guests there: most of the guests are couples with children, mostly russian or english. German to ... our travel time rather less. But the stay at the Sea Garden not a bit troubled. All the guests were very pleasant. read more

I am with mixed feelings with the family went for it, there i for the first time on vacation drive in an arab country, although i myself arab am. The concerns were only because of the media in Europa, the everything totally aufgepuschen. When we arrived there, i had to first laugh, since everything was very firedlich was and i was mega felt safe. What i learned never again believe everything, what the media erzhählt is ..., quiet everything critically. So that was one thing.
What i the hotel, staff, beach and everything in general say it was dreamlike nice.
Since i work as a director in the area of food work, look i closer look. I absolutely nothing to fault. The fact is, i have the staff promised, i am coming again. I hope i'm my promised this year still around. I recommend it further for small and large. read more

We were already 3 times in this complex and it was again great, unfortunately were in the first week lots of russians present, where already the vacation bugger,.
Should it not change we will another hotel without russians book.
