1. entire duration of the vacation you had to only cold showers. There was no warm water. 2. almost daily there was power outage-no elevators drove (5 elevators in the hotel available) 3. no lighting in the stairway, not even a emergency lighting 3. guests were often in the elevator firmly, without lighting, without funktionierenes emergency signal, only by loud call and knock was then after approximately 15 to 20 minutes 'saved' 4. daily demonstrations in the lobby by the staff at the hotel(have allegedly for three months are not paid) 5. sitzstreik the cleaning maids in the corridors, but ... you could the rooms after a ' slalomlauf the landladies past' entering. 6. rooms were cleaned only provisional 7 restaurant of the hotel staff as personalkantine use, first used the staff the poorly manufactured buffet, before the few guests (1st week about 45 guests in the 2. week at the end with my person only 3 guests) then on the rest of the buffets could. 8. the tour guide on site, mr maher bourkhis from the agency uts, immediately gave me another hotel offered, i because of the unfavourable location the city sousse had refused. Only because of the central location of the hotel 'el hana beach 'i do not have this' adventure holiday' on me taken. The tour guide mr maher bourkhis is very friendly and accommodating and was also very anxious as far as i am concerned to be helpful, the my holiday reasonably ' good was ', thank you very much for that! read hotel review

Were a couple of years once in the hotel and were really pleased, was a normal standard hotel without knickknack. However this time were the rooms dirty. Under the bed it was dusty and the mattresses were stained. Already in the entrance hall were old furniture and lamps were dirty. The staff is friendly but when you want to complain, do so, as if you a not understand. And the food in the morning the crousons hard or you sausage green. And in the evening you should the salad was not food otherwise you get diarrhea. We were very disappointed ..., the the hotel as to negative changed. The hotel isn't recommendable. read hotel review

It is just an old hotel! If it rained there was half the lobby underwater! The carpet floors are all worn! The service could be better! The maids tried but much trouble, however only against tip! read hotel review

I knew the hotel from earlier stays however this year was indescribable, dirt where you look, hardly staff and what of staff was there was already are months no money more, the people in the lobby one, you have striked and accordingly the circumstances were there, the pool was for 5 days locked, because the water already poisonous green before dirt and no chlorine available, the water in the hotel was for 2 days locked, because the hotel not had paid, the air conditioning fell constantly and the hallways were partly underwater, just disgusting, light also hardly gave it and ... the 4 lifts drove, if one luck had from time to time times 2, mostly only 1., there could it already times 20 minutes duration to reach his floor was, breakfast it should from o'clock but one could be glad if at o'clock coffee, bread, butter and jams there were the waiters arrived from o'clock and at o'clock were then about 4-5 waiter since, no cutlery, no glasses or mugs, one had behind all collecting and it procure itself, our tour operator was also at: o'clock for breakfast and the was so shocked the he not at all only tried to reassure us, but immediately the sheet for travel shortcommings concerned has read hotel review

    Reasonable size, very simple and very old furniture, in the bathroom mold and everything deckig, air conditioning is available but constantly broken and if you then work, it dripped from the ceiling in the room and outside in the hallway. The balcony is by the size ideal and the view is simply great, couldn't be better

    The location could not be better, centrally located, only across the street to the beach, shops super, 15 minutes on foot medina or into town, one drives about 40 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes from port el kantoui

Sufficed the German expectations not at all. The best at the hotel is the nearby beach area the however by a main street watered is (zebra crossing and 30 kilometer per hour area but there is no one to). Cleanliness in the entire hotel is very poor. In need of renovation in all the rooms ( felt 10 rooms looked at before we have a reasonably akzetabeles room found). read hotel review

In principle I would the hotel not recommend. Currently deserves not a 3-star! The staff seems hard. Through the current critical situation in the country and the partial. Missing deducted is the motivation of the staff however just '0', does not resent is. Therefore, complaints only after repeated call met, service is a strange word, the choice of food is strong saved, urgently necessary repairs are not carried out eTC. To cleanliness it has only mangled, if many locals hotel guests in the hotel were-they know mostly not as one in the hotel to behavior. Respect and decency opposite the ... staff or the European guests? None! Shame about the hotel very nice and centrally situated hotel. For small expectations and as Ausflugsstandort to explore of the very beautiful country and the environment the hotel is recommendable nonetheless. Very recommendable good and cheap to eat is the CREPERIÈ CHARTOTTE. About 300 meters in the direction Medina. Hotel is almost right on the beach! Great view from hotel. Lots of choice to do, see or eat! I've been with my friend there and we met a lot of people from all around the world.     View is amazing. Beach is spacious and beautiful. Sand is soft and like brown sugar. Center of the Sousse is very close so you can have a nice walk.

Spent a week in this hotel for daspreisleitungsverh�ltnis was OK. Aberdie cleanliness left a lot to be desired only through good tip the room is properly cleaned. On arrival were the towels not washed properly everything was full of stains. The bedding was not really clean. In large and whole should you do not notice if you do, you just �argern daily. Otherwise the hotel is OK. The grounds are very nice and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Finally, after the revolution in Tunisia will never be as it was for us the people simply do not have ... the discipline and Ordngung is Africa. read hotel review

i found this hotel provided me wth all needed ,plenty of room inside and out ,lovely music in evenings provided by inhouse band .All you need for a relaxing restful holiday.It is also central to all shops and transport. The beach is a few steps across thre road where you will find miles of white sand.All in all this hotel is worth a stay ,i hope all enjoy as i did. read hotel review

Was about .7-eight years a bit better. Unfortunately the quality, particularly breakfast buffet (in the morning seven o'clock not completely set up) and evening buffet (cold instead of warm) suffered. Very much Eastern European guests (Poland, Slovaks, Hungarians, Bulgarians, Romanians, Russians etc.). I have nothing against eastern European guests, partly in order, can enjoy drinks hardly hold or dinner and breakfast the plates and is half again returned to the waiters. Staff is partly (Russian) Eastern hard to speak. read hotel review

A 25 years from the hotel was modern. The cleanliness lacking it is all Dirtily. We had all inclusive, it is not a choice for example at breakfast. (2 jams usually the bread of the night before). There were no bread pasieren It. it all helps. from all a tip. The only saving grace sea view, the beach and the weather was very good read hotel review

The 42 times in Tunisia in Sousse in this hotel for the last time two years ago. but it was so bad and dirty as this year, I've not seen much gew�. am. of Tunisia, but this was a hardship. would be happy if direct questions for me. and would like to further help. We read all the reviews before going, so we were prepared for the worst. I tried to be flexible the whole holiday and then its not so bad. There was enough to eat and drink. The bed and shower were good. I liked the entertainment during the day in the pool and at night with the dancing. The only thing i didnt like in my holiday was the tunisian men come to the hotel for swimming and entertainment. I was with my friend (girl) and they were very annoying. In the pool they swim arround you and talk to you ... when you are alone. I think the hotel should just be for the guest. Then it would be a lot nicer. read hotel review

So the bad reviews fully agree, the people have been where good I do not understand. Since the rooms are dirty, the bathroom moldy the hallway dirty and the elevators a drama so I really do not exaggerating. On the beach you no peace everywhere and really annoying evening traders even worse. You can't do so well, the food is not good in the morning always the same or there was always something missing. In the evening really bland is not the product. At the pool there were people where they have nothing in the hotel. I would never never ... stay in this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to different you don't describe so stay away. read hotel review

Worst experience in my entire life! Food inedible, Rooms filthy, blood on sheets, ants and cockroaches everywhere. Meant to be all inclusive, only allowed vodka or a spirit extra had to be paid for the mixer!!!! UK holidaymakers were treated as 2nd class citizens. Toilet leaked in rooms, reported to reception 8 times, nothing ever done about it. Shower faulty was also reported, never fixed either. The bath was filthy dirty, there was rust in the plughole. I would strongly suggest if you have not booked this hotel yet then do yourself a favour and dont!! The only positive was ... the lovely view we had of the beach from our room. read hotel review

Our first room was awful. After a complaint we got a, which was in the upper floors. The beach chairs and parasol we forced to rent, which we had successfully rejected. But we were stolen from the beach, and right by the hotel's own beach section. The rest of the holiday we were only at the pool. The Promenade, which at the M�venpick hotel and at the disco " Bora Bora " ended the length was pleasant. Great disco! Bottom line: awful holiday-never again. read hotel review

If you are planning your holiday in Tunisia: very good! The population is mostly friendly and helpful! With the language it hardly any difficulties, you spoke in Arabic and French and with a bit of English and German as well. More and more tourists from you on the former " FAKE ", mainly from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, and boorishness, volume and lack of manners and manners. Hotel El Hana beach " " the whole may well, optically, three star nod-but what's inside looks. The main entrance is the arriving hope, da�ass the house will be cleaner! It ... is for the very large house four elevators, but only three are Bertieb and two spiders " " and so is the recipe for chaos on nine floors. In the rooms is what kind of further. So it was not possible in three weeks, two hand towels and two bath towels to get (false, once managed it, but had no linen therefor). Relevant complaints to the front desk and room service were all friendly and taken into account. In the dining room it even more fun. Times there were no plates, no cutlery or no glasses or also often Lack of filling the buffets. The palatability of the courts is situated in the fitting in this house. Good baksheesh-said the staff could help in any sphere. Bottom line: stay away from this hotel!!!! read hotel review

The hotel is outdated, dirty and the staff is rude. We had no high expectations, but this has exceeded everything-unfortunately in the negative. Fortunately we knew after a few days the hotel change. The room was moldy, smelled moldy the blankets, in general, the hotel was very dirty. The service is bad, especially in the restaurant. The food is carelessly prepared food and never a four star hotel. read hotel review

Not recommended at all, after seven days. in 14 days I wanted. The staff was partly unfriendly, with matching tip you friendly service. I will definitely not a second time go! The breakfast was absolutely great, the same every morning. The dinner was enjoyable part! read hotel review
