Good hotel, terrible bed!
Novotel is usually the same standard. However in Asien for some classes better. Germany has apparently to a city the same bad mattresses, was at the front desk said. The cheapest mattresses, which i ever in a 4 star hotel experienced. Pillows worse than cushions on a sofa, so with synthetikballen filled. Clear pillows you can other demand, but needed so a hotel not without a certain level? Hotel otherwise newly renovated, good breakfast, good location, everything in the room available. Who everywhere night's sleep, the here a city trip again. read more

We had a superior room booked, whether the room which we got then really a superior room was, we don't know. We have however also not asked. In any case is the bathroom and the toilet (which in a extra room is ) very small. Apart from that was in the room everything available what available should be. A very pleasant stay.
Breakfast and bar were good to very good.
Traffic connection super, in the direct vicinity is the S-Bahn station rosenheimer platz, everything was very centrally located.

Very nice hotel in the proximity of the city, which easy to reach on foot is (about 15 minutes). The hotel is very beautiful and on the newest conditions. Breakfast is definitely recommendable! The staff are very friendly and able. The wellness area we didn't use them. read more

For a 3-day stay in Munich we have this hotel elective. Plus point is the central location - public transport in direct proximity, German museum in 10 minutes on foot reachable, also the center from Munich you can easily reach it on foot ( circa 20 minutes).
Hotel has a very good standard. Positive is the indoor swimming pool, good to relax in the evening ( the water could be a little warmer). Fitness room with new devices equipped.
The breakfast buffet was perfect. Massive selection at all possible dishes. Here is however also the only negative the note. The ... hotel was at the weekend very full and the capacity in the breakfast room have not been sufficient. We were lucky and the last free table gotten-after us was a long line and you had to definitely half an hour wait.
But apart from that the hotel is definitely recommndable - for families good deals. read more

Central location, German museum just around the corner, spacious garage, 10 minutes to the highway, quiet room, very clean and friendly. Price adequate, even during the fair. Wi-Fi unfortunately subject to a charge but quickly. Decor and state of the hotel new. Interesting are the Familienpakete where children partly free stay and for breakfast. read more

Nice hotel and not far from the S bahn..but the staff needs to pay more attention the guest check in and not make them wait long time. Orthewise we were satisfied and can recommend this place to the guest to Munich..specially the oktoberfest here. read more

The bed was hair of the predecessor covered, furthermore the walls were dirty, even at the Toilettenwand were brown spritzers, it was just the pure disgust! We complained, however a different room we were not offered! We will never again book this hotel again! In the hotel's restaurant we ordered amongst others a pizza, the tasted like a frozen pizza from net or Aldi and looked it!
For parking one wanted whole 17 €per day! This hotel has on whole line failed! As the last one got also our child not the promised surprise, the arrival for children should be! ... A cheek so something!
Our surprise there were then the hair in bed! Never again! read more

Also good for a city break suitable, since one pedestrian precinct well to reach can do.

Absolutely recommendable top-city hotel. On foot about 15 minutes to marienplatz/ Kaufinger street or hofbraeuhaus.
Great selection and class service on the breakfast buffet. Very clean, bright rooms (4th floor ) with a safe. Modern, clean bathroom. Peaceful location in M-Haidhausen. Gas station with a large shop next door with 24 hours -service. Aldi and hit -market a few meters further away (only until 20 o'clock open in Bayern!).
If Munich, then again definitely into the Novotel München-City.
Only negative point: parking garage 17 Euro per night. However for a cosmopolitan city OK! read more

The hotel lies no 10 minutes on foot from the Deutschen Museum and no 20 minutes away on foot the viktualienmarkt. A underground station and small restaurants are around the corner.
The location and the price these are top!
The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient.
Room (executive room) was large with a shower / Bathtub and separate WC. The mini bar was this category included.
Internet is not free, it cost circa 10,00 Euro per day and parking is at 17.00 Euro a night.
We would choose the hotel anytime again, there the location and it is ... reasonable value for money. read more

We were there with two children, on the daybed slept-as were the space conditions rather cramped. But: everything very clean, new and comfortably furnished. Only five minutes on foot to the subway, bars and restaurants nearby, only two tram stops into the city, the also on foot is easy to reach. Only five minutes on foot to the Deutschen Museum - absolute highlight for the kids.
We had without breakfast booked: breakfast/ person for 19 Euro I found very expensive, even if the children free would have been. Alternative: city -breakfast per person around 6. 50 Euro ( coffee, juice ..., two rolls and butter and jams). Also quite expensive.
Indoor pool very clean and tidy.
Very positive: no traffic noise at all, even though so close to the city. read more

The hotel is in a central location from Munich. The center you can reach in a few minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity there is the German museum, the culture center Gasteig and various bars and restaurant. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The friendly, helpful staff and a rich breakfast buffet make for a pleasant stay. Despite the central location was our room very quiet. The spa area is adequate for a city hotel. Also located in the immediate area the wonderful Müllersche Volksbad. read more

Great hotel in the immediate vicinity of city center, numerous restaurants and shops in the area and only around 10 minutes away on foot to marienplatz. Very friendly staff, generous dimensioned reception and breakfast area, as well as enough parking spaces, the TG. The rooms, top. For Visitors in Munich a very good choice, especially if the German museum is on the list. It is convenient in front of the house. read more

From the location the hotel is superbly located, short distances into town, to subway. Also the parking fee of the hotel garage is at the prices the parking meters outside adjusted. Rather even beneath. 24 hours costs 17 euros.
The breakfast buffet was amazing there was a variety from bread, cheese, sausage, egg dishes, Pancakes, fruit and so on
The only thing shortcoming the we complain about is, our son no gift from the hotel has as it was advertised, a shame but not too bad.
For the kids it is in the reception area Xbox for playing and free ... access to the internet over 2 Apple Computer. However these are mostly occupied.
The rooms if you have family icy are rather cramped, as the couch as a couch is used, however 2 kids are up 15 years inclusive breakfast free. read more
