The hotel is peaceful and somewhat remote located at the southernmost tip of the peninsula skopos. A rental car is recommendable. Porto roma and gerakas beach in about 10 minutes walking distance. Many good and favorable taverns in the area. As well as several small supermarkets. However very overpriced!
Breakfast nothing special varied, but all the standard dishes available. We personally also tasted. You can on the terrace or eating inside.
Staff is friendly and helpful, as well as at the reception, as well as in the breakfast room or at the pool bar. At the pool bar for lunch ... you could get small of snack. Cheap and delicious \u263a
The chairs by the pool could in the high season tight.
Double room large enough for 2 people. The air conditioner worked, is however also relatively loud. Mosquito nets on the balcony door is really helpful. A week dream vacation in a wonderful, tastefully equipped hotel with large rooms and terraces. Very friendly, helpful staff. The sandy beach 1 kilometer away, as well as good taverns with wonderful food. The hotel lies a bit isolated and therefore it is very quiet. The area is green, lush vegetation. Interesting is the quiet ( no motorsport, no beach pubs) Gerakas -beach, the turtles breed. A group of unsalaried dedicated Young people took care of it. Excursions over the island with a car are recommendable. Many landmark areas and places and of course the world-famous a smuggler's cove, by ... car or vessel. Who the peace and quiet loves, is in the Belvedere in good hands. This was our second time and will even go there again. Pure relaxation. read more

We can recommend this hotel without restrictions. We especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff, furthermore, it is the perfect hotel for those seeking peace guests (families) there was no entertainment, no child care, no XXL-water slides and ' wonders the children miss it. So it is possible, the leisure activity options at this hotel as well as the kids to get your moneys worth. Nice, very silent Hotel in our opinion, the best location. We had booked only breakfast, which was absolutely sufficient and varied. In the immediate vicinity there are good and cheap tavernas. We especially recommend the tavern 'galini Delphinia and the restaurant' '. It is recommended in any case for a few days to rent a car, since the island has many nice corners, which one should explore. read more

The room size in Hotel Belvedere was much appreciated. Unfortunately we could not get a good nights sleep, the beds hard as a rock and the surrounding area (chirp) was very loud. It is an advantage, a driving to rent, as the hotel is a bit out of the way. Otherwise we had a great holiday in Zakynthos! read more

Great Hotel-from the location with a view of the sea, very nice. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and bright.
A very large drawback for breakfast and half board (dinner).
Tasteless and without variety. The drink prices were very noble.

This was our first time in Zakynthos and, of course, also in this hotel.
The location is great, surrounded by nature and only the rooms a beautiful view of the ocean, something for those in need of rest. With English you got along quite well. The staff are very friendly, whether front desk, maids or at the breakfast. Supper we didn't booked, there are many nice taverns with nice people.
We will definitely be back.

Our hotel is characterised by the quiet location of the hotel; the room is very spacious and was cleaned every day and the beds were very hard. The staff is very friendly. However the chairs in the restaurant should have been renewed or needing attention. Chairs and tables shaked for T. Very disturbing. We would select this hotel again but not more half board, but bed and breakfast, because it is close to very good tavernas. read more

Quiet resort with friendly staff. Food was typical of the country and tasty. Lack of cleanliness in the room. Cleaning staff was not controlled. TV had no antenna. Those expectations not high on the agenda is well taken care of here. read more

Since the hotel is secluded, one has pure relaxation. The next mini-market are within a few minutes. The beach from Gerakas FKK is a dream. We had booked half-board, but next time would only book with breakfast included. There are some taverns in the neighborhood with a wide variety of choice and good value. D as dinner at the hotel is very limited and the drinks were very expensive. We would book this hotel again. read more

The hotel lived up to our expectations and was 100 % of us as wanted. Overall a lot of nature, quiet location without entertainement until 11 PM though, small and beautiful! Breakfast was from our point of view for south. standards rich and something was there for everyone t (2 different egg dishes, daily Fresh pastries + pancakes, three cheeses and they sarved)! The room was huge and very gescmackvoll decorated with a lovely terrace. Bring your own dvd's ( evt) but there is nothing to complain about!!! Would stay here again. ( Comparison to five GR-holidays). Our tips: (a) ... If you do not like to walk or want to explore, need car or similar. As the rest of the island is well worth a visit. Everything was very nice! (B) taverna Gallini ( about 400 -500m away) for us the best. read more

We liked it in this hotel. We had a great room with a sea view on the distant, clean and above all the location was great. Nothing but peace. Nice tavernas nearby ( Nikos, Galini, Delfina and various other). We ate everything and Greek. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Not a huge choice as in hotels, but everything was tasty and fresh. You can sit on the panoramic terrace with sea view - it was just great. We didn't try dinner because we were so great tavernas. We rented a scooter and explore the island - was great. We ... were so glad not in one of those full resorts with TV even on the road to have gotten Elektronikspielgeräten and karaoke. If you're looking for peace and quiet and the nature like with beautiful beaches, the not crowded, is this. You shouldn't be wasn't lazy walking and may be also rent a car. read more

We stayed in so-called studio with an area of about 35 sqm, a spacious balcony with magnificent sea views. The room was zweitgeteillt to bedroom and living area, incl. A small Schrankkitchenette, which for us with a toddler was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we didn't have any problem with English. The dining room is so to say it is a room with a large terrace, where always creates a good, nice atmosphere. The breakfast was a little langwailig, not varied. However, the four course dinner menu but was worth the € 12.50. ( ... The 2-3 tavernas nearby are very nice, but cheap can be said about it. ) The pool was really ok, clean, always occupied with very few people - pure relaxation. Both beaches are so 15 min walk which is no problem for a few days. We rented a car for 8 days so we had the whole island, all beautiful beaches for us. read more

As already described the hotel slow awoke from the in winter sleep. From June until the human resources. Obtisch the hotel made a very good impression. The rooms are very bright and großzüzig decorated. Why they bed on a about 35 cm high loft style, is beyond us. The on-or shelving, the only by a giant step, is a challenge for elderly or disabled people. Through the very steep driveway in front ... of the hotel there was a Child policy wheelchairs impossible. The mentality of the population is particularly good to be highlighted. Friendliness and hospitality on this island. Never that gives the impression of the money for welcome. Definitely is a must, with a rental car to explore the island. Since the island only 40km long and 20km wide, the tours in Limited acceptable limits. Unfortunately due to the many earthquake big parts of the old towns and cities zerstörrt, but far from the main thoroughfares you'd relics of past centuries.
