In the Le Méridien grand in Nuremberg i was already a long time. The staff has it estimated, that i again in this hotel nächtigte - this time with friends. Both i (spg platinum ), as well as my company (spg -customer without status) got very beautiful room-upgrades. Much better than you would expect. So we had a great value for the paid room price.
Recently gotten spg platinum members a small snack and a drink in the hotel bar. It makes stay but even more fun. The bar is wonderful for a nightcap, because you will enjoy beautiful views ... of the bahnhofplatz and is thus always informed about the hustle and bustle of in the town. read more

In connection with a ball-event, there was a 'special rate' for the overnight stay with breakfast and late check-out. The team at the front desk means welcome-and you don't have the feeling, a 'fake friendliness'.
I had a single room - my desire in courtyard and especially peaceful. It is clear, that the room not very bright, as well! The room was relatively small, botaber every comfort, you in a hotel this category. I was surprised by the large bathroom. I would definitely again stay here. However would be good, if the height of the shower head in the bathtub ... adjustable would be. read more

In old piles lives guests Le Meridien in about 200 rooms or suites. The renovation is completed and therefore, everything was a bit fresh, as my last stay a few years ago. The style is so gold with heavy carpets, golden doors in the lobby and an old elevator. Very cute. The corridors are unloading, guests national (people like us), as well as internationally and i saw some foreign, the Nuremberg wanted to learn. Everything was clean, but it is obvious. But somehow missed a bit warm. The house is good and stylish, but somehow, i would like to warmly ... welcome, but more about that below. read more

As a part of a fair I one night in Meridien spend.
The location on the edge of the center is brilliant, also the transport connections are good.
The general hotel areas make a good impression and the staff
Is very friendly.
The breakfast is sufficient and good.
The disappointment was due to the room -
A single room, practically furnished, but without flair.
My room faced the train station, and if you noise-sensitive is, cannot while having the windows open
Sleep, so definitely a room to the inner courtyard demand.
Also the bathroom was cramped, with a shower. Fixed ... shower head-not very convenient.
My Trash can was broken - with 5 star this should not happen. read more

We had from the hotel more promised. Nice welcoming at the reception and rapid settlement. In the bar let you us evenings 20 minutes wait, price very high ( Ramazzotti 8,00 Euro?!)
Dim breakfast whereas very friendly staff and large variety with the meals.

The cleanliness does not correspond to the standard at this price range!
Tiny bathroom with a firm shower head. In several bathrooms no air circulation complex, it could be better!
Not have its own parking garage. For a fee from 17.00! Euro the car is a public garage parked, which OK but as additional costs, already quite expensive think.
The hotel I thought that was good, I was on my short trip there felt at ease, but for the high price I would absolutely expected more! read more

We were fortunately on a juniorsuite upgraded.
Unfortunately the hotel has no pool, the sauna was with 60° a bit too cool.

The hotel is a former Grand hotel and until last year a bit run down. Through a komplettreneovierung restored it again in old gloss. The guests are too many americans. read more

The hotel lies super centrally located directly on the main station, the historic part on the doorstep, walking distance to the castle for example approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
The hotel is renovated relatively recently, our suite was very spacious with a large bath. Merely a separate shower was missing.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, in short you feel comfortable all round in this hotel. read more

The location of the hotel is really good, you could reach in a few minutes the great old town with shops, nice bars and restaurant. The main station is right the hotel opposite. There is also the underground car park by guests of the hotel could be used (there is also discounted Wochenendpauschalen to about 10€ ).
The hotel itself is purely from the furnishing in any case in the style of a grand hotels, very classy but also dark decor, which lobby etc. Wise. You have to like.
The service was also great, very, very nice and accommodating staff ..., the in spite of the hotel category very loosely in the dealings were-perfect for us! There are really no faults!
The gastronomy we have not at all used, breakfast were price from about 20 €/ person have been possible, but there is in the old town so many great cafes, that we preferred this used. Therefore I can here unfortunately no review make.
The rooms ( Grand deluxe) were beautiful, very modern and up to the bathroom newly renovated. But nevertheless they didn't completely convinced. For us personally something missing. There was no proper atmosphere noticeable. So as if one would be still under construction and not yet completely finished. Is however perhaps just a personal feeling of us! Actually we like it very modern, but here is just not thrilled, it was somehow 'cold' on us. The size but it was completely reasonable, view of the old town was also great.
The bathroom there is a real inconsistency in style the rest of the room, marble and art nouveau. Is matter of taste. For us it was OK, but the size was almost a bit narrow limited, at least 2. one has definitely problems.
In principle we felt at ease, would the hotel also recommend. But if you furthermore the prices considered, we would on our next visit in Nuremberg probably times another hotel try! read more

Hotel right at the train station Nuremberg in efficient building. The house is from the inside wonderful renovated and on every corner there is something chic to see (small tiles, ornaments, etc.). Check in and staff were fantastic - sauna was for us to please open, outside the normal opening hours. The rooms are even after upgrade still quite small, however also to the street out perfect quiet. read more

The phone. Booking of the hotel made already surprised us: double room/night and breakfast for 150. 00 Euro, without internet, without pay tv, without. Only the demand for 'specials' made possible the inclusive price for 110. 00 euro. Frivolous? The staff are it wasn't very professional, but friendly. The reception at the hotel Türe did not. The luggage transport (from the underground main station to the hotel) also not. Not whilst checking out. Art nouveau is design! This symbiosis would 007 lead, in Nuremberg the Le Méridien, as a stop off on one of his missions to select. Almost every detail is thought through and with finest materials running. Almost? Yes, some things will bond easily confuse and do not fit in a hotel this class. When entering of the room (junior suite), James questions: where hang my coat on? And a foam bath with the new bondgirl it must do, the tub was just too tiny! But a lovingly bereiteter drink and a small snack at the bar is about comfort.
On ... morgensport can 007 do, the (subjective) in the entire ground floor distributed, very appealing breakfast buffet we walking probably enough demand. Should be a secret mission, the most famous agents of film history, once again to Nuremberg lead, he would stay here again, because the overall package is still a fine. read more
