In addition does not exist lots to say: sensational. Same goes for the price: 135 euros with breakfast. In the middle of Madrid Friday on saturday! Five star, everything new, bed very good, very well-equipped, the design of the room-perfect not too large, not too small. Sufficient outlets for everything, which one needed. Very good! And sunrise for breakfast on the 30th floor. What else could you want? read more

very nice rooms, great breakfast on the 30. Floor with a dreamlike view over the city. solely the drinks at the hotel bar are very expensive. the 5 stars are justified because it is a top hotel. read more

    the food was good, freshly, lots of different salads and fish. we had 2 a buffet, in which it nothing to moan about gave. also the breakfast buffet is magnificent. A wide selection of differently meals and juices. Much fresh fruit.

    very friendly staff. A late check-out at 16:00 o'clock I was without asking directly offered. staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. All speak good English.

    the hotel is unfortunately not central. To the city center one must 10 to 15 minutes with the taxi drive (or the subway take). taxi in Madrid is however relatively cheap.

front desk just rude to small extra wishes. Complaints are dealt with at all. Hair in the tub. Rates much too high in the mini bar. Spa area small and overpriced. read more

A very new hotel the chain Eurostars. The hotel is unfortunately not in center and in the closer periphery hardly Einkaufsmöglichkoeten, but metroanbindung. All of this shows the restaurant in the upper floor up for. Breakfast with a view of Madrid-sensational. read more

The Eurostars Madrid Tower is a very modern hotel with tasteful decoration. The room was big and luxurious as expected. I'd recommend you try to get one on the top floors. Also a word to the restaurant "Volvereta" on the 30th floor: great good and amazing views. read more

• One of the largest deficiencies: The quality of the meal was judged of the participants, who do not belong surely to the most fastidious target group, throughout as complete indiskutabel. Many participant voices spoke insolence “of „impertinence “, „and „such a thing I yet did not experience “). Example: In the first evening (27.09.2010, menu), with the main course lukewarm meals on cold plates were presented. Surely „a NO-Go “, even for the simple land catering trade. Beyond that the guests received different sizes of the supplements or supplements, which had to be looked for with the ... magnifying glass. Dessert (times a ball ice, times two balls ice - be such a thing sent may by the kitchen? ). Nearly identical food selection in the drauffolgenden days (noon/dinner) inclusive dear and colorless presentation of the meals, which reminded partially rather of a youth hostel (O-clay/tone of a participant! ). Partially no fresh products, but canned goods products (e.g. Corn, asparagus). Rühmliche exception within the range Catering: Breakfast in the 30. Floor. This was however unfortunately not for the group meant, but for individual travelers. Whether a connection exists here, extracts itself from our knowledge. We were allowed to come as Vorabreisende into the benefit of having breakfast here and of eating in the ala Carte restaurant „sample “. It harms that this pleasure from the participants became to withhold. Further example within the range F&B: Due to the strike situation in Spain we inquired for the 29.09.10 after a BACK-UP solution in the hotel, if an outdoor program had not been able to take place (e.g. „cold plates “). This simple however quite also world “practiced solution the in „leading hotel OF one did not want to offer out „to image reasons “in the hotel of euro star Madrid Tower, but times very hochpreisiges buffet = without comment! Apropos prices: A 3-Gang-Menü in the quality and quantity described above borders already on insolence. Positively: The food supply during the group works (rich and qualitatively high-quality of snack). Sufficiently service staff. • The hotel was not able the plenary assembly hall after a sketch (chair circles), sent in the apron, to bestuhlen and various personal arrangements and briefing in national language locally independently. Also the Bestuhlungsformen of the rented group areas had permanently to be examined and partially independent to be converted. If this additional expenditure for us would have been clear in the apron, we would more locally have had at least 2 persons, in order to worry ONLY about the interests of the hotel. • In principle the sluggish completion in the apron was confirmed unfortunately also locally: Questions/desires needed an oversize temporal operational sequence, which we experienced so still in no hotel of this category, which offers conference capacities. Example: From the order to the delivery of soft beverages for the technical crew in the plenary assembly hall (10 Pax) = 3 hours (and that was not an individual case! ). • Further example: The toilet range and two halations (Raucherbereiche) before the areas Barcelona were closed on two days still 10 minutes before start plenum, although 45 minutes before start the service to it one referred several times and about. Result: Participants had to change the floor and to use the sanitary area in the lobby. The start plenum retarded. • As it can be that one is available on personal demand at the reception of the hotel whether a further hotel room for one night, which receives information that one cannot say that. Again there the colleague, that the information to give can is to table and in about 30 minutes? • How can it be that the room service at 3 must be asked from 5 days of a guest to fill up the mini bar/coffee packages? In principle we had the feeling of absolute helplessness and disorientationness with the service staff (possible with this group size?! ). Finally still another one point, which completely particularly disappointed us for all problems in the sum: In principle we did not feel welcome as group; the Spanish hospitableness and warm cordialness, on which we us including. All participant so much and from other meetings in other houses in the best way admit are, we had made us happy at no time felt. On the contrary: We felt ourselves rather as a group, which is passed through a lock. Each request was a load, each friendly smile suffocated in the germ. With all pluses, which the hotel in Punkto hardware (atmosphere, equipment) has to offer, many of the negative points of criticism unfortunately also the participants stated above could including. Do not remain hidden for all Entscheidern. Which means in the consequence that we will not surely book a house of this hotel chain after the negative experience in the hotel of euro star Madrid Tower in foreseeable time. read more

Euro star the Tower hotel is directly because of the station Chamartin of Madrid and is publicly very good therefore to reach. The hotel is simply great and our expectations in all regards exceeded. The guests were predominantly Englishmen and Germans. We booked only overnight accomodation. read more

    The rooms are very large and with beautiful wood and glass equipped. We had the room number 2613 in 26. Stick. The bathroom was extremely responding with rain forest shower with Massagedüsen and additional bath tub. Further were present from the comb to the toothbrush of everything. Even a correct hair dryer (not screwed onto the wall) was present. The room worked newly and exhibited no damage. We had mini bar, dte digester and different tea places, Flatscreen and and and. The view from the hotel was fantastically, although directed toward an unpleasant part of Madrid. We saw not many more than building site.

    Person was real phänomenal. One remembered from the first minute our names and requests. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse were convincing. The employee, who brought us the luggage, did not want a tip.

    The hotel is appropriate for instance for 400m far away from the station Chamartin and thus also to the next underground. A way, which can pull itself by repeated crossing of multitrack roads. There are purchase possibilities at the station or in the closer environment. The travel into the center takes about 15-20 minutes.

A very great, impressive hotel with best view over Madrid-but with small drawbacks. The staff were not very friendly and the food was not worthy of the hotel category (but in Spain often the case)! Otherwise I can actually complain about-great room, modern bathroom, cleanliness was okay! Traffic connections good! read more

The hotel of euro star Madrid Tower makes all honor, it for his name is really a tower. The hotel is new, last year I still the incomplete building site saw. The rooms are are in the floors 6-30, the reception naturally in the Parterre, the hotel bar in the basement. The sufficiently existing elevators shoot with breath-robbing speed upward. My room was in 29 the stick, what did not need longer than with a “normal” hotel into the 4. Floor. The rooms are great modern furnished and have an exclusive bathroom with window and lamellas to the main area. ... The room size is as limited in many Businesshotels on the necessary. Within all ranges the designers expenditure-raved themselves. In a new hotel it is naturally simpler with cleanliness, but naturally it decides early whether remains also in such a way. The staff is sufficiently available, friendly and always helpful. The breakfast area is in the 30. Floor and grants likewise a great view on parts of Madrid. The hotel does not lie to the M-30, which removes airport about 10-15 min., into the city center (Plaza de major) needs one at least 20 min. however that is unusual in Madrid. The hotel bar and the beverages that mini bar are however extremely expensive, then a small water on the room with 10 euro shows in the books, which are covered. - Altogether a recommendable hotel, like however many in Madrid. read more
