    All pools were very clean, you could also always get a sunbed, also on the beach, there was always vacant chairs with umbrellas. The entertainment has never really disturb us if you have not wanted to participate. Also the music at the pool or at the beach was never so loud, that you would have disturbed.

We were just 3 days there, because we Aida wanted but i the hotel can only praise, with the pick-up at the airport was. Great room very big only for handicap not recommendable there lots of stairs zuüberwinden are, but it drives also there is a shuttle bus the one the stairs save can otherwise everything ok only with german one comes not far but otherwise the best read more

The 'Sultan Gardens Resort is a big hotel with many two-story buildings, spread out in a beautiful garden area. It is not more brand new, but well maintained. And the cleanliness you are very hard. The guests %blank% especially from Russia, a small part from großbrittanien. German is therefore from the staff hardly spoken. From the average age most of the guests were between 25 and 50 years old, generally couples. Children found early january just a few here. And families with children seem not the desired clientele to be, because of the two heated pools is a definitely as ... quiescent pool entered. 'fröhliche' children are immediately cautioned. And also one of the two main restaurants is only for adults approved (that meant, that families with children at the entrance the other restaurants sometimes on inlet wait.) The main restaurant is in the remaining at all times the central anlaufspunkt. One gets also by the pool or at the beach something to eat the offer there is, however, very 'straightforward'. Around everything to use, you should definitely booked all inclusive have, because in the more immediate vicinity there are no possibility to meals. In our case was one of the all-inclusive also two food in the good italian à-la-carte restaurant ' casa Mia'. However, you should make sure the appointments right on the first day, as you otherwise hardly still places will find. Another all inclusive extra the cocktails. The selection is not very big, and also the optical leaves a little to be desired; the taste is however generally good. Actually needs a good 4 stars hotel free internet joining them again in the future. But you paid for the earth (30 Euro for 6 hours!).     Our 'junior suite' had a view of the sea with a small terrace. The living room had additionally a couch and a tube tv a small kitchenette. Here you could need even coffee or tea. The bathroom was a bit cramped with a toilet, basins and bath with a shower equipped. The water was warm, came however only in a weak beam rausgeplätschert. The bedroom also had a very comfortable double bed, a closet with a safe for free and a small table with a british owned mirror. Unfortunately the room somewhat badly soundproofed.     There was a main restaurant with an area for adults and another area for families. Belongs to lezteren group one must, if necessary, once to wait a few minutes until you filled. The atmosphere here is a bit cafeteria-like. Constantly you other guests or the many waiters before the feet. A bit more peace you, if you are in the outdoor area (here it is in the january evening but partly. Already a bit chilly). The food itself is not as extensive (the choice is for example in the Turkey much bigger ); the quality for my taste very well. I thought it was fantastic also, that there are theme nights there. So you get on a day mexican food, on other thai, egyptian, italian or russian. In addition there is acceptable local beer or good atmosphere wines. - interesting for breakfast: here, you can also after the british clientele and offers many hot dishes. To get a drink you here useful filter coffee or tea-unfortunately only a cup, so that ungelduldige caffeine junkies forced are, the way to the (in the farthest corner hidden) coffee maker even road.     The service in this hotel is generally very good. At the front desk must one however usually wait a long time for service. Also speaks hardly or not at all german. Who however somewhat speaks english, whose concerns always friendly and competent edit. - the service-like all officials men-is good and helpful. Sometimes you think however, that a woman maybe a bit more would have been. In the main restaurant we had a very good care, but sometimes unfortunately also total failures-you were simply ignored (may is the fact, that the staff constantly the remit set). A small bakshish, the person directly tips, is in any case a good idea only right, when you consider, that most service forces from Cairo come and because of the high unemployment with the aushilfsjob your family to keep their head above water.

    Who in this hotel no entertainement want to use, can take to the heated quiet pool to escape. Also at the two unheated large swimming pool was the entertainment - if at all-very discreet.     Entry to Egypt via the small airport in sharm-el-sheik. Directly after the arrival the vacationers in the rule to Visa-body hailed directed. That means specifically: you can set your bags and moves with all the clothes the pool - and waits. Very nice garden area, wonderful staff and a beach as from the picture book. We were with 6 people a week and i have to say gladly again anytime great value for money! The only thing that wasn't that great, is that we in the morning already around half 8 in the hotel and only starting from 11 o'clock something to eat got. Otherwise, it was really everything great. Where you looked they were always endeavor everything clean hold and renovate. ( which a hotel in the whole year has noraml in the off season were being renovated). Of of ... the renovation one became however not really disturbed and instead you payed yes less in the low season. read more

    We had a really new room was fully okay. You can't complain. Very recommendable are the rooms with a view of the sea the extra cost is worth it you will be rewarded. There are a few old rooms are not so great a spar tip room. But they are efficient darn the renovate.

    Circa 10 minutes from the airport depending on the wind direction you looked off and has something of which gtehört however not further bad. The beach was super nice and it was also large trouble him clean hold. Behind the hotel there are a few shops but with high prices. Small tip namma bay is beautiful and you can get great shopping especially worth it, it is there in the evening. With the service bus about 20 drive. The old market is disgusting and too expensive one can only recommend. The excursions i would not at the travel agent in the hotel they are just as well and with acting also cheaper. And FTI is anyway not so the best!

The hotel works in spite of the age very inviting and is very clean. The complex is extensive and with beautiful garden and palm trees arranged. There is 4 pools (2 heated) which has the complex are spread out. The lower 3 blocks with the sea view rooms are in tiers laid out. There were several pool and snack bars which has the complex are spread out. The hotel's beach is perfect enough chairs, very clean, snack-and for beverage bar. If you is easy to access by the complex walk, can with the hotel's taff taff's. The guests are mostly ... russians then some british, italian and german. All in all this hotel with a clear conscience recommended. read more

    The rooms are spacious and decently furnished. We had a room the already renovated, these are mostly the rooms with a view of the sea. The rooms are equipped with minibar, air conditioning, tv and telephone. Internet /wifi is very expensive, we didn't use it. For 30 minutes 6 €and 6 hours about 35€

    There are plenty of restaurants, and a pool/snack bar. You can up in the evening 22 o'clock with all inclusive food and drink. In hauptrestaraunt there was every evening a different ländertypischen theme night. The dishes are plentiful and delicious and enjoyable. There is also a italian restaurant, fish restaurant and indian restaurant. However, you should take the best right on the first day for the italian restaurant reserve, as it is full.

    Over the service in the hotel you can't complain, only the front desk could be a bit more friendliness display. The staff in the restaurants was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily, also here there were no complaints. In the hotel mostly english was spoken, almost no german.

    The hotel is not too far from the airport away, about 15 minutes However, there were hardly any disturbance by the noise of the planes, for me absolutely not disturbing. For the hotel there are a few shops in which one souvenir or something like that could be bought, but don't forget to bargain ☺ If you take a taxi go go, this economically do. You can book this in the hotel, you get a mobile phone with for flexible departure time. Excursions are also offered some, i would recommend the quad safari recommend (but everyone should a private quad walkest) and the market in Naama Bay (the best in the evening). Always with on-site staff the excursions book and not with the tour operator. These are usually cheaper and you can still bargain. Rather less recommendable is the 'old market', this is at best for a culture shock ☺

Unobtrusive friendliness of the staff is to point out, as well as the constant care and cleanliness all installations and accommodation. The quality and presentation of the food didn't enthused us. The meals are partly not at all peppered or salted. The soups must be very intensive after the deposits are caught. The staff in the whole complex was very attentive and helpful, without pushy to appear. The entertainment offer was plentiful and it was early to the individual offer pointed out. Price/performance ratio was excellent. The beach was always clean and there was almost no reservations of the chairs at the beach and at the pool, what very pleasant was. For our land excursion to Mount Sinai and Saint Catherine's Monastery, we at a local providers booked and the pick-up at the hotel initially not worked, continued the staff at the hotelpforte with many calls and, therefore, that we with extra ... taxi our bus still achieved and we thus the beautiful, planned trip could enjoy. In november 2012 we were in the hotel 2 weeks for a beach vacation. The hotel itself is approximately 30 years old. Contrary to the description in the travel catalog is dasan a hillside. The complex is huge and extremely green. I think, you need 5 minutes from the front desk to to the beach and has some steps in front of you. Great we found the number of (5) and the size (more than 50 metres) of the pools - couldn't be better. And the massage centre and the fitness room were exemplary. The beach (perhaps somewhat cramped if the complex is fully occupied) and the reef were completely sufficient. The food is certainly still potential, but the quality was alright. Only the breakfast and the coffee supply could be improved. They will ..., however, not many german people meet there. During our time there were about 12 people. Without english knowledge has in this hotel certainly problems! read more

Comes to the room at ☺ Either only a couple seconds or a long walk (you can but also the shuttle bus), To the airport it was 10 minutes away, but there wasn't annoying aviation noise. In the end the complex but only one main restaurant, this is however divided into an area for adults only (1st floor). The shops on the complex made a very good impression and had fair prices! The nightlife we didn't make use of, the russian evening entertainment we have always declined.

Internet should current time but free of charge is possible. Construction were in the last week on the complex at some corners. Smaller noise had to be accepted. Have some guests in the December certainly new room. Food could be varied and imaginative are. All together not bad. I had the luck in front of the nearby reef while snorkeling a dolphin with a young to see! read more
