Sultan gardens rasort is a very nice hotel in the midst of an impressive and green gardens. The whole complex is very well maintained and clean. The sprawling resort is spacious and has several restaurant, bars, swimming pools and a large sandy beach with a nice coral reef. The paths are sometimes a bit longer, and there are lots of steps (especially by the beach), but some ways, you could also with small, regular transport back. We (my wife, our 3.5 year old daughter and i) stayed there again a very beautiful holiday and were in this year for ... the 2 time in there. This time we stayed for 14 days, after we in the past year (the november) the first time for 11 days have been there. On balance, we must pleased to say, that the good standard of the hotel once again improved and now a german 4 star standard, maybe even a 4 star plus standard. We were also in this year with the high-quality all-inclusive offer very pleased. ☺ despite fewer guests, the hotel, for example, the quality and taste of the food will have to be maintained and the quantities adjusted, which is not obvious. The guest structure was across the street from the previous year something postponed, fewer europeans, more russians or guests from de russian-speaking (up to 70%). We felt very well, because we in the vacation not on the german language are dependent on, with english very well be retained and also with my wife on a native speaker russian come. Of the about 20% of european guests dominate at the moment the british, but we have also, for example, italian, dutch and Poland met. Scandinavians were different than in the previous year since.     Our ocean view room was good and clean, this also applies to the bathroom (although it was a little older than the rest of the room was, the recently color had seen and thoroughly by renovated is). The bathroom was ok, everything was international standard. Everything was clean, the room service was perfect.     With the catering trade we were again very satisfied. The main restaurant offers fresh and varied dishes. Also for our daughter we always found something. It is, for example, the daily offered hausgepachte pasta (lunch and dinner) and the daily changing actions such as for example lamb shank or salmon in blätterteigmantel (in the evening). The main restaurant offered every night a country theme every night (egyptian, chinese, italian, indian, russian, thai, mexican) with different meals, but also some consistent offered. Overall is to say, that the quality of the main restaurant overall good to very good, and the whole range (appetizers, salads, main courses, side dishes, desserts) really is varied. This is true not only for dinner, but the lunch and breakfast. The atmosphere in the main restaurant was ok, and the service is good. Thanks to mr. Lofty! Next to the main restaurant there were two à la carte restaurants, which one 1 time per week in the framework of the all-inclusive can visit. The italian restaurant we have visited. It was ok, if not as outstanding as of the employees of the hotel expected. The new indian restaurant we didn't visit, since we were with our small daughter and the us reported sharp food not experiment wanted. But we were already in sri lanka and the food was also already from and to the indians, so that we good could do. There is also still another fish restaurant, a steak house, on this but we couldn't say anything, except, that hardly visited were. At lunch, we often at the beach bar, where there were a few snacks.     The service is very good as good to to designate. The hotel staff are very friendly, in all areas, in which we contacts had. Language in Sultan Gardens Resort at the best one with english and russian, german is hardly spoken. This is because the largest deficit of the hotel, because only german speaking guests, the one or the other problem with the communication. For us in this respect but no problems. Our room was always clean, small problems such as a broken door chain was repaired immediately. Al we once the room safe incorrectly coded had, this was problem within 15 minutes resolved. As the spa and had some good massages, even for our small daughter gave it a treatment, its very good. Unfortunately, we had to also once the service of the house excercise doctor use (stomach problems and fever for an adult), but that can happen and we felt very well taken care of with infusions and medikamentoeser treatment including aftercare. We had no complaints. There were problems at the very slow free internet via wi-fi, in the lobby in the main building offered for free and often wasn't alright. Because the hotel could still work. Naturally, tips were accepted, but not required, the we have stayed in Egypt unfortunately also already experienced differently.

    The hotel features four pools, but we were mostly on the beach. The quiet pool we didn't use (ok, 1 times in the evening with a cocktail reception), the two main pools (two parallel pools in the middle of the complex, surrounded by sun loungers and beautifully surrounded by gardens) i only used for swimming - nice big and therefore ideal for swimming from longer distances. The main pools are unheated and november relatively cool. The children's pool is actually two separate pools, whereby the shallow, about 20 centimeter deep infants-range of the deeper children area is separated. The tearoffs versus the previous year even better. There is also a well-attended water slide, the several times a day with the supervision was opened, but it was for our tohter still too large. The children's pool was very warm. Our daughter loved it in the children's pool very good. The beach chairs at the pools are us wood and mostly in good condition, the cushions and umbrellas at the two main pool and the children's pool were new. It gives numerous sport offers, which i in this year in particular the Volleyball-games have taken. Above the beach there was a beautiful volleyball court, to the afternoon many guests met, in the presence of one or two entertainers then a few games have. Has a lot of fun, and was even partly strenuous! I also often in the Bocce joined in and once in the darts. My wife has under the morning stretching and participated in water gymnastics. The sport offers were both on the beach and at the main pool were offered. The entertainment we found not disturbing, particularly since this only in time windows from 10:00 until 12:30 a. m. and 14:30 until 4:30 p. m. was offered. There are also designated areas to relax on the beach and at the quiet pool. For our 3.5 year old daughter was the absolute high-light but the mini-disco, the evening against 8:30 p. m. in the amphitheatre (1 times at another stage) has taken place. The russian/english presentation of Irina and Lilly (many, many thanks for the commitment for the small ones!) Our daughter did not stop, here every evening to join in and then almost directly into the bed to fall. The evening entertainment we didn't use, the evening shows in the amphitheatre so can we nothing say. One evening i was a football game in a bar and have the german victory over England enjoyed. :-)

    Sultan gardens rsort features a large private beach with sand, a very nice in-house reef was off shore. There you can with the snorkel many different fish to see. Our daughter loved it very much, in the water with no or very low surf walk and then fish seen. We were very much at the beach and in the water. Our daughter has also extensively play in the sand. We really liked the cleanliness, especially at the beach. Getränkebecker will be picked up, garbage picked up, enough trash bins are available. The airport is about 15 minutes away, two shopping objectives are about 20 minutes away. Little things (pharmacy!) Is in the hotel or at a small promenade directly in front of the hotel. The hotel taxis and minibuses has (we felt safe). Who would like, can in front of the hotel to take a taxi. For wiederholungsbesucher as the hotel offers transfer from/to the airport free of charge, what we for the return flight also use. We had a clean minibus (7-sitzer) with a friendly driver for us alone and still comfortable for lunch, while other tourists for the same flight much earlier to the transfer were picked up. To the night life we cannot say anything, the hotel but has several bars and a disco.

    Food was always the same and fahd. Badly peppered and almost only oriental. Little alternation. The waiters are very trinkgeldgesteuert, but otherwise very nice. At the shisha bar we could watch, as inadvertently ice in our water was, although we had ordered. Ddr which were fast with the hand from the glass away... The italian restaurant was excellent, great food, joke and charm... An absolute ray of hope in this hotel.

    10 minutes drive to the Naama Bay, 40 minutes to naqb bay 10 minutes from the airport. The beach was directly at the hotel. Otherwise directly at the hotel outside nothing to do.

Hotel Sultan Gardens Resort have great location by the sea, just 10 minutes away from the airport. We had great/big familly room, just 1-2 minutes from the beach. Great ALL iNCLUSIVE offer. Exelent value for money we paid. read hotel review

We were at the end of february beginning march 2013 for fourteen days as 3 couples for a pure relaxing holiday in this hotel. It was the most perfect holiday we have all ever experienced. The weather was wonderful every day sunshine constantly between 28 and 30 ° air and 22 °c water temperature. The food was very good, especially recommendable the smaller restaurants as the 'indian' or specifically the 'italian'. In these restaurants must only be reserved. All staff is very friendly. Especially nice is' moose ' of the entertainment, 'Ahmed Taha the service and our special love is' ... labeib taher' than liefeguard at the beach. Very pleasant is the head waiter at the pool bar. The complex is far and wide the most beautiful, greenest and cleanest v Sharm el Sheik. Some dropped are within the complex to manage, this did not disturb us however. There the complex very big there is also by bus rum drive constantly routiert. Older hotel in a beautiful garden offers great value for money. The very friendly staff with unobtrusive service much more than made up for it. High 'feel-good factor' by hospitable and always very attentive staff. Recommendable. read hotel review

We were in the easter vacations in this hotel. At this time very many families with children. Mainly englishmen and russians, then italians and german. Everything but completely okay. The staff is partly correctly class. With tips everything runs even better, the should be. Unfortunately, however currently everywhere construction in this hotel. The annoying but significantly and is in the travel brochure also nowhere noted. Who has desire by the pool to lie, if at the pool bar tiles cut and drilling and hammering is. The hotel is split in relaxation zones, familienzonen with children's entertainment, kids club, water slides, party districts with disco and evening beach party. Something for everyone and nobody disturb the other. We find great. Value for money superb. Not anymore the newest hotel, but clean and very good service in all areas.     All pools were very clean, you could also always get a sunbed, also on the beach, there was always vacant chairs with umbrellas. The entertainment has never really disturb us if you have not wanted to participate. Also the music at the pool or at the beach was never so loud, that you would have disturbed.

We were just 3 days there, because we Aida wanted but i the hotel can only praise, with the pick-up at the airport was. Great room very big only for handicap not recommendable there lots of stairs zuüberwinden are, but it drives also there is a shuttle bus the one the stairs save can otherwise everything ok only with german one comes not far but otherwise the best read hotel review

The service in the hotel was good. The staff in the restaurants was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily, putzboy was very nice. In the hotel mostly english was spoken, almost no german. Long ways to the property, but that was well-known. Well kept gardens with palm trees and blühpflenzen. 2 theme restaurants, you need to reserve (at the entrance the main restaurant ), were very good. (reserve ahead! Ever 1 times indian and 1 italian) gym was okay. Enough liegenan beach and pools. Mostly (not always) nice evening shows. Short transfer. When going for a swim ... you can only over a pier into the water. For snorkelling it was very nice, water was for february pleasantly warm. Tip: if you didn't go on excursions you should consider when the entry 'only sinai' indicate, then one does not need visa fees are charged. read hotel review

The 'Sultan Gardens Resort is a big hotel with many two-story buildings, spread out in a beautiful garden area. It is not more brand new, but well maintained. And the cleanliness you are very hard. The guests %blank% especially from Russia, a small part from großbrittanien. German is therefore from the staff hardly spoken. From the average age most of the guests were between 25 and 50 years old, generally couples. Children found early january just a few here. And families with children seem not the desired clientele to be, because of the two heated pools is a definitely as ... quiescent pool entered. 'fröhliche' children are immediately cautioned. And also one of the two main restaurants is only for adults approved (that meant, that families with children at the entrance the other restaurants sometimes on inlet wait.)     Our 'junior suite' had a view of the sea with a small terrace. The living room had additionally a couch and a tube tv a small kitchenette. Here you could need even coffee or tea. The bathroom was a bit cramped with a toilet, basins and bath with a shower equipped. The water was warm, came however only in a weak beam rausgeplätschert. The bedroom also had a very comfortable double bed, a closet with a safe for free and a small table with a british owned mirror. Unfortunately the room somewhat badly soundproofed.     The service in this hotel is generally very good. At the front desk must one however usually wait a long time for service. Also speaks hardly or not at all german. Who however somewhat speaks english, whose concerns always friendly and competent edit. - the service-like all officials men-is good and helpful. In the main restaurant we had a very good care, but sometimes unfortunately also total failures-you were simply ignored (may is the fact, that the staff constantly the remit set). A small bakshish, the person directly tips, is in any case a good idea only right, when you consider, that most service forces from Cairo come and because of the high unemployment with the aushilfsjob your family to keep their head above water.

    Entry to Egypt via the small airport in sharm-el-sheik. Directly after the arrival the vacationers in the rule to Visa-body hailed directed. Very nice garden area, wonderful staff and a beach as from the picture book. We were with 6 people a week and i have to say gladly again anytime great value for money! The only thing that wasn't that great, is that we in the morning already around half 8 in the hotel and only starting from 11 o'clock something to eat got. Otherwise, it was really everything great. Where you looked they were always endeavor everything clean hold and renovate. ( which a hotel in the whole year has noraml in the off season were being renovated). Of of ... the renovation one became however not really disturbed and instead you payed yes less in the low season. read hotel review

    Circa 10 minutes from the airport depending on the wind direction you looked off and has something of which gtehört however not further bad. The beach was super nice and it was also large trouble him clean hold. Behind the hotel there are a few shops but with high prices. Small tip namma bay is beautiful and you can get great shopping especially worth it, it is there in the evening. With the service bus about 20 drive. The old market is disgusting and too expensive one can only recommend. The excursions i would not at the travel agent in the hotel they are just as well and with acting also cheaper. And FTI is anyway not so the best!

Unobtrusive friendliness of the staff is to point out, as well as the constant care and cleanliness all installations and accommodation. There is 4 pools (2 heated) which has the complex are spread out. The lower 3 blocks with the sea view rooms are in tiers laid out. There were several pool and snack bars which has the complex are spread out. The hotel's beach is perfect enough chairs, very clean, snack-and for beverage bar. If you is easy to access by the complex walk, can with the hotel's taff taff's. The guests are mostly ... russians then some british, italian and german.     The hotel is not too far from the airport away, about 15 minutes However, there were hardly any disturbance by the noise of the planes, for me absolutely not disturbing. For the hotel there are a few shops in which one souvenir or something like that could be bought, but don't forget to bargain ☺ If you take a taxi go go, this economically do. You can book this in the hotel, you get a mobile phone with for flexible departure time. Excursions are also offered some, i would recommend the quad safari recommend (but everyone should a private quad walkest) and the market in Naama Bay (the best in the evening). Always with on-site staff the excursions book and not with the tour operator. These are usually cheaper and you can still bargain. Rather less recommendable is the 'old market', this is at best for a culture shock ☺

Construction within the complex. Furniture may be partly falling apart. Only partly renovated. Location and service good. For one week without a claim reasonable felt ripped off.
