Great hotel, only for adults guests, that means no children, for us optimally. Extremely friendly staff from the reception until the cleaning staff. The rooms are very small however very well equipped. Next time we book a suite which is twice as large. The food is absolutely delicious. The town of santa eulalia belongs to one of the most beautiful in Ibiza We definitely go again. read more

    We had a double room with a sea view with a magnificent view on the entire bay, the balcony was sufficient and with comfortable chairs. The whole facility is brand new with a large flat screen tv on the wall. The bathroom is with a large ground floor enclosed shower and rain shower. Every day it was everything thoroughly cleaned.

    The location is perfect - not far from the waterfront or sandy beach, many shopping and unterhalotungsmöglichkeiten are located in the immediate vicinity. Definitely rent a car (the best from home, it was cheaper) a trip on the neighboring island Formentera is worthwhile.

    General is the staff very friendly. For a four star superior hotel however I hadn't expected, from the waiter of the à la carte restaurant complained that to be, that it cannot be problem whether, if the front desk our reservation wrong has entered. We are us at the front desk shall apply. Otherwise it was very annoying, that in the early morning all loungers are occupied and despite prohibition nobody from the hotel the towels time away.

The food is varied, well and more than enough. The hotel is actually located right next to the sea, instead of beach there are however only concrete Jungle respectively a very small beach a few more meters. Unfortunately the evening entertainment was largely on a gitarrespielenden English limited. Since the mainly British audience of the hotel these love seems, is probably also justified. read more

The hotel is really in beautiful condition, it is very clean. The hotel lies at a small beach, over a flight of stairs from the pool area to reach is! We had all-inclusive and we were satisfied, there was a size buffet selection, at lunch you could in the restaurant À-la-carte-food and evenings again buffet! In the hotel are approximately 95% English, but not at all disturbing, because all were very nice. The average age is about for 45 to 50 years read more

Then there is the à la carte restaurant where three times in one week can go, this is really very recommendable, the food is there really great! The dishes in the main restaurant are although it is very sumptuous, but it is often the same, one must be very much spice, because almost nothing seasoned is, but overall you always found something a tasted!

    We were with almost all very satisfied, the hotel ( room, pool area and so on) was always very clean! The staff are also very nice. With English one comes through very well, speak German also some coworkers in the hotel, but not all. The only downside is the lots of people already at o'clock the chairs by the pool reserve and if at 9 o'clock you comes, are all loungers already occupied! There are still all loungers zugekettet since, the but only at o'clock outgoing! That was unfortunately always somewhat annoying! And it has far from enough sun screens, so some the whole day in the blazing sun must.

    Animation is almost no, from time to time was water aerobics, bocchia or darts, but that was all. Is however also very pleasant, because not always the entertainers what a want. An excellent hotel. Just renovated with great service and ambiance. The rooms are although small, however everything is new and clean. The food is a little boring, the quality is OK, however also not great. However we had only half board, because there is no other reservation possibility gave. The pool and the leisure areas are in very good condition and the audience was also very pleasant! Gladly again! read more

Who a nice holiday in a pleasant ambience spend, is right at home here. There in the hotel no children are allowed, it is wonderful clean and peaceful. Bay with clear water is only by a flight of stairs from the hotel separately. By the pool there are enough sunbeds and umbrella. The guests are mainly English ( very pleasant, no partymacher). During the day there are pool, table tennis, darts, mobile massage and a guitarist, the at noon, an hour comfortable music plays. Evenings mostly live music or shows. Food good and plentiful. Room and bathroom very spacious. Shops ... and city center are on the beach promenade, the a few meters from the hotel begins, in 10 minutes to reach. For a around beautiful and relaxed vacation totally recommendable. read more

4 men and 1 hotel. We have our annual men vacation in Don Carlos spent (no no sauf/party). Because the hotel only 3 * and identified, we were very positively surprised on the really good thoughtful design of the entire hotel. Itself the entrance area was very decorated up to date and just how we like it. Also the pool area with the beds for relaxation and comfortably equipped rooms were great. Gladly again. read more

In this hotel a real great vacation spend. I have never seen such a great service in a star hotel experienced. The rooms were normal spanish standard. However more than adequate. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Especially there is, that the beverages in the evening directly at the table. And constantly someone is, to ask, whether one still which to drink would like. The selection of drinks, if you booked all inclusive has is amazing for a 3-star hotel. Of liquor 43, jonnie walker, ballantines on sparkling wine/wines, Wodka etc. And the really original, what you from other ... hotels unfortunately not knows. The audience stock in september, as many here reported, mostly over 50 and a fraction families with small children. To 80% english, which was not further disturbing. Also the the audience older was, we were not largely disturbed. ( we are 22 and 26 years) Completely it was an amazing vacation and i would definitely recommend this hotel. read more

My daughter and I (50) ' (18) went to the fiesta Don Carlos felt very comfortable. The friendliness of the staff can't be beat! The service was impeccable, the food delicious. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay were only very few Germans (especially in the age of my daughter) in the hotel and you had completely adapted to the English guests. In St. Eulalia one runs about ten minutes, but we liked the small beach at the hotel. Definitely recommendable is the catamaran trip to Espalmador, those over the Tour operator on site to book. For couples and families ... I can absolutely recommend this hotel-I will certainly stay there again to spend a holiday. read more

The hotel was over 90% of English, but not unpleasant. Has gotten a bit old but very clean, very friendly staff. Small beach directly at the hotel sufficient for bathing, larger beach about 1 kilometer away with in all water sports, bars and restaurants. read more

In contrast to different opinions on hotels in Ibiza, the Don Carlos is well run. To my travel time there were mostly English tourists over there, but by the pleasant kind. The hotel is located on the edge of the area extremely Santa Eulalia. Thus you have at least a 15-20 minutes footpath of public transport. The promenade is about eight minutes away. A rental car is in principle to Ibiza of great value. This is the only way that takes you to the most charming bays of the island. read more
