The hotel enthusiastic. The tasteful decor, the lovingly designed spa area, the always extremely courteous and friendly staff and the excellent restaurant took us caught. And yet we still look with mixed feelings back.
The host Michael e. has a truly unique gem created, only he should better on maintaining the illusion, that the hotel as settled 8. We were in the last 10 years here for the 7. time, however, after 2 smaller incidents in earlier visit, for certain the last time. The experienced friendliness the owner's family is true, as long as you no complaints have. We have 8 days booked and went to 2.-last day our golden wedding partying. Instead of partying but we packed and are on this day prematurely left. What was the reason? A group of around 10 dutch (cable tv personalities, actors, etc.) Were in the hotel quartered.
From about 15 hours in the wellness area Ballermann-business. The remaining ... guests have annoyed and the management complained, use it practically nothing. Also large attacks on the front doors, with the request for peace, were ignored. A guest has the management said, on wednesday and thursday leave. The guest was really hässig, because only part left and he lied to felt. The jacuzzi was this Ballermann troop up 5/4 hours in owned to cheerful and partially. Very loud to converse. Other guests the waited, were just ignored.
At the friday afternoon burst my wife the collar. You then, after the jacuzzi already again three-quarters hours from 3 young men as pool bar used it, these polite asked, whether they are now ready, because you like inside me. The answer was cheeky laugh and the call, also to them in the pool to climb. The intervention not helped, so that not other left, as the front desk to call. Hospitality in erfurt's Bergfried largely written. The reception very attentive; one welcomes guests with a handshake. You are expected, gets welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine offered. Our room was generous and tastefully decorated. Everything seemed pleasant, friendly and very clean.
The food a delight. The breakfast buffet is hard to beat. Everything your heart desires is available. What not available is, will be immediately organised. No desire remains open. The family erfurt is present and makes the round. It takes time, ask after the are and you get the real feeling, the guest in the center all efforts ... is. The sommelier of the hotel mr gram presented every evening efficient yet unobtrusive its treasures from the wine cellar. Value for money is okay.

We had a wonderful room with large terrace. The bathroom was well equipped however a bit cramped. The hotel is fine run, all are very friendly and obliging. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection and the dinner time was every time a feast. read more

The atmosphere was very appealing, all rooms with love and expertise decorated, so that you feel at home. The staff and the family are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is versatile, and it can to each something after its taste find. Egg dishes are on request in addition freshly prepared and brought to the table. During dinner there are a satisfactory choice, the quality is good. In the selection of the wines you individually and competent advised. The pool- and sauna area is spaciously designed and hardly a wish goes unfulfilled. Top: in the sauna area is free mineral ... water available and so many towels, as you want, in the pool area there is free drinks ( for example tea) and even a small pool breakfast.
Altogether I found the value for money is very good. read more
