We were very excited about our stay in a Hilton Hotel. The first impression is great, lobby, front desk and so on very impressive. Staff at the check in reasonable, unfortunately none spoke German. Apart from that friendly and accommodating. The rooms were for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) too small, especially the beds. With the cleanliness one does not take it so exactly. We have after one night the rooms changed (as I unfortunately in the 28th floor not really sleep well, I was personally a bit too high, but the view was right on the CN ... tower, amazing) and were also with the other with the cleanliness not satisfied. I had more cleanliness expected. You can in my opinion from a Hilton Hotel expect. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Unfortunately I more badly treated as paying guests;-o but, if this is safe in the eye of the beholder. I would the hotel not more book, expect a little more cleanliness;-O read more

The rooms are big and with two double beds, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a flat screen tv, two telephones, a desk and a reasonable sized bathroom. We had a kettle to the tea or coffee cook. There is no fridge, but a safe. In the rooms get a high-speed internet-port. The costs but also as the wi-fi-access 8$ per day, or 2 $the hour.

The breakfast buffet in the Hilton is good, however nothing special. Everyone found in the wide choice something after its taste. To complain about the juice glasses on the tables, the were no tomorrow our -day stay clean, but always full stains. The waiters for breakfast left to be desired. The tables the one allocated are usually not cleaned properly. Often you had to several times coffee order. Orange juice only by them poured, where you for example grapefruchtsaft and apple juice yourself!? Altogether makes the waiters for breakfast a very demotivated impression. The hotel attached is a hip steakhouse, which however a bad price-performance -proportion has. There are in Toronto much better steak -restaurants.

The staff at reception, as well as the concierge, are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were cleaned daily and in the room, as well as the bathroom was the cleanliness good. As well as the lobby and everything else in spite of the many guests clean and decorative. The corridors are with carpet laid out, so that it normally quiet. Differently it looks at the weekend from. Obviously, there were the weekend specials, so that it from saturday on sunday only from vergnügungssüchtigen teenagers aswarm. The preparations for the evening exit take then already times 5 hours and if you bad luck has gives it on the floor and several rooms a very loud dauerparty. On complaints reacted the hotel management very behavior. Sunday romp around itself after at night very many really young lads in the hotel, probably through some facebook appointments sachets. There is unfortunately no controls, who had something to find, and if you are not. On the first weekend was saturday on sunday nor security in the foyer, but if you are looking for a hotel, you can so many 'visitor' to top as he wants. Therefore you can Hilton only limited recommend. In the week it is very well, however at the weekend only if you even until at least 24 hours except house is.

The 4-star Hilton hotel in Richmond street is very centrally located and you can from there all sights of the city well reachable on foot. The cn tower, the harbor, eaton center, rogers -Stadion are only a few destinations you from the Hilton easy to reach on foot can. The central station is quite close to the Hilton. From there you can with the go train in the area go. In case of bad weather or the big heat you could also take the underground, air-conditioned path path to take, the Hilton from in every direction runs.

Front desk was friendly if a bit careless our breakfast voucher we got only when the next morning. The room was large and clean, the view was great and the good location. But the much acclaimed buffet breakfast we were not impressed, as well as the service. Nothing was refilled or from partly there were no coffee spoons or knife on the coffee you had to wait forever. We are actually no people who are looking for the hair in the soup with the name and price you could expect more. read more

From the outside the hotel is a grey concrete block, centrally located right next to a metro. Front desk is quite chic, the check-in and very friendly and helpful concerige. Breakfast was included in our booking and very delicious but regular very expensive. Swimming pool has gotten old, the kids still had a lot of fun. We were very pleasantly surprised, as we've had read that the hotel is mostly visited by its location sparkles, but not room amenities or cleanliness. We had no complaints: Our room was in very good condition, large and very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there in three nights, there was a coffee making facilities, minibar and a very large and fairly gorgeous bathroom with marble, large glass-enclosed shower etc. Also we had no complaints about the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was integrated in the price, was by American standards stunning - there wasn't anything missing. Large cheese and Aufschnittauswahl ..., smoothies, delicious breads (e.g. B. nut bread) - a real treat and in a very nice setting. (If anyone could have breakfast would have liked it also have to pay for 2 persons incl. Tax 60 dollars! ) The huge lobby is very nice decorated with lots of wood and nice lighting. The hotel is in a great location, most attractions are within walking distance to great - the Harbor front, CN Tower, Eaton Center, etc. We can thoroughly recommend the hotel. In addition, we had it incl. breakfast to a reasonable 3=2 Early Booker. read more

The Hilton Toronto is next to the Sheraton Center and Delta hotel one of the larger hotels in downtown Toronto. It is central to all the main attractions of the city within walking distance from the hotel. The property seems to installement available from the 1970s, it has 32 floors using 7 elevators. The lobby is spacious and seems to have been modernised recently. The cleanliness of the floors and rooms could be better. Especially the cleaning of the rooms was of mostly by superficial. Our relatively large standard room was on the 16th floor and had a view of the City Hall. Desk, bed and Flattscreen appear new repainted. The rest of interior renovation to timely modernisation, particularly the carpet was not deny age. But the bathroom was small and windowless. Only after asking we were given a hair dryer; this is the housekeeper probably didn't notice. It is in the housekeeping it seems great need for action. The room was mostly only superficially clean, the sheets were partly covered with holes - not a 4 star standard. On the upside is the coffee/tea making facilities.

The Hilton Toronto has a bar and restaurant, which is also used for breakfast. The breakfast was offered in the form of a buffet, but it was divided into hot and cold dishes. Warm meals: pancake, scrambled eggs, saussages, mushrooms, baked tomatoes. Cold food - three different kinds of meats, cheese, honey, jam, maple syrup, cereal, yogurt, a large selection of fresh fruit and a choice of freshly squeezed juices. Should you breakfast not included in Übernachtungsarrangement would have included a price of $28 prepayment required at time of booking. However, there is certainly better. Missing here too the service the European perfection, the Abräumzeiten were just too long. The restaurant and the meals were in good condition.

Very central location on the corner Richmond Street / University Avenue. Most of the sights are within walking distance in Max. 15 minute walk. The hotel is right next to the underground Shoppingsystem PATH, which makes it just returned on hot summer days gracious. The Pearson International Airport is about 27 km from downtown Toronto. A comfortable transfer, the Airport Express bus (return: $32 p. P. P. ); he stops directly across the street from the Hilton Toronto (station 6: Sheraton Center) and runs both airport terminals. The bus runs 20 to 30 minütig daily. The next bigger shopping are within five minutes away from the hotel - the Eaton Center with shops and food courts has something for every taste. I highly recommend a visit to the CN-Towers, a trip to waterfront and a trip to the 140 km away Niagara Falls.

Really thick dust - so there was more than one week not DUSTING! - Once in the morning towel Switcher once had no shower towel!!!!! No fridge( if you have to buy the drinks yourself, you want to you liked to Kühlstellen)- only a Padkaffeemaschine- what constitutes at least a tea. Otherwise Starbucks second cup next door; ) hole in the bedding (about 10 meters crack in pillow cases! There was a persistent odour ) had pubic hair on hang(1. Day) - and later in the bathroom also often long black hair (roomaid has to be black long hair). than once they'd bed - I balked/when I saw mattress a bit moving we a pubic hair/Haarsammlung under mattress - well then Thanks, Hilton! I was served! Also otherwise the interior seen better days/furniture chipped, verkratz and filthy (partly spritzers it) bathroom was very nice!, but unfortunately not nice and clean (mirror smeared/fixtures-bathtub fossil)a shame! Stayed on the 9th. Floor in a a double queen room/view is amazing (unfortunately just construction site-it is diagonally opposite was a large hotel built)- the "travel" with the glass elevator in the 32 . Floor - beautiful view!

Business hotel with good service, very good location, within walking distance of all the attractions. - Room furnishings a bit worn beds outstanding. Large, flat-screen TV. Glass panoramic outside. After a long day sightseeing nice and cool. The best thing about this hotel was its breakfast buffet, excellent quality with excellent fresh fruit etc. It was included in our hotel charge (we had booked Meiers Weltreisen). If you have to pay extra, I think it is quite expensive. Internet in this hotel is also expensive, to go elsewhere. read more

The Hilton Toronto is a comfortable city hotel centrally located in the Financial District. The 600 guestrooms are spread over 32 floors. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room rate breakfast from the American-style buffet breakfast included. As we spent in the two nights on the weekend, the guests were primarily tourists of all age groups from all over the world. On weekdays, the hotel safe for businesspeople. read more

The hotel has three restaurants and a bar. A restaurant is convenient with the bar a unit and resembles a pub. Apart from snacks such as burgers, lunch and dinner. The "Tundra" serves as breakfast restaurant, and international dishes for lunch and dinner. The "Ruth's Chris Steakhouse" is open in the evening and is, as the name suggests, specializes in steaks. Here is a reservation recommended. The breakfast in the "Tundra" was excellent. Very large selection, everything the heart could desire. Even if they are due to, was still generously refilled, what we always stay on travel note, have long been isn't a matter of course. At night we were in the "Ruth's Chris Steakhouse" and fabulous food. You need to get up from the table hungry is there was no risk. Also the offered Canadian red wine were of excellent quality. This restaurant is really recommendable, while it is not cheap. Also in terms of cleanliness and hygiene we have nothing but good things about anything there. In the restaurants is something there for everyone. Of course, there is the steakhouse other food except meat. For example. The salmon was also excellent. During the "Tundra" is spread out and by 2 or 3 steps on two levels casually, it is in the "Ruth's Chris Steakhouse" rather dark, maybe a bit too dark, as it is in the basement of the hotel and therefore no windows exist. As I stated, it's steak restaurant is not cheap, we believe that the food but at a price worth is a safe and you not hungry.

The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful at all times. Whether the staff also other languages apart from English control, not familiar to us. The room was clean, we moved the daily cleaning there were no reason for complaint. Feels like a 4 * usual, can take advantage of room service, laundry service, etc. offered. No reason for any complaints we had no, so we cannot comment to deal with these.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Lake Ontario. The Lester B. Pearson International Airport are about 40 minutes by taxi, to the nearby Toronto Island Airport only about 8 minutes. The hotel is situated in the immediate vicinity of the theater district. Not far away is also the Eaton Center. The hotel also has a direct access to the PATH system, a, about 16 km long underground network of Fußgängertunneln with shops, coffee shops and small restaurants. Therefore there are enough shopping and entertainment possibilities in the immediate area. Also the number of excursion possibilities are tremendous. Not far from the hotel there is a stop buses for sightseeing tours to the "hop-on-hop-of" system. That way you sights such as the Distillery District, Casa Loma, Chinatown, etc. Visit. The famous CN Tower is also in approximately 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. If you are looking for more time can also take an excursion to the falls and to the beautiful town of Niagara on the Lake. Information here at the hotel's concierge.

The rooms were not a 4 star hotel worthy! The bathroom is old and no comfort (stayed at the 3 -star Radisson and had a whirlpool tub). A breakfast is clearly priced price to your room. This is really a business hotel, but not a family friendly establishment. read more

Our room did not have a minibar or a simple fridge, no microwave. What was there is a coffee maker with pads. But there is only one pad per day per person! The decor of the rooms is worse than a cheap motel (there was at least a cot and a fridge)!

It was the hotel staff not possible after several requests a crib for our 1 year old son to please. So I had our son slept on the floor, 3 nights to get out of bed to fall! The staff made a rather listless and not very nice.
