We had a superbe room ,bud we were not often there. only to sleep ,and that says enough. you don't come to the República Dominicana to stay in your room al day.

Woopy's coffee "cuinquinte/cuinquinta " My banana juice every morning to go with my great ommelet. Really , can not understand those people who are having complaints about food or the service .

the service is great and always with a smile , no matter what the problem is . after being in Puerta plata before , were only 2 hotel workers spoke french ,i was pleased to hear so many differend luangishes spoken bij the hotel workers.

I can only talk about the beach and the pool , because that is all that i have used. I very much enjoyed my baleinera at the poolside. Thank you Ramon and MERCI Frank.

A beautyful hotel ,very clean,great food , not always at my taste, but for everyone there is everyday something that they will like. Me for myself i took an omelet special made bij the king of omelets himself. I thank him for his eternal smile and kindness , while doing his work.

We came to do "not a lot " and that is what we did. The hotel looks and is quit big , bud still , nothing is too far away to walk. The only negative thing is that some sellers , like the sellers in the sigar shop , and the guys who trying to sell there merchandise close to the swimming pool , are a bit irritating . If a hotel guest is not interested in buying, than you leave him alone. Especially on the hotel grounds.

The rooms were big enough. These were equipped with a tv (1 german channels: dw), closet (a bit old), coffee maker, telephone, hair dryer, mini bar (a bit sparsely filled: 4 drinks), air conditioning. Every room had a balcony or a terrace. In principle the rooms clean and cleaned daily. Exactly one should not look at it, as you noticed the a or other lack, which continued to disturb us however not. We could sleep well. There was no vermin in the room. The bathroom was relative small with a bath, but clean. For us however more than adequate.

There was 1 main restaurant, which food in buffet form offered. These were very varied and something there for everyone. I can recommend all the desserts, they were fantastic presented. There was also with a specialty restaurant. In addition there was a free japanese (ala-cart) and a brazilian available, where you in the morning places could reserve. The mexican (ala-cart) you didn't have to reserve in advance. Please note: the brazilian and mexican restaurant only opened alternately. At noon and evening at the 22 hours you could in a snack restaurant find enough to eat. At the beach you could lunch against an extra charge still marine creatures like lobster and Hummer enjoy. From 10:00 to 18:00 you could of the pool bar many alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as beer and soft drinks. In the entrance area was still a bars with live music were available. Disco and theater there was also.

The friendliness of the staff is mixed, often friendly but one has also at some the feeling had it gene ffs was. At the front desk you could get by with english, otherwise it was difficult with the foreign languages. French and spanish were apparently not a problem, if you were lucky, you have in the restaurant also staff, which spoke english well. The cleaning staff leaves much to be desired. Room was every day cleaned, but i think in the two weeks was not once in the bathroom the mirror wiped. We had initially only a ceiling, we needed two. This had we communicated. We got then also immediately a 2., but every day the same, the cleaning crew we have again and again a way so that we again to the front desk and this to lodg a complaint had had. When complaining, they immediately reacted and this also behoebn.

Pool was clean, well-kept and huge. You could of the pool from right at the bar ranschwimmen and cocktails or other things to order. The entertainment was very good and not intrusive. The loungers by the pool were in perfect condition in contrast to the beach, here were some already broken. At the pool and the beach were enough chairs available. The hotel makes a friendly and and clean impression. The rooms are decorated sporadically, that didn't bother us, because we spent most of our teit anyway outside were. The buffet was perfect and very varied. You could also free of charge a brazilian, a mexican and a japanese use. For a fee ga a specialities redtaurant, that half the time was renovated and was not open. Free restaurants were great. Wlan was 22 Euro available. This applied to 25 hours, which one within 6 days could consume. To the guests: these were felt 90 percent french, the remaining 10 percent of shared in german, austrian, swiss, russians and italians on. The whole facilitities are clean. The enfrenung to the beach was perfect. Of the pool you could get these see about 30 metres. Shopping we didn't use, but you could see the town of bayahibe on foot reach. The rooms are big enough. Most time is one anyway on the way. Our air conditioning, tv, telephone and refrigerator was alright. A coffee maker were also available, but not used. We had a huge bathroom and toilet. Over the hygiene is absolutely nothing negative to say. Every two days the rooms with us and the hallways wet mopped.

There are six local. The Vera club is not for all of the guest accessible. The food was very good, also the drinks were sufficiently available. Over the cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurants we could absolutely nothing negative tell. In the main restaurant there were constantly changing cuisine with theme nights. The atmosphere in the restaurants is very nice and good. For the gourmet restaurant it recommends to take themselves a sweater or waistcoat with to get. If you from the outside, it is for sensitive guests may be a bit too cool.

Very good buffet breakfast of fruit, fried eggs and fresh fruit juice was everything available. Lunch was also very good something for everyone from the usual chips to fish, pasta station and Paella. Friendliness, foreign languages: Very friendly staff, especially since my freud good speaks spanish, then the employees really blossomed and enjoyed the gleichsprachlichen communication. My friend very angry, redemands manager. We must go, taxi, airport, return trip! Bill still not paid. Back to the front desk again with lady speak. Lady sudden not there anymore. Must whole history again another mr say. Manager, finally on. With him you can talk, he understands the situation. Causes immediately xxxx and ordered him personally at the front desk. Xxxx after 5 minutes, it is 10 hours! It can take to remember. The problem: the total of the bill was 35 Dollar, we wanted to be generous, gave 40 Dollar my friend on spanish: the rest is for you. Xxxx has understood the 40 Dollar for him (tip) and the cost of the food on the rooms-number and we pay at the end. Hotel manager directly understood, that cannot be right, who has already 40 Dollar tip, if the food 35 Dollar costs? Position of invoice taken, the rest got paid. 10:15 hours quickly to the taxi, airport and goodbye.

For those who love action, entertainment and music you were right here. If you only are looking for peace, then it is marginal and should be considered carefully. General: I and my partner were from 6 january 2013 until 13 january 2013 the be live canoa. We had no large expectations to the hotel. We wanted us after a hectic week in New York just relax, good food and in the sun Aalen. So i was, after i unite negative reviews read, on the whole positively surprised. We really have very little paid for a week all-inclusive and very much. The value for money absolutely true. Unfortunately the end of our vacation still somewhat unpleasant happened, but more to that later. Condition, cleanliness: The hotel is in good condition. The rooms as in the description! To us completely okay and sufficient. Cleanliness was most important to us, and we were not disappointed! The vacation finds for were mostly outside. That is why the room not such a big issue.

We stayed at any meal always great eaten. There is no defects, which the service in the restaurants. Also the atmosphere is inviting for relaxing and enjoy. There were hardly any queues at the buffet and there was constantly refilled and for cleanliness, as well as attractive optics respected. No tip necessary to well cared for at home! Japanese, mexican and brazilian very recommendable!

We had not of the staff trouble. The room was cleaned to our satisfaction. The mini bar was every day filled. Once we after a 2. bottle of water asked. This us will be charged to the room brought. At the front desk vrlief the check in and check-out smooth and with much dominican serenity and friendliness. I do not think, that you would expect, that the staff at the hotel speaks german. With english or a few words spanish you could communicate very well.

The entertainment made a huge effort! Everybody was from early until late on the legs and had always good mood! The evening shows were very good and maintenance sam. We except table tennis no further sport offers use. There are games at the beach and at the pool, as well as once a week a sunset beach party and white-beach party. There is Merengue-classes, aerobics, yoga, and so on.

We had a great time in a beautiful hotel area. The entire hotel is absolutely clean and friendly people the service and other areas, provide additionally caribbean holiday feeling. It is important to me, a clean and pleasant place to stay, but in the end, the efforts of the people whom i would like to relax, let go and comfortable! If you're friendly and respectful with the locals use it, you always get the same back! Please this important point never forget! We didn't many germans met, which we didn't negative rating. The majority of of the guests are italian and french. All knew how to behave.

The beach is wonderful. White sand and turquoise water. Palm trees much shade, but also sufficient space in the sun! In a recent reviews i read, that it is a complaint about tight standing there. This is a bit exaggerated, in view of the fact, that the loungers now times at the end the day an orderly and juxtaposed are. Each spread your favorite beach chair in the course of the day of a, about b to c! They must clean up in the evening be permitted and it was probably even in this people requires, the the next morning angry. A little relax please. ;-) Outside of the hotel there are only lots of palm trees. Have 3 excursions. The 2 time was isla Saona fantastic! The drive with the speedboat was just an experience. The capital city of santo domingo is very worth seeing, who culture is. We are also the peninsula of samana dangers, the humpback whales to see. Very impressive!

The rooms are functionally furnished. The furniture are already outdated, it wouldn't hurt to be renewed. For us it was still ok. Because the cleaning ladies did their job very well done. And you finally just a place to shower and sleep in the room on. The mini bar was daily Cola, Sprite, beer and water refilled.

The main restaurant la piragua we liked. It is from two dining areas existing with palm leaves set building. In the middle of the areas the dishes offered. For us, it is unthinkable as it here at anything missing can. For breakfast there are fresh fruit juices, on pancakes, cereal, eggs, fruit and salads. Lunch and in the evening there are always two different soups, fish, beef, pork, pasta, vegetables, salads, desserts, ice cream, fruit... And every day anyway other dishes. Specially in the evening is the restaurant also always very nice decorated and the tables set.

The staff is up to a few exceptions very friendly and helpful - even without the one before give a tip. Especially at of the pool bar and in the restaurant we were always with a friendly smile. Speak german here the least, english is hardly of the service staff in the restaurants and bars was spoken. Most pleasure you anyway if you are trying to know how to speak some spanish. And the one a few phrases from the phrasebook (or guide) shows or tried in the language of the respective country to order, to greet and ask or thank belonged for me as a guest the good sound. Only the service at the piano bar i found underground. The waiters ignored one often for minutes and one had sometimes the feeling, that they consciously in another direction views just not operate to have.

The entertainment team (julio, Banana, baby blu and picatchu ) were always in a good mood and do their job great. They are always in a good mood and try one of the activities involve, but a simple ' no gracias' is immediately accepted. The shows in the evening (21:30) are really worth seeing! Go back!

We spend here from 3a 24. 1. our vacation. At the time most of the guests were from Italy, France, south america (Chile, Argentina) and Germany, a few austrians and swiss were also there. :-) As already in the reviews before described, is the hotel already somewhat older. The complex however, very well maintained. Especially the garden and pool area is beautiful and was daily (or hourly) cleaned. The food and quality of the courses is top. Who here nothing to meals finds is really your own fault - also the beverages felt very good (more to it down). Only the prices for the wifi in my opinion an isolence. 4,- American Dollar for 15 minutes i think personally a bit cheeky...

The hotel lies directly at a gorgeous beach. If you of the pool direct to the sea runs are some rocks in the water. We are for swimming always left on Vera-area over the bay up walked. There are also no stones more in the water and it is much nicer, because hardly people inside herumplantschen and sand raise. The water was mostly crystal clear. Turn right at the beach along comes one at a few stands to the other hotels in bayahibe (catalunya, Iberostar, Wyndham...). In the Wyndham-hotel there is a shopping street. Here you can also book excursions. The transfer from the /to the airport takes a bit more than an hour.

Stayed in block number 9 on the upper floor. , the three-story building. Found the great, since the quite central, were fast with the food or at the beach. And otherwise we had our peace. Rooms are now no european standard, but you have everything you need. The Sprite and the Cola from the fridge, i would not drink, looks disgusting. Cola had black threads on lid and flsche. Small tip: rooms on the ground floor are not so brickelnd, as on the balcony into the room can see. So you always have the curtain prefer and hear the people walk past.

Ate at the buffet dinner. The alla carte restaurants will have not used. At the buffet you always found something what you especially like. Meals were very tasteful and were always on time refilled. Every day there was another country as a matter of the food, so it was not always the same there was. Especially good in our experience for breakfast the fresh sft tasty.

Staff was consistently always friendly. There were mainly spanish spoken. It can but also all, except for the maids, english or german. Rooms were always well cleaned.

The pool needless to say, we have not used. Because the beach simply hammer is. Either one puts on one of the many beach chairs, in the hammock, or one went a few more meters to the left on the about a kilometer long stretch of beach. Then comes a newer hotel (no idea like that means, is nothing special great) and then only national park. Until to this hotel, the part of the locals kept clean. Super, this has no hotel like here. Really great the beach section, for walking or if you want peace and quiet. Or if you are cool photos want to do. As all-inclusive guest you can kayak, snorkel equipment, etc. Check-out counters. Were very satisfied.

The large area is really great beautifully laid out. The three-story white buildings are just our style. Everything is surrounded by a variety of palms and plants. In the area of the villas is an art zoo designed. Super nice. Would not book, as unnecessary, too expensive and at the water front (mosquitos). The hotel employees are always really friendly and always efficient at work. The inclusive services were great. Additional services like spa, massages at the beach, etc. Were us too expensive. Hotel has by far the most beautiful beach on the south coast!

From the airport you need about highway about 40 minutes. Depending on how lots of hotels over the tour operator were driven to. By car there are circa 5 minutes to bayahibe. Have already before from over the internet at seavis tours the Saona vip trip gebuc was perfect great! If you can get a reasonable to Germany want to phone, there is across the street from the Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus (a hotel further in the front ca500m ) karinas giftshop. One minute is a Dollar!

Our room number 1046 was close to beach and pool, was freshly renovated (dark wood furniture, white walls) and had a large flat screen tv. We also found it an advantage on the 3. floor to be. Best wishes when booking indicate, there is not so beautiful rooms, probably when it comes to low-cost activities, as we for a walk through the complex could see. Storage space and, no larger than the closet, i to be desired, but that was mostly so in southern countries. The toilet is not always that correct... Sometimes you several times flush, the water level is generally rather high and you should no paper in throw. Balcony is large, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, mini bar refilled daily.

The first week we were almost only in the main restaurant, every day there was something else - clearly there are certain things, the every day gave, but nevertheless was for variety. At noon, you could also great a burger or hot dog in the restaurant in the beach restaurant. The a la carte restaurants we have in the 2. week tried and found all great, the japanese is very recommendable, also for people, with sushi nothing start, there is only a small sushi appetizer, then live cooking. At the mexican restaurant we visited 2 times, here you don't need a reservation. Delicious the mole-chicken and the dessert buffet. In the restaurants there were drinks in glasses, otherwise i thought it absolutely okay and logical, that at the beach and at the pool only plastic cups (reusable and disposable) is. Tips are gladly taken, is but not a must, as mentioned, the kindness of the people is rather the nature and desire and mood depend on. You can also directly at the beach grilled fish or lobsters get, the but it cost extra, from 7 $for calamari, until 25 $for the crawfish. The gourmet restaurant we didn't try, costs extra and you get so great things in the normal all inclusive.

The much-vaunted friendliness of the dominican is available, but not automatically at all and not dependent on tips or not or the fact that one is friendly. There was a waitress, which didn't suffer from and to us, you have it on the face look. On the other side of the main restaurant we better cared for. Also to of the lobby-bar or the swim-up-bar i not so great experience, here you will as a woman alone gladly overlooked or comforted, that at first a larger group to go. In the à la carte restaurant was the service very friendly and also the cleaning lady was super nice and gave their work conscientiously done. That she forgot water or klorollen refill, you can your pardon, it has really lots to do. A call to the guest relation and you get the missing will be charged into the room delivered. There are several boutiques, where one can buy nearly everything, what you forgot or souvenirs, but the sellers not the impression as they wanted to sell something. A shop had closed more than, i was on the question of other shoe size only the corner with beach shoes shown, where i already was looking for.

Everything your heart desires - canoeing, snorkelling and mini-catamaran was even included. Snorkel gear, you could get against a deposit of 20 $, but it was also without. For the catamaran drive, you first 1 school hour for 40 $make, the we have left. In the pool we were not, the sea was nice. Chairs are ok, some worn, sometimes also everything occupied at the beach, if locals from the Aida come. The sun shades were rare and popular, because you including good small or larger downpours can bear. The showers were from the beach a bit far, are by the pool. The pool is only 1.20 meters deep, very nice, but rather to look, because you do not have complete swim can, because under the 2 bridges is locked. The animation is not intrusive, a 'no thank you' is without any problems card accepted. We have a fun time strandspiel joined in and a Merengue- and a Bachata-lesson. It offered a lot, the evening shows the body of professional dance and zirkustruppe contested.

Those who claimed the hotel is down, cannot be objective-clear, i guess there is older rooms and relatively freshly renovated - however the hotel is in general gorgeous! Everywhere was several times cleaned daily. The size of the hotel was still manageable with about 500 rooms. Guests were mostly couples, mixed ages, lots of french-speaking (France and Canada), but also local, german, russian, from USA and the italian guests were rather in the private Vera-club anyway, overall rather people, the peace and quiet search. Beginning december it was getting full, the season begins.

The beach is very beautiful (we liked it better than in the expensive Iberostar-hotel ), the hotel has once again the blue flag amongst others for clean water and meets get. The transition into the water is unfortunately the majority of the beach stony, but you will find good ways to the section near the veraclubs. Nice about this hotel to me, that there were no direct neighbors-hotels, in a direction is the nature reserve and the other takes you to a few gift shop cabins past, then other hotels and you can drive through the town of dominicus walk. If you read the hotel description properly or also times with Google-maps look, then you know, that in the immediate area no restaurants, discos etc.. Are, but in the restaurant we were inside of the hotel totally satisfied. We booked our trips through schauinsland-travel, is very recommendable the manigua -safari truck tour (z. z. for 80 $) with Pedro, he knows great with flora, fauna and people. Also the Saona-tour (z. z. for 64 $) we booked, we were always small groups, eating and drinking was included, rates were not higher than at local suppliers, and one has durchführungsgarantie or can if necessary page, if something dazwischenkommt. Generally we are with the tour operator schauinsland very satisfied been, since we no mass processing as in the huge organizers had.

The rooms are spacious and there was plenty of storage space. Our room had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. Bathroom was ok, a bit small, but it was enough. Tv yes, however only Deutsche Welle as german transmitter. Minibar included

Freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, plentiful choice of food, theme nights. All restaurants clean and beautiful set. Always free table, no standing in line 23 hours the possibility to eating and drinking.

Air conditioning leaked, we have customer service reported, was taken care of immediately.

Leisure offers plentifully. Animation super. Showers plenty by the pool available. Beach chairs plentiful, super! You got fresh beach towels daily by the pool. Everything as in the hotel description.

Very nice and well kept complex. Guests are from child to retirees and all nationalities. Choice of food was huge and everything very delicious. The complete staff always friendly. We had booked all inclusive +. The mini bar, coffee and tea were refilled daily. Is inclusive The entertainment not intrusive but always in a good mood and very funny. Visited quiet time the spanish course, fun. Great is, the sufficient loungers by the pool and beach are available, no matter what time of day it is one comes. Our best vacation, we will be back.

Located directly at the beach. The drive from the Punta Cana International Airport to the hotel took 1,5 hours since we 4 hotels anfuhren. Return right, only 40 minutes where the seashore of cano be live ends, starts the national park. Hanni our rep, gave us many good info. It is worthwhile the island to explore. ( samana, Bacardi Insel...) Our trip with seavis tours to isla Saona was lovely. Also spoke german.

Room are ok, furniture corresponded to the 4 stars, soap in the bathroom, constantly renewed, towels were nonstop changed, even if they still relatively fresh. Balcony was huge, i had room # 741, it had peaceful location (garden) and is centrally located. Nice view from the balcony from, tropical rainforest. From the nachtshows, if you need to check in early to bed wanted, one heard nothing. Furniture is old, but does the service, 2 french size beds, super comfortable, i could very well sleep. Mini bar refilled daily. Bottle beverages always available (beer, Sprite, Cola), however no bottle opener in the room. Large bottle flat water is always on the table, also coffee machine with coffee and teeauswahl. Air conditioning system is high performance, but a bit noisy. It has however not disturbed.

We mostly in the main restaurant eaten, the mexican and the japanese we tried. The japanese is excellent, go there! All dishes were fresh, tasty and optically well presented. Selection of food-excellent, you will find everything, that you need. Beverage selection-good. Coffee in the morning could be a bit strong be, but it is rather a matter of taste. Atmosphere in all restaurants - very pleasant. Theme evenings there was almost daily. Small downside-there is no bar directly at the beach, as i in Karibik know. For beverages one must always to the pool bar walk, if you at the beach can hang out.

Service is good, however, we must not forget, that much with the 'caribbean tranquility and peace' to be done. The orders for beverages in the restaurant we have a-twice have to wait long. Otherwise - good service. The room cleaning was very good. With staff i mostly spanish was spoken, but if you not further or something not understand could, you could get by with english by right. German is hardly spoken, and if, then only a couple brocken.

Animation-very good, shows worth seeing. Disco-you can bearable, if one drunk is, otherwise however not recommendable. Once weekly-white beach party directly at the beach. Go there! Great atmosphere, great music, dancing barefoot in the white Karibik sand and drinks without limits. There was from time to time sunset parties directly at the beach. Not to be missed! Great atmosphere, great pictures, good mood! Beach is great, one of the most beautiful, i know, pool was always cleaned, several times daily. Beach chairs and umbrellas abundant. Hammocks at the palms also plentiful. There were showers unfortunately too few. If you from the beach to the pool wanted, you had to have to walk a bit, to abduschen to be able.

The complex is quite large, good condition, everything clean and tidy. Guests: predominantly italians, french, canadians, americans, little german and a few russians. Age: mixed, but often public from 30 to 50, hardly any children. Come at the weekend dominican guests. From time to time - cruise ship guests, the about 2 days and then again by further Karibik island cruising. All inclusive services are very good. Food and drinks around the hour. Selection was excellent.

From the Punta Cana International Airport about 60 minutes transfer time. Direct access to the beach, however the hotel is quite large and you need, to beach, by the entire area to walk. This could already good 4-5 minutes. In the hotel itself there are plenty of shops. Otherwise - in the immediate area there are enough possibilities, souvenirs shopping. Small town are reachable on foot. The hotel has the most beautiful beach of the south coast, from one side after a while more hotels and the other side is nothing more than kilometer long beach. Hotel location is excellent.
